I always think there is not enough time. For example， I have just taken a three-day holiday. But when I look back， I just feel that it‘s only one day. There goes a proverb， “Time is money”。 Now I want to say， time is more precious than money， because when money is spent， we can earn some more again. Beijing is an ancient city with a long history. Back in 3000 years ago in Zhou dynasty, Beijing, which was called Ji at the moment, had been named capital of Yan. Thereafter, Liao, Jin, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasty all made Beijing their capital. Therefore, Beijing was famous for "Capital of a thousand years".

The long history leaves Beijing precious cultural treasure. Winding for several kilometers in Beijing area, the Great Wall is the only man-made structure that could been seen in the space. The Summer Palace is a classic composition of ancient royal gardens, and the Forbidden City is the largest royal palaces in the world. Tiantan is where the emperor used to fete their ancestors, and also the soul of Chinese ancient constructions. The four sites above has been confirmed world cultural heritage by UNESCO. However, the best representatives for Beijing are the vanishing Hutongs and square courtyards. Through hundreds of years, they have become symbol of Beijings life. Tiananmen square being still brilliant today with cloverleaf junctions and skyscrapers everywhere, the old-timey scene and modern culture are combined to present a brand new visage of Beijing.

As Beijing has been confirmed home city of Olympics 2008, the spirit of "green Olympics, scientific Olympics and humanized Olympic" will surely bring more and more changes to Beijing, promote the development of sports and Olympics in China as well as in the world, and strengthen the friendly communications between Chinese and foreign people.

What is the definition of a good neighbor?Well, in my opinion, a good neighbor should have the qualities: to care aboutother’s feeling, and help others unselfishly.

一个好邻居的定义是什么？在我看来，一个好邻居应该有这些品质：关心他人感受，无私的帮助别人。

I feel lucky to have a good neighbor. Sheis about 65 years old. I remember it clearly，one night, I wascaught in a pouring rain, and then I suffered from a high fever. My parentswere on business, so I turned to her for help, I recovered soon. I have anotherneighbor, we’re in the same age, went to the same school. We always playedtogether. I’m not good at Physics at that time. It was hard for me to pass theexam. After school, she always helped me with my Physics. With her help, I madea big process in my final exam.

It is widely accepted that to work independently has the obvious advantage

that it can prove one’s ability. However, I believe that teamwork is more

important in the modern society and teamwork sprit has become a required quality

by more and more companies.

In the first place, we are situated in a complicated society and we often

encounter tough problems that are beyond our ability. It is especially at this

moment that teamwork proves to be exceedingly important. With the help of the

team, these problems can be solved easily and quickly, which could improve work

efficiency.

In the second place, teamwork provides a chance to cooperate with workmate,

it will make a friendly and enjoyable work environment, which is an important

factor influencing employees’ belief in the company as a good workplace.

Finally, teamwork contributes to the prosperity of the companies. With all

workmates’ knowledge combined, the companies possess high work efficiency and an

ability to deal with whatever problems. As a result, the companies can make more

profits and develop more quickly.

In sum, teamwork is very important, no one could live individually, they

must rely on others in some way. Hence, work together could make life

easier.

一次，一家航空公司要招聘空姐，但在面试中几位外语流利，身材条件出色，因而被普通看好的姑娘竟全部落选。原来，其原因是她们文化修养差，爱国心薄弱。

是啊!一个不热爱祖国的人，更不会为这家公司全身心投入。一个没有文化修养的人，也决不会做好工作，并处理好各方面的关系。作为一个国家的公民，爱国心是非常重要的。这对于我们国家来说，也是十分需要的。

就拿著名的科学家钱学森来讲吧!美国有着豪华舒适的别墅供他住，可这并不曾为此动摇过他回国的决心，不管多少年过去了，他始终期盼着，能够有一天，回到自己的家乡。尽管那儿的生活条件是那样的落后，贫困。他这样的思想动力是什么呢?我可以肯定地问答：“是一颗赤诚的爱国心。”正因为有这样的一颗心，才能使他永久地盼望着这一天的来临。

相反，一个没有爱国心的人，他的行为，也就给整个国家造成危害。就像李洪志一样，他一心想着与我们国家作对，用“法伦功”来给我们国家制造危害，残害了不知有多少条生命。这是因为他失去了一颗心——一颗永远向着祖国的爱国心!

