减少运动伤害发生，就是不要没有经教师指导，看到同学训练时，就任意自己去尝试；或者运动前没有做暖身操。运动伤害发生后千万不要任意移动选手，以免造成更严重的伤害，除非已经确定选手受伤的程度再做处置。

Changes in My Hometown

Great changes have taken place in my hometown these years. There used to be old and low houses on the streets,but now you can see people live and work in tall buildings. In the past, you could always see rubbish everywhere. But now the environment is clean and tidy.
