就这样，怀揣着录取通知书，我踏上了去学校的旅程。由于是第一次出远门，一路上紧跟着父亲，在火车上我又在想学校会是怎么样。就这样想着想着睡着了，直到父亲叫醒我要我提行李下车。出了火车站已经是下午三点了，天气阴沉沉的，好像要下雨了，我环顾四周，原来这就是武汉啊。由于第二天才是正式报到时间，所以我和父亲在外面旅馆住了一晚。晚上父亲对我说要我在学校努力学习，学会做人做事等等。想到进入一个新环境，想到明天父亲就回家了，想到我一个人在陌生的环境里，我心里很不是滋味，对他的话只是点头答应，默不作声，然后早早睡了。

大一是最丰富多彩的。首先是军训，那时有太多太多的心绪在心里充溢，老朋友在远方，新的朋友还在萌芽，当一个人需要有人分享情感的时候，孤独感会被夸大，于是渴望友谊。来自五湖四海的同学通过它逐渐互相认识，在训练中互相帮助慢慢建立新的友谊，每个人开始展露自己，凸显出自己的各种能力。我由于从小就十分内向，所以军训当中很不显眼，我知道我要慢慢改变自己，使自己更加自信，具备应有的各种能力和品质。所以我报名参加了一些协会，希望能提高自己的综合素质。在填写特长时，我感觉自己没什么特别擅长的就觉得惭愧。我有时十分羡慕那些城里的孩子从小学习各种乐器或参加各种培训，然后懂得很多。但我知道，要对自己有信心。

周围同学有的开始沉迷于网络，经常玩游戏到很晚，我就因为他们玩游戏太吵而换了次寝室，其实我很不想。上课出勤率也明显开始降低，那些不去上课的同学也不是不爱学习，只是对所学专业不感兴趣，不想去听，而且我感觉有的课程也确实是开设的不合理。比如计算机体系结构，老师说本来是应该学了操作系统等课程后再来学得，但大二就开设了，完全颠倒了顺序，所以学起来很吃力。这样，到了考试的时候，就不像大一那样都认真复习了，因为有时出的题改变很小，甚至原题目直接出出来，改都不改，所以只要弄到前两届的试卷把上面的题目都做会，那就能过了。至于一些概念性的东西，有的就开始做小抄。我想自己不能这样，不然太对不起父母，于是依然认真复习，终于获得了“十大学习之星”和“校优秀学生干部”，并获得了校一等奖学金。

Living in the country, the time seems to be very slow. I woke up early in

the morning and then took the walk. After eating the breakfast, it was about 8

Hello everyone。Today Im glad to be here to give a speech about my fresh experience in China Agriculture University。

First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have experienced in high school。For instance，I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher to wake me up on time。But now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself could hear them in the morning otherwise I would miss my class。And then even worse there would be nobody remind me

Whenever I remember my grade school days, I tend to be wistful over. Though no more are those days, I will never forget now wonderful they were. I was efree in my school days and all the year round I lived happily. I was not a hardworking pupil. Every day I directed my attention not to study but to how to out to how to cut classes and class leader as I was. I did not act like one; instead, I even encouraged others to cut classes, too. of course. I was caught out and severely punished. Often in preparing for a test we pupils would work together to devise ways of cheating in the test room. Though I was poor at cheating in any test. I never gave up but would again and again, hoping t way I would get high marks. With the passage of time I have gradually cast off those bad habits I once had always feel embarrassed each time I think of my foolish behavior in 1the past, I owe what I am to all my teachers. Every Chinese, who experienced 1980s, will remember forever the day November 6th 1981 when the China National Womens Volleyball Team defeated the Japan National Team (the so-called "Toyo Women Magic") with 3 to 2 at the 3rd World Womens Volleyball Cup in Osaka Japan. Thats the first world title for China Womens Volleyball Team. Everyone was shocked by this news. At that time, China had just been out of the "Cultural Revolution". Their victory was the result of all the former volleyball players effort. In 1965,a famous coach of Japan was invited to China to help train the China National Womens Volleyball Team. In 1982, the China National Womens Volleyball Team won the gold medal again at the World Womens Volleyball Championships in Peru under the leadership of Yuan Weimin.

In August 1984, the China National Womens Volleyball Team defeated successively the Japan National Team and the US National Team with 3 to 0, and won the gold medal again at the 23rd Olympic Games, which realized the "Triple Crown" dream at the world matches. The American coach said, "I hope our children will play basketball as well as the Chinese girls."

Two years later, the China National Womens Volleyball Team came to the 14th World Womens Volleyball Team Championships. Though the famous players, such as the "Iron Girl" Cao Huiying, the "Iron Hammer" Lang Ping, the "Wall of Tian An Men Rostrum" Zhou Xiaolan, and the "Quick Attacker" Zhang Rongfang, had retired, the Chinese girls still won the gold medal by their strength and wisdom. The "Penta Crown" is not only a great honor, but also an ever spur. It has become the spirit of the China National Womens Volleyball Team. At present, the China National Womens Volleyball Team has become a symbol of striving and competing in Chinese peoples hearts.