看来，一颗赤诚的爱国心的确非常的重要。没有了爱国心，你还配做祖国的公民吗?

【班会构思】新学期开始新一级的同学步入了高三，如何在高三学年让学生充满动力的学习，能够自主学习，主动学习，是我经常思考的问题，结合中央电视台播出的开学第一课的结构模式，我班召开了一节在爱中学习的主题班会。我将爱分成了三个部分，先由同学们分小组讨论和探讨，选出代表发言，然后由我做总结。

【班会过程】

第一篇章——爱是感恩。

【学生发言】感谢父母对我的付出，是他们的辛勤付出才能让我安心的坐在教室中扎扎实实的学习;感谢老师每天辛勤的劳动，是这些辛勤的老师每天为我们精心备课，认真讲课，耐心的辅导才使我能够全面的掌握所学习的知识，在我遇到挫折的时候又是老师给我耐心的做工作，帮助我解决思想问题：感谢我身边的同学，是他们的陪伴使我的学习生活更加精彩，充满了竞争，充满了快乐。

【班主任总结】具有感恩之心的人才是最有爱心的人，具有感恩之心的人心情每天都是快乐的，希望我们班的每一个同学每天都会由衷的体会到有爱在身边，每一天都心情很高兴，充满感恩之心，一切都是那么的美好，每天在爱的环境中学习真幸福!

第二篇章——爱是承担。

【看视频】我们播放了早准备好的辽宁省沈阳市147中学初一学生马鹏飞同学的介绍视频。在马鹏飞6个月大的时候父母相继离家出走，奶奶成了他唯一的亲人是奶奶把马鹏飞带大，祖孙俩生活虽不富裕，却也能维持生计。然而祸不单行，在小鹏飞5岁的时候，身患糖尿病的奶奶得了糖尿病合并症：双目失明、颈椎病、心脏病、末梢神经坏死。为了治病，奶奶不得不卖掉仅有的房子，开始了漂泊的日子。还在懵懂之间的小鹏飞，就不得不挑起生活的重担。那些无比艰辛的日子，小鹏飞至今记忆犹新：“5岁时，我第一次炒菜，炒的是干豆腐丝，炒糊了;油也溅到了脸上。奶奶很心疼，流着泪，都吃了。”奶奶身体越来越差，住进了医院。看着幼小的鹏飞，奶奶感到说不出的绝望。小鹏飞24小时陪护着奶奶，困了就在病床旁趴一会。

他不停地安慰道：“奶奶，你不要怕，今后我就是你的眼睛，帮你看东西;我就是你的拐棍，给你领路。”一边说，一边用小手轻轻地擦拭着奶奶的泪水……邻居送来了香喷喷的烧鸡。小鹏飞一口也舍不得吃，他舔着手上粘着的油说：“奶奶，这鸡味真正，真是八珍的。你多吃些，眼睛就能看见了。”在场的医护人员、患者、陪护的人，都感动地掉下了眼泪。小鹏飞7岁那年，奶奶得了肺炎，高烧不退;到了晚上，病情越来越重，喘不上气，意识有些不清，大小便失禁。幼小的鹏飞为奶奶脱下脏衣服，一点一点用温水擦干净奶奶的身子，又为奶奶擦上爽身粉，换上干净衣服。看着奶奶安静下来，小鹏飞又把换下的脏衣服用小手一点点洗净。 看着孝顺、懂事的孙子，奶奶心疼地哭了。“我是男子汉，我是家里的顶梁柱”生活的磨难，让年少的鹏飞格外懂事。8岁起，家庭里里外外的事儿，小鹏飞都管了起来。 穷家难当。祖孙二人生活全靠奶奶每个月几百元的退休金以及每月二三百元的低保，除去房租、医药费、生活费，所剩无几。“精打细算，不能花冒了。”小鹏飞说。

