古人曾叹："年年岁岁花相似，岁岁年年人不同。"今天的二高真可谓大有不同。我校上一届的师兄师姐，在高考中取得了辉煌成绩，在我校的发展史上留下了精彩的一页!他们用艰苦的努力换来了汝南二高的荣誉，作为同学，我们为他们骄傲，与他们同享这份幸福和快乐;与他们也一样满怀对老师、对汝南二高的感激之情。我们虽然没有一流的教学设施，却有着宽松的学习环境;没有华丽的校园，却有着良好的学习氛围，有众多励志、求知、进取的老师的谆谆教诲。我们在学校为我们提供的优越环境中健康成长。我们又怎能不更加勤奋、更加刻苦地为汝南二高的明天奋斗，为祖国的明天奋斗?!

毫无疑问，上届同学取得的佳绩既是最好的激励，也是无声的鞭策。在新的学期来临之际，我们要想的，是如何完善自我，提高自己，以良好的精神状态去迎接我们每个人必须经历的挑战，用更好的成绩回报培育我们的母校，用自己的汗水为汝南二高谱写新的篇章。

有梦就有动力，女航天员王亚平老师讲述了她的航天梦想，靠着不懈的努力，成为我国女航天员，并首次在太空授课，我还清晰不误的记得王亚平老师鼓励的话语：梦想就像宇宙中的星辰，看似遥不可及，但只要努力，一定触摸得到。有了梦想就有了动力，这样的梦想让万亚平老师有了如此的成就。

最美舞者廖智老师，在2008年5月12日的地震中失去了孩子和双腿，在困难的蹉跎下，在疼痛的折磨中，她选择了坚持，坚持让他忍受痛苦，穿上假肢站立行走，一个月后重新开始跳舞，廖智老师让我们知道，有梦就要坚持!

知名钢琴家郎朗，15岁就出国学钢琴，当时是替补，演出机会自然渺小，但他坚持不懈的努力使他得到参加芝加哥交响乐团世纪演出机会，从而一举得名。还有黑龙江省的单亲妈妈郑亚波，为自闭症儿子开发智力，八年坚持看视频自学钢琴，然后手把手教给儿子，如今不会说话的小威弹多首中外名曲，还能聊天唱歌。

Today is Monday; I wake up at 6 o’clock in the morning. Then I have my breakfast at home and take the subway to school. I am quite excited about this day, because our chemistry teacher will teach us to do an interesting experiment. This experiment is about how to create soap. Last week, the chemistry teacher promised that we would have something fun in this week. Making our own special soap is the mission in this class.

时光荏苒，日月如梭，光阴飞逝间，我也是一名高中生了。

发言之后就是颁发奖学金，有一千的，有五千的，但在我看来，钱多少都不是最重要的，最重要的是学校对他们的一种认可。

我不知道我在未来会不会像那些学长学姐一样站在讲台前领取学校发给我的奖学金，但我会努力，努力学习，努力做好我自己，为了不辜负我的父母和老师，也为了不辜负我自己。

金秋九月，我在这里要跟大家讲的是，让自信成为一种习惯。

自信，是人生最良好的习惯之一，在我们周围，有许多充满自信的同学和朋友，这些人因自信而充满魅力、受人欢迎、令人敬佩。

自信的人一定是充满热情与活力的人。因为自信让他们拥有强大的个人能量;自信的人一定是与人为善、乐于助人的人，因为自信让他们在自己生活美好的同时想到帮助别人;自信的人一定是开心快乐的人，因为自信使他们可以释怀所有的烦恼和忧愁;自信的人一定是充满斗志、意志坚定的人，因为内心强大的信念让他们永不言弃;自信的人一定是最接近成功的人，因为自信激发了他们巨大的潜能……

人们常常认为，自信是与生俱来的，有些人注定与自信无缘。其实，这是一种误解，环顾周围。我们的同学、朋友在成长过程中逐步建立起自信的事例并不鲜见，所以说，让自信成为我们的一种习惯并不是一件困难的事。

在上个世纪三十年代，英国有一位年轻的父亲，他总是教导自己年幼的女儿玛格丽特，不管做什么事情，都要做到一流，甚至跟她说，不管到哪里，都要站在最前排。玛格丽特深深记住了父亲的教诲，在以后的学习工作中，她总是抱着自己能够把事情做成一流的信念，尽自己最大的努力克服一切困难，把事情做到至善至美，以自己的行动践行着“永远站在最前排”。上大学时，本来五年的课程，她用一年就修完了。而且成绩优异，在体育、音乐、演讲方面，她也是佼佼者。正是凭着这种自信的习惯，40多年后，她成为英国乃至整个欧洲政坛上最耀眼的明星，连续4年当选保守党领袖，并于1979年成为英国第一位女首相，执政11年，她被人称为“铁娘子”，她的名字叫玛格丽特 撒切尔。