As the fast development of other countries volleyball career, the China National Womens Volleyball Team had lost parts of their advantages for a period. In early 1995, Lang Ping, the former core player of the "Penta Crown" team, became the head coach of the Chinese National Team. Though its very hard to train these young players in such a short time, she made it. The China National Womens Volleyball Team won the bronze medals at the 7th World Cups at the end of 1995. Then they won the silver medals at the Atlanta Olympic Games in 1996, and the gold medals at the 13th Asian Games in 1998. The China National Womens Volleyball Team became the No.1 in Asian again. Whats more, they made a greater miracle at the Athens Olympic Games in 2004. These young girls defeated the rival in a very disadvantaged situation and won the gold medals finally, which were the bestaffirmation for their previous hard work.

living in a city has both advantages and disadvantages. it is often easier to find work. there are always many choices of public transport. besides, there are a lot of interesting things to do and places to see. you can eat in good restaurants, visit museums, go to cinemas and go to parks whenever you want to relax. however, living in a city is often very expensive. you must find a well-paid job, otherwise, you will not be able to afford the things you will do. whats more, the city is always crowded, noisy and dirty. it is very difficult to find a good place where people can enjoy peace and fresh air as in the countryside.

在今天，学习不是学生的专利，而是所有人在这个社会所必须具备的行动。学校学习是一定时期的集中批量基础成长过程，是一个人获得可以工作生活的基本动力的过程。而工作中的学习，则是贯穿生命过程的“实践-学习-思考-实践”动力增强的反复获得动力的充电过程。用能的转化和守恒的观点来看，学校学习是获得短期的能量，而要持续的运动下去，就必须有新的能量进入到我们的头脑系统。否则，就意味着运动和大脑活动的能量短缺。造成呆滞和程序的紊乱。学习就象我们要吃饭、要呼吸、要睡觉一样重要。

学习这个补充大脑动力的过程，可以打通思路，开阔视野;可以唤醒我们内心童年时期播下的种子;可以让我们静静地反思自己的成功失败;可以呼唤我们教师的良知。是学习让孙明霞这位1983年山东师大生物系毕业，现为山东泰安市泰山学院附属中学的生物教师，成长为山东省教学能手，2000年被选拔参加了在北京师范大学举行、由教育部举办的“骨干教师国家级培训”，并获得“论文答辩一等奖”和“优秀学员”称号。也就是在这次培训后，其对教育教学有了许多新的认识和思考。她2002年华东师大研究生课程进修班结业。现在是大夏书系《教师月刊》特约编辑、万千教育签约作者。

mr shao taught me english when i was in senior three.with the bald head and hunchback, the fifty or some man distinguished himself from his counterparts in many ways.

he was so addicted to tobacco that he couldnt even skip acigarette in the corridor at the interval between two classes. due to the long time consumption of cigarettes, his teeth had gone totally bad and occasionally let off unpleasant smell which really disturbed us when we were talking to him. at times, he came to recognize it and consequently found out a solution. he suggested we write down our problems and he answer them in the written form. although i knew all along that he was a careful man, his quotations of five different dictionaries on a single multiple choice problem was still beyond my wildest dream.

whats more, none of us could imagine how ecellent his ancient chinese literature was. what he tended to do in his class was to recite several segments of the famous ancient prose and then put them into english. however, under the pressure of college entrance eam, the students didnt seem to be so interested in his performance. therefore, he tried to stimulate the class by editions of times as prizes for answering questions. it worked on us instantly.

on the day of the entrance eam, he waited nervously with us out of the eamination room. he kept reminding us not to drink water in case that we would feel like going to toilet during the eam. not withstanding his constant claims that we students were far less important than his beloved daughter, we did feel his devotion to us.

Today is weekend, I had finished my homework see mother was cooking, he said to mother: "mom, I help you cook a meal, do you?" Mother confused to ask me: "can you?" I said to mother: "you stop worrying! The bag to me!" Mother said: "ok! Let you give it a try!" In the mothers care and guidance, I first put the steamed rice. And then start preparing food, open the refrigerator, wow! Is I like to eat vegetables, there are eggs, tomatoes, beans, peppers, garlic moss, potato, cabbage, onion, etc. So I just took the eggs from the refrigerator, a potato, a tree green onion, pepper, first of all, I cut the onion in half and half and half egg fry, and potatoes, and chili peppers. 今天是周末，我写完作业看见妈妈正要做饭，就对妈妈说：“妈妈，我帮您做饭吧?”妈妈疑惑的问我：“你可以么?”我对妈妈说：“您放心吧!包在我身上!”妈妈说：“那好吧!就让你试一试吧!”

