2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

亲爱的爸爸妈妈：

你们好!在我心目中你们是我最熟悉，最亲，最爱的人。

平日里总惹你们生气，现在向你们说声：“对不起!”原谅我平日的任性，原谅我常常与你们拌嘴，如今想想当时真不应该那么做。

感谢你们的培育，抚育。在我生病时，细心照料我的是你们;在我考试失误时心平气和安慰我的是你们;在我遇到困难时在一旁鼓励我的也是你们。爸，妈，你们就是我的启蒙老师，我最爱的人。

妈，每当我放学回到家的时，总能看到丰盛的饭在桌子上，当我走到厨房时总能看见玻璃，地板在闪闪发亮，在此向您说声：“妈，您辛苦了!”记得您常常因为自己的文化水平不高，不懂教我做习题而自责。请您不要自责，您知道吗?您的文化水平虽不高，但您会讲故事，您的故事总能启发我：要珍惜现在的美好生活，努力学习，长大了才有出息。这些难道不是在教育我吗?其实这些比教我做习题更重要。就是有您的故事，才使我如何懂得做人，如何珍惜生命!您用爱心使我学到了许多课本上学不到的知识。

爸，您在我心目中和妈一样重要，也是我最爱的人。您是我们家的经济支柱，没有您的努力也就没有我们家今天的和睦，安宁。您总是为这个家奔波忙碌，每当看到您干活回家那疲劳的样子，我多么想对您说：“爸，您辛苦了!”您对我的关怀，我更是难以用语言来表达了。记得小时候您常常带我出去玩，让我在大自然中陶冶，您知道吗?我特别喜欢您带我出去玩，因为我总能感到一股暖流涌进心头，谢谢您给我的爱。

爸，妈，你们辛辛苦苦哺育的孩子，现在已经是一名快要登上初中的学生了，我会把你们的点滴关爱永记在信心，把它化为动力，努力学习，以优异的成绩来报答你们，请你们相信我!

父母的爱就像大海取之不尽，用之不竭。父母养育的恩情，我无论如何也难以回报，古话说得好：“鸦知反哺，羊知跪乳”。父母的养育是人间最深厚的恩爱，知恩图报，感恩尽孝是我们应尽的本份，我要感谢我的父母！

经历过多少严寒骄阳，多少白昼黑夜，伟大的父母，你们付出了多大的代价呀？看着一点一点长大的孩子，一点一点成熟的影子，您脸上已布满沟壑，青丝变成白发。您回忆我们小时欢乐身影，培育着美丽的未来，您关心着儿女的温饱，您惦记着儿女的归来。

记得在一个有雨的午后，所有的父母不约而同地来接自己放学的孩子，可是，当我迈出校园时，我却没见到前来接我的母亲，顿时我的心凉了一大截，满肚子的不快溢满脸颊，赌气的站在了路边，任凭雨水淋湿了我的全身，双手紧搂着我的书包，冷冷的身子被冻的直发颤然而，就在这时，不远处隐隐约约的露出了一个熟悉的身影，越来越近的向我走来，仔细一看是我的妈妈，我一下子就委屈的扑到妈妈的怀里，嘴里责怪道：“妈妈你怎么才来啊？”只见妈妈用力的搂着我，柔声地对我说：“婷婷，对不起啊！妈妈有事耽搁了，所以来晚了，对不起啊，宝贝！让你淋了这么久的雨”我说：“那咱们快回家吧，我还有很多作业要写呢”妈妈点点头，习惯地背起了我的书包，紧紧地将我揽在怀中，突然，妈妈的一个喷嚏让我不自觉地停下了脚步，我不由自主地去拉妈妈的右手，然而，我惊呆了，妈妈的整个身子全湿透了，额头上全是雨水，全湿了！全湿了！凉凉的！冰冰的！我心里涌上来阵阵温暖，原来母亲她将整把雨伞全撑在了我的头顶，自己全暴露在雨中，我顿时鼻子一酸，妈妈你全身都淋湿了，再看看我，别说雨了，就连一滴也没沾上，妈妈啊！
