一年来，我校的教育教学质量稳中有升，今年中考又喜获丰收，上县考核线人数达300余人，将近占我校参考人数的50%，位于全县农村中学的首位。初一初二年级的各科期末考试成绩的综合排位也居全县前列。我校因此被县教育局评为教学质量合格单位。

在组织师生参加县级以上的各种竞赛中，我校也取得了优异的成绩，在首届“全国语文教师语言文字基本功大赛”、县首届“德育工作论文竞赛”中，我校均有教师获得二等奖或三等奖;在各级各类教学论文评比中，我校共有2人获得市一等奖、1人获得市二等奖、3 人获得县二等奖;在全国物理竞赛中，我校有1 人获得省二等奖，1人获县一等奖，2人获县二等奖，2 人获县三等奖。

学校硬件建设得到了加强，办学条件有了较大改善。一年来，学校多方争取资金，并将有限的资金用于办学上。随着办学规模的扩大，我们新增了600多套课桌凳，保证了学生人人有课桌;由于教师的增多，教师宿舍不足，学校又挤出资金，改造旧房，租赁住房，基本解决了教师住房问题;尤值一提的是，在上学期，我校筹集了十多万元资金，用于充实、更新物理、化学、生物实验器材和音乐、美术、体育教学器材;新建了一间72座的现代化语音室，新建了6张水泥乒乓球桌，为我校素质教育的大力开展提供了最有力物质保障。

在这年中，我校还涌现了一大批优秀教师，他们爱岗敬业，勇挑重担，表现出了极大的工作热情和崇高的职业道德;同时，也涌现出了一大批优秀学生，他们谦虚好学，刻苦钻研，成为莘莘学子们不断追求、争相效仿的光辉榜样。

老师们、同学们，回顾过去，我们感到骄傲，感到自豪。展望未来，我们任重而道远，前进的路上不可能一帆风顺，会有许多困难和挑战。特别是冷静地看待我们的现在，还有很多的问题摆在我们面前，亟待解决。比如，学校管理不是非常完善，有些教师业务水平业务能力有待提高，部分学生学习目的学习态度不够明确端正等等。这些，都有待我们在接下来的一个学期乃至一个学年中不断努力，改进完善，才能使仙下中学的辉煌在我们手中得以延续并不断发展壮大，为此，我提出以下希望和要求：

一、全体师生要进一步端正思想，认清形势，戒骄戒躁，继续发扬团结互助、勤奋好学、你追我赶的良好学风，发扬爱岗敬业、乐于奉献、求真务实的良好教风。不断努力，再接再厉，为开创我校教育教学工作新局面，使我校在本学年度评为教学法质量先进单位而勤奋学习，扎实工作。

二、学校将进一步加大管理力度，完善管理体制，革新管理办法。特别是进一步修订完善《xx中学教学常规检查办法》、《xx中学教学质量考核办法》，《班主任工作考核办法》，确保学校教育教学工作全面落实到位。

三、进一步强化学生管理，规范学生日常行为，严肃校风校纪。

1、全体同学要时刻紧绷安全这根弦，高度重视自己的人身安全、财产安全，坚决杜绝任何安全事故的发生。要时时提醒自己注意交通、用水、用电、防火、防爆、防盗及饮食卫生等方方面面的安全,并具备一定的安全自救常识，提高自我防范和自我保护能力。

2、要讲卫生，爱卫生。首先，全体同学要按照学校制度和要求认真搞好一天三小扫、一周两大扫，保持校园环境的干净整洁。其次，要养成良好的生活卫生习惯，珍惜自己和他人的劳动成果，坚决消灭乱倒乱扔、乱涂乱画的不良现象。

3、抓好午休管理。有些同学思想涣散，纪律观念淡薄，午休期间在校内外追打溜达，这样不利于自身成长学习，极易引发各种安全事故。为此，学校要求全体同学从今天起，必须在中午一点二十之前赶到学校教室进行午休，精力较旺盛的同学，在此期间也可进行学习，完成有关作业，绝不允许追打嬉闹。

4、狠抓公寓管理，彻底改变脏、乱、烂的落后局面。我们学校的学生公寓，虽然刚建不久，气势雄伟，但由于管理的缺位和相当部分同学的不自觉，造成了目前公物破坏严重、地面脏、内务乱、就寝纪律差等一系列问题。因此，本学期我们将下大力气进行整改，两个星期内要见实效。全体同学要讲卫生，勤打扫，养成良好的生活卫生习惯。所有洗刷，都只能在卫生间进行，生活用水，也只能在卫生间倒放，时时保持地面和走廊的干净干燥;内务要勤整理，整齐划一，美观规范，毛巾、被子、箱子、桶子、鞋子等生活用品一律摆放成线;所有衣服晾晒在走廊上，绝不允许挂在窗户上随风飘扬，不堪入目;不准在寝室用膳;窗页、玻璃、床板、床架等公物实行包干使用制，谁使用，谁保管，谁损坏，谁赔偿，故意损坏，翻倍赔偿。学校将派人每天对各班各寝室进行全面检查，一月下来，对表现好的文明寝室，进行通报表扬，对于毫无转变的差寝室，将限期整改，直到符合要求为止。