拿破仑曾经说过，一个人的成就，绝不会超出他的自信所能达到的高度。也就是说。一个人自信程度的高低，决定他人生成就的大小。玛格丽特从小就有一种十分强大的自信，并使自信成为了自己的习惯，她才能在自己的人生道路上将自己提升一个又一个高度。

有的同学可能抱怨，自己的父亲没有像撒切尔的父亲一样教导我，我因此很缺乏自信。没有关系，自信完全可以在后天建立起来，并且建立自信并不困难。

同学们，基恩博士少年时的不自信是因为他是一个黑人，他因自己受到歧视而十分自卑和痛苦，并且，他是黑种人这一事实是不可改变的。然而，自信的可贵之处正在于此，自信不是来自于他人或其他事物，而是源于自己的内心和灵魂。无论外部环境多么恶劣，都不会压垮一个灵魂强大的人，也就是真正自信的人。所以我们要想成功，要想坚强，要想快乐，要想激发出自己巨大的潜能，就一定要让自信变成自己的习惯。

已经拥有强大自信心的同学，一定要保持住，并不断扩大自己的自信心。暂时缺乏自信心的同学，要尝试做出改变，《易经》中讲：“穷则变，变则通，通则久。”要努力让自信变成自己的习惯，让自信植入你的潜意识，自信是成功的基石，没有自信，就难以成功。

下面，我跟大家分享几条培养自信心的方法：

①在聚会、开会等场合挑前排的位子坐。一般情况下，多数人都是先挑后面的位子坐，都不希望让自己太显眼，怕受人注目，这是一种缺乏自信的表现，坐前排的位子可以增强你的信心，大家可以当成一个规则试试看。如果说坐前排会比较显眼，那么成功又何尝不是一种显眼呢?

②练习用你的目光正视别人。这是自信的表现，也是正义、诚实、光明磊落的表现。

③加快走路的速度，走路时抬头挺胸，这些积极的动作可以改变一个人的心理状态。懒散、拖沓的人往往是充满抱怨、心情糟糕的人。

④多笑一笑，笑是医治信心不足的一剂良药，笑可以化解与他人的矛盾，笑可以使你有一个良好的人缘。

同学们，自信的人有一个共同的表现，那就是不卑不亢，既不会畏缩自卑，也不会趾高气昂。

大家一定要在今后的学习和生活中培养并提升自己的自信心，如果你想成为一个充满活力与热情的人，一个善良友好的人，一个斗志昂扬的人。一个魅力十足的人，一个成功的人，就一定要做一个真正自信的人!

我们的春节是中国人一年中的第一个传统佳节，它标志旧的一年结束，新的一年已经开始。年夜饭，是春节的重要活动之一，中国的百姓家庭对年夜饭极为重视。正月初二，我和爸爸妈妈一起到奶奶家吃年夜饭。

很快的还有5分钟就到6点了。姑父把我们安排到圆桌上的各个座位上，我和2位表姐左右邻座。先上一道饭前甜点“蔬菜沙拉”开开胃。我们三个吃货纷纷拿勺子一勺勺地舀着沙拉，没一会儿，沙拉就差不多吃完了。姑姑笑着说：“慢点吃，每人和你们抢。”这时，第二道菜“年年有鱼”上来了。色香味俱全，酱油的味道恰到好处，加上葱花点缀，这道菜别提有多美了。鱼上完了，紧接着就是“清煮虾仁”了。这道菜清甜可口，配上一碗香醋，让人垂涎欲滴。稍后又上了不少好菜，个顶个都是美食，今天来真是有口福了。

晚上，吃完晚饭。大家陆陆续续都散了，我和爸爸妈妈也只好依依不舍的和奶奶说“再见”了，今天一天玩得别提有多开心了，和家人团聚是一件幸福的事。

Leo Tolstoy once said, everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.

He is right. We always have great plans and dreams in our minds… too ready to achieve something grand thatChanges the world or benefits all of mankind .For example; we hate pollution and have made up our minds to find new energy sources that keep the environment clean. Yet we still litter on the ground. We complain about traffic jams, so we plan to build more highways to solve the problem, but it never occurs to us that our failure to follow traffic regulations is the leading cause of this situation. We are so concerned that the violence in the media has a bad impact on our children, we urge the government to set laws to protect them. But, do we, as adults, set a good example for our kids? We use nasty words and even spit on the ground in front of them, I dare to say, we harm more!

In my opinion, before we decide to change the world, we had better change ourselves first. As ordinary individuals, we do not have the power to change the world. But we can change our habit of littering, spitting, cussing, we can respect the environment around us, we must act as good models for our kids.

If each of us does all of these little things, all of us, millions and millions of individuals together, together we will be strong …strong enough to change our world!

So please, the next time you do something, think how your actions influence not only you, but those around you too, especially our children …and perhaps more importantly…our planet!

