Such a movie called “Growing Pains” seems full of knowledge and experience.

So it does because all of us have growing pains and also growing gains in our

lives.

Growing up is not a very enjoyable time. It means I have to work hard in

studying and in family. There’s always so much homework given by teachers and so

many arguments between the parents and me. The time is fair, but it seems it

gives pains three quarters and only one quarter to gains.

But gains give me power and confidence. Successes and friendship make me

happy and enjoyable. We played with snow in the winter that seldom snows, we

flew kites in the night that usually belongs to homework, we ate several ice

creams that almost made us cold. We picked up leaven that no longer high up!

Although pains are always more than gains, I believe both of them make my

life more colorful.

一、指导思想：

围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

二、基本思路：

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

初读唐晓龙的《感恩的心》一书，封面一句“以一颗感恩的心去面对生命中的每一个人”引起了读者和我的共鸣。《感恩的心》这本装帧谈不上精美，词藻算不上华丽的书用一句句朴实的话语，一个个生动翔实的例子向我们讲述着中华传统美德在默默中的延续。

常在网络上看到有人说，忘记感恩是人的天性。的确是的，当我们从偶然中来到这个鲜活的世界上，在我们刚睁开眼睛时，我们就已经让我们父母在接下来的人生中开始了无尽的担忧与期待。他们担心的是我们的健康，是我们人生的坎坷；他们期待的是我们第一句说的“爸爸、妈妈”，我们第一次得到老师的表扬，还有很多很多。

书中的一句 “感谢父母的养育之恩”提醒着我们每一个人，要对父母怀有一颗感恩的心，提醒着我们在任何时间不能因为各种各样的理由借口去对付父母的关心和爱护。我们对父母付出了多少！我们对父母的关心又有多少！

This is my new ciassmate,Jack.He is the tallest student in our ciass.He has

black hair and big eyes,so he looks smart.He studies very hard ,he likes reading

and piaying football.He is also good at swimming,he is the member of our school

Swimming Club.

Jack is a poilte boy.He always help others if somebody needs help.For

example,last Friday,he helped an old woman cross the road when the traffic

lights is red.

In a word,he is very poilte and helpfull.All of the teachers like him very

much.

Computer has been part of our life. We use it to work or to keep in touch

with our friends. Computer provides people a way to recognize the world and

share resources. For teenagers, they are so crazy about computer games. There

always news reports teenagers playing computer games for a long time. Some

people blame the company to create online games, while others criticize the

school for not educating children well. Actually, parents have much

responsibility to teach their children the danger of playing online game too

much. Whats more, not every child overuses computer, so it depends on their

behavior.

1995 I went into taizhou junior middle school.Totally we had 7 classes,I

was in class 4.The head-teacher of the class was a middle age woman.she was so

strict with us.for example, i was catched when i ate a big rabbit sugar during

class time,she asked me to buy that bland sugar one peice for everyone.in my

opinion ,she hated everyting except study,everyweekend ,she asked us to study in

school,sunday afternoon was just the free time for us.when she saw we played

football,she must get the ball back to her office.someone who was to be in love

was found by her,he would be punished just like a shit.luckyly,i was not found

by her.i liked the girl who was my Elementary school schoolmate during my junior

middle school.i didnt know she konwed or not.it ended when we graduated.but i

liked to talk with others during class time,everytime i was found by her,she

asked me to write 3000 words to explain why and how to do in future. nowadyas

every time i remeber what happened in my junior middle school,i deeply appreciat

her kindness.she is real a good teacher.

My junior middle school time has pasted ,but it will influece till the end

of my life.

On my birthday, my parents sometimes make dumplings for me and sometimes buy me a birthday cake.

But mom and dad never bought a cake on their birthday. Every time mom and dad celebrate their birthday, they always eat jiaozi, never have a mouthful of cake, father and mother are very good, they eat dumplings themselves, buy me cakes.

How should we reward our parents? For example: helping my parents do the housework, beating the back, washing the feet, making the quilt, cooking... Thats what we should do!

Its not a hard thing to give back to parents, knowing that we can be a good baby and we will be able to please mom and dad. Besides, we must repay our parents with excellent results. From the progress award to the excellence award to the best award each year, we will get the best prize for the final graduation exam.

Mid-autumn is a traditional festival in China. It’s also called Autumn festive, August festival, daughters festival, or Reunion festival and so on. It’s often on August 15th in lunar calendar every year, but in some places, it’s on the 16th August, such as Ningbo, Lanzhou and Zhou Shan.

Mid-autumn day is thought to be the best festival with human touch or interest and poetic sentiment and mood of a painting. It’s a reunion festival, on the day, people always miss close relatives and friends. Wherever they are, they always go home to see their parents and brothers and sisters, or their wife or husband and their children. The people who are in far away also give a call to the persons they are concerning with.

On this day, people often eat moon cake, nuts and some special food. And in some places, the days before Mid-autumn day, they do the rabbits with wheat, which stand of peace and reunion. On the evening, family members or friends always stay together to watch the moon as eating moon cake and nuts, or as talking each other happily.

Parents love, everywhere. My parents are my favorite people, but also the most let I respect people, thank them for me to raise me, for my life and study.

Since kindergarten, parents began to bid farewell to life easily. Because I have to go to school on time, so they wake me up on time every morning and ready for breakfast, and then send me to school, school, day after day, year by year, three years in a row.

In elementary school, the parents at the contact schools on the move for me, hope I have a good learning environment.

Into the school, and on time every day to take me home, rain or shine.

Parents gave me life and study on a lot of help, when I was ill, they will take care of me; When I read tired, they make my quiet environment, let me have a good rest; When the weather turns cold, they gave me clothes to wear. Is my parents gave me such a good living space.

Parents help on learning not only give me life, gave me a good education, when I encountered setbacks, when I dont honest, when I haggle over every ounce with others, they education I to be honest, dont lie, learn to easy.

One such example. A mothers love is sweet, fatherly love is deep.

I think the loudly say to parents: papa, mama, I love you!

父母的爱，无处不在。父母是我最爱的人，又是最让我尊敬的人，感谢他们生我养我，为我的生活和学习操劳。

自从上幼儿园起，父母就开始告别轻松的生活。因为我必须按时上学，于是他们每天早上按时叫我起床，准备好早餐，然后再送我上学、放学，一天天，一年年，连续三年。

上小学了，父母为我四处奔波联系名校，希望我有一个好的学习环境。

进了学校后，每天又按时来接送我回家，风雨无阻。

父母给了我生活、学习上很大的帮助，当我生病的时候，他们无微不至的照顾我;当我读书累的时候，他们给我制造清静的环境，让我好好休息;当天气转凉的时候，他们拿衣服给我穿。是父母给了我这么好的一个生活空间。

父母不但给我生活学习上的帮助，还给我很好的教育，当我遇到挫折的时候，当我不诚实的时候，当我与别人斤斤计较的时候，他们教育我做人要诚实，不能说谎，还要学会大方。

这样的例子一个又一个。母爱是甜蜜的，父爱是深沉的。

我想在这大声地对父母道一声：爸爸、妈妈，我爱你们!