为了省钱，从9岁起，小鹏飞学会了给奶奶扎胰岛素，成了奶奶的“小医生”。 走进小鹏飞的家，虽然家徒四壁，却非常整洁，一尘不染、干干净净;立柜里面，锅碗瓢盆，整整齐齐。“孩子爱干净，家里的一切都是他拾掇的。”小鹏飞的奶奶说。为了防止奶奶吃错药，鹏飞在床头上放了急需的速效救心丸、地奥心血康等心脏药;床头柜上摆着预防脑血栓的脑洛丁和阿斯匹林;桌子上放着维生素B1、B6、B12和维生素C。这些药分别治什么病，什么时候吃，每天吃几回，吃多少，小鹏飞记得清清楚楚。14岁了，小鹏飞只过了一回生日，还是在奶奶身体好时。“也不想过，费钱;过生日就一个形式，过不过，都会长一岁。”小鹏飞说。可奶奶过生日，小鹏飞总是变着法让奶奶高兴。他从电视里学会了红烧鲤鱼。今年3月30日，奶奶的生日那天，他做了老人最爱吃的红烧鲤鱼、烧茄子。他将鱼肉夹在小碗里，弄碎，一点一点地挑鱼刺，喂奶奶吃。直到奶奶吃完饭他才肯吃。奶奶让他吃鱼，他却只吃里面的姜和葱，用菜汁儿拌饭，把剩下的大块鱼肉留给奶奶下顿吃。奶奶让他吃，他却说：“奶奶，我吃肉的日子在后头呢!我将来一定能考上好大学，挣很多钱，让奶奶天天吃肉，吃个够!我要好好学习，我要考上好大学，我要带奶奶去上大学。”看完视频同学们的眼睛湿润了，不约而同的鼓起了掌。

【学生发言】 爱是承担，我们来到寿光一中求学，就是要考进好的大学，父母将我们送来一中不是让我们来享受，也不是让我们来嬉戏玩闹，是让我们走进大学的校门，我们一定要通过自己的努力去实现自己承担的那份责任。我们已经是成年人了，要承担起这个责任，不能辜负家长老师的期望。与马鹏飞相比我们条件更好，14岁的孩子能承担起的责任，我们应该能够做的更好。

【班主任总结】我们爱我们的父母，爱我们的老师，就要承担起自己的那一份责任，一个人无论在求学阶段还是在社会中所受到的尊重程度是与他所能担负的责任成正比的。在我们每一个同学的肩头都承担着父母的期盼，都有一份沉甸甸的责任，每一个同学要承担起你的责任，这是一个有正义感的现代学生必须做到的。与马鹏飞相比我们还有什么抱怨可言?

第三篇章——爱是分享

【学生发言】与你最亲近的人分享你的成功，让他们去享受你的成功给他们带来的喜悦，这是最幸福的事情。我们要通过一年的努力，考入自己理想的学校，让辛苦一年的父母与我们分享胜利的喜悦，送给他们最好的礼物就是我们的成功。

【班主任总结】我们每一个同学都有自己的理想，虽然每个人的能力有大有小，但是通过我们一年的努力我们都会有很大的提高，都会有很大的进步，没有虚度高中的光阴，每天都有收获，这就是成功。让我们共同努力，让我们最亲近的人在明年高考之后沉浸在幸福之中，让他们好好的分享我们的成功，这就是大爱。

【班会效果总结】这次班会以后，我觉得同学们长大了很多，明白了很多，少了很多的玩闹，自觉主动学习的意识加强了，同学之间的矛盾减少了，相互之间互相帮助，共同学习共同进步的意识加强了，班级凝聚力明显提高，学习气氛提高了很多。学生长大了，他们体会到自己受到的关爱，也明确了自己必须承担的责任。