列夫·托尔斯泰曾说过：每个人都想改变这个世界，但是没有人想到改变自己。

他说的很有道理，我们每个人都心怀伟大时志向，时刻准备去干一番能造福全人类的大事业。比如，我们痛恨环境污染，所以我们下定决心去开发新的更高效更干净的能源来保护我们的环境，但是同时我们却随手乱扔垃圾;我们抱怨大城市的交通堵塞，计划造更多的高速路来解决交通问题，但是我们从来没有想过，如果我们能遵守交通规则话，那么这一问题是不是可以得到很大得缓解呢?我们担心电视电影里面得暴力会对我们得孩子产生不良的影响，于是我们敦促政府通过立法来保护未成年人，但是我们这些大人又做得怎么样呢?我们为我们的下一代做好了表率吗?我们说粗话，甚至在孩子面前抽烟。不客气地说，我们对孩子的不良影响更多!

在我看来，在我们打算改变这个世界之前，我们最好先改变一下自己。作为一个普通人，我们其实没有改变这个世界的能力，但是我可以改变我们随地扔垃圾，随地吐痰的坏习惯， 我们应该学会去保护环境，我们应该为我们的孩子起好的表率作用。

如果我们每个人都能从小事起，那么千千万万个人力量汇聚在一起，那力量是强大的，足以改变这个世界。

The new term is coming and i will be wiser and wiser because i will learn more knowlege.I will do more meaningful things that i think.First,i will get back to my everyday activities, such as:Ping pong,football and basket ball.Sports are really interesting,arent they?Second,i will read more books,just as the saying goes:the more , the better.Its true that I will know more about the world and understand why people say that the world is very big.Third,i will study maths,physics and English better.I will solve more difficult maths problems and be interested in them.I will think about more physics problems.English is important and I will spend more time on it.Im really looking forward to the coming future.I will get ready to face the future!

Currently, some cities are considering a food ban on subways, which has sparked heated discussion. Some people say food should be banned because of the trash and rats they attract. And, garbage from discarded food can cause track fires. Beyond sanitary and mechanical concerns, food can also cause fights, as was discovered last week by one passenger who criticized a woman eating steamed stuffed bun on the subway.

However, some others are opposed to the idea. They argue that people like eating in the train in the morning because they dont have enough time to eat at their houses or restaurants. Sometimes that may be the only time or meal a transit rider may be able to eat especially when traveling long distances. Besides, there are people, for example diabetics, who do require food at various times to maintain blood-sugar levels.

Personally, Im against the ban because of the huge inconvenience it would cause to commuters, and the expense involved in enforcing it. Still, I believe we should have a little common courtesy. I think we all have responsibility to try to treat our subway system and fellow riders with respect, and that extends to food as well.

昨晚，我校举行开学典礼暨颁奖晚会。在老师的带领下，同学们排好队，陆陆续续地走向会场——操场。

新建的操作焕然一新，若大的操场铺上了整齐的彩砖，显得干净整洁。舞台鲜花竟艳，灯光闪烁，再看看人山人海的操场，仿佛即将开始的是一个盛大的宴会。

大约8时30分，晚会正式开始。两位小主持人讲了几句精彩的开场白，先开始的是“鸣炮”，劈哩啪啦的鞭炮声顿时响起，一串串五颜六色的烟花升上天空，象一朵朵美丽的鲜花在夜空中绽放。一个个烟花引来同学们地一阵阵喝彩声，这场面足足维持了15分钟左右。放完鞭炮，由梁交长为我们致词，令我感角最深的一句话是：父母少看一小时电视，少打一场麻将，多陪孩子一小时，那结果就会不一样。是啊，家长多陪孩子一小时或多教孩子一分钟，那结果就会有多大的变化啊!

精彩的节目终于开始了。第一个节目由王婷妹妹和一些同学们为我们表演歌舞，引来同学们一阵阵热烈地掌声。之后还有许多受同学们欢迎的节目，如：古筝演曲大长今主题歌《大长今》、钢琴演奏《北风呼唤》、歌舞表演《金龟子》、舞蹈表演《向前冲》等等还有一些节目。令我最难忘的是海桂中学的大姐姐们表演的《向前冲》。她们身穿白上衣，黑裙子，头上扎着马尾辫，脖子上还系着一条红巾。她们跳舞时动作优美，表演精彩，美丽的舞姿配上漂亮的衣裳，不时赢时大家的喝彩。当节目表演到一半时，礼炮又出现了天空，一些同学们被突然响起的声音吓了一跳，尖叫了一声。烟花让漆黑的夜空添了许多耀眼的色彩。舞台上表演精彩，天空中烟花又十发美丽，大家的眼睛应接不暇，一会儿看表演，一会望烟花，头转来转去象一个陀螺。当大姐姐们表演完后，下面掌声一片。

在表演途中，学校颁发了《十佳教师奖》、《十佳团员》二种奖项。我们班的杨老师和蒙璐璐同学分别获得了《十佳班主任》和《十佳团员》，当她站在领奖台上时，我感到成为高三(四)班的一员让我十分自豪。

开学与典礼晚会结束了，走在回来的路上想：我是一名高三的学生了，在新的学期里，我要加倍努力，争取更优异的成绩!