在妈妈的看护和指导下，我首先把大米蒸上。然后开始准备菜，一开冰箱，哇噻!都是我喜欢吃的菜，有鸡蛋、西红柿、豆角、辣椒、蒜苔、土豆、白菜、葱等。于是我就从冰箱中取了鸡蛋、一个土豆、一棵葱、辣椒，首先我把葱切成两半，一半和鸡蛋炒、一半和土豆、辣椒炒。其次，将土豆削皮，切块。最后，把鸡蛋打开，在碗里搅匀备用。这时米饭蒸好了，看着一个个晶莹剔透的大米粒，白白的香喷喷的，看了就想吃一口。

下面开始炒菜了，我先把油倒到铁锅里，等油热了，把切好的葱和鸡蛋放入油锅，不停的翻炒，一会，等鸡蛋变黄了，放点盐、调料、味精，在翻了翻，出锅。下一道菜，驾轻就熟，看着色泽鲜嫩，尝一口咸甜可口，正合适。饭菜放到桌上，看着自己亲手做出的饭菜，闻着饭菜的香味，看着全家人脸上的笑容，我开心的笑了。

Leaving school How times flies!We have spent three years in the school I am very sad that I have to say goodbye to you.Ive learned much in the past three years. Our teachers worked hard and took good care of us. All the students studied very hard and were all very friendly to each other.

We will go to different senior schools next term. Lets keep in touch with each other. And I also hope everyone will have a bright future.

Boys and girls !I want to tell you about our school trip.Were going to go on Saturday .I hope you can all come .As you know ,were going to visit the film museum.There are lots of very intersting things there about the cinema and how films are made .Well have to leave at eight forty-five ,so dont be late .Well get there by bus.Please meet me in the car park.

What next ?Oh yes, the cost .Itll be six dollars seventy each . Now ,Im going to give you some work to do at the museum .You need to write things dowm,so take a pencil and a notebook with you. Well have lunch in the museum restaurant,so you neednt bring any food with you . Well, I think thats everything.

Generally speaking, life in high school is busy and fulfilling, due to the

ultimate goal---College Entrance Examination. Many people say that there is no

fun left but bored study and endless exercises. However, as a high school

student, I can’t agree with them. Personally, I live a fruitful but happy life

in high school. It can’t be denied that study is my priority that I must spend

most of my time and energy on it. Sometimes, study may make me frustrated or

even drive me crazy, but I still can adjust my mood to enjoy my life. Besides, I

can also get a sense of achievement when I do well in my study or make progress.

The most important is that my friends bring much happiness to me and my parents’

care inspires me to go on. I think friends in high school are my best friend

forever, because they know me a lot and witness all of my emotions. They are the

persons who grow with me. In addition, teachers in high school care much about

our students both in study and life, and classmates are always friendly to each

other. We build deep friendship together. All of these make up my fruitful life

in high school, which I will cherish forever.

I live with my father and mother in a very big house in Dongguan. My parents are both very busy. They leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

When I am home on weekends from school, we spend a lot of time together. We talk about my studies, my health and my school life. I love my parents very much.

My grandparents are still living, but they don’t live with us. Their health is good and they both do sports very early in the morning. My grandmother does gymnastics with elderly women her age in the park. Both of my grandfathers play basketball in the morning and sometimes they go swimming.

Chinese people eat rice for every meal, but I don’t like rice because I think it is tasteless! We eat meat, fish and vegetables. My family eats noodles and congee. My favorite is noodles.

I often play computer games because I like it so much. I often watch Japanese cartoon movies with my parents on the weekends. On long holidays we take trips, too.

That is my description of typical family life in China.

我，幻想到了我们的校园：东边是许多同学向往的游戏地方，几个阳光大男孩在操场是玩耍，你追我赶；西边是学校里生意葱茏的竹林，翠**流的绿色让人神清气爽，；南边是我们学校知识的地方，朗朗的读书声从教室里传来；北面是敞开的学校大门，上面“长”了许多“尖刺”，为的是不让小偷轻易进入。

我，幻想到了我们的校服：走廊上，千奇百怪的涂鸦映入眼帘。“还我**！”“为中华之崛起而读书”呀，原来这些都是爱国的好青年啊！“垫‘十里香’牌鞋垫，要脚不要脸。”“喝肾宝，长生不老。”哟，这些青年长大的梦想原来是做推销员哪！“偶滴肾哪！”“今天不是个好日子。”哎，这些青年正处在伤心的境界。“偶是阎王老子，偶最大！”“我住精神病院302室。”这这---让我叫他们是什么青年好呢？

哎呀！爸爸叫我一起上街，拜拜，下次见！

I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays this year.I liked green plants,clear rivers and lovely amimals there.I breathed the fresh air on the mountain and sometimes I went swimming in the river.I kept a diary every day.

I liked not only the scene of the countryside,but also the people there.I helped them to do farm work.I also helped the children in the neighbourhood with their lessons.The children were interested in English.They were good at reading and writing,but did not do well in listening and speaking.I helped them improve their listening and speaking.Their parents thought highly of me.I realized that knowledge is greatly needed in the countryside.
