三、面对新环境尽快适应

四、面对新课程，调整学习方法

升入初中如果再沿用小学的学习方法和方式，显然无法适应。这时需要我们摆脱对老师的依赖，做到自主主动的学习。一是积极适应新的授课方式。初中往往集中讲解重点，难点，要点，而且每课内容多，信息量大，所以要上课用心听，用心记。积极适应新老师的授课方式，包括语音，板书，思路，要求等。同时还要勤学好问，主动接触老师。二是制定科学的学习计划，包括长期计划(比如期中期末要达到什么水平，各科的目标是什么)和短期计划，即周计划、日计划(比如，怎么按排自己的一天活动)。此外可以找个竞争对手来激励自己。三要摸索适合自己的学习方法。学习不能停留在被动听课和机械地做作业上，要用心学，主动学，优选学，特别要讲究方法，把握好预习，听课、复习、做作业四个方面。

行为科学研究：一个人一天的行为中大约只有5%是属于非习惯的，而剩下95%的行为都是习惯性。养成良好的学习习惯，按时上课，勤学好问，作业认真及时总结等，对你的学业上提高具有重要意义。科学研究表明：个性决定人的一生。我想一个坚忍不拔，不畏艰难困苦，孜孜不倦奋斗的人，一定会有美好的人生。

物竞天择，适者生存是自然规律。人类社会也是如此，时代不可怜落后者;社会也不会可怜懒惰者。同学们充分利用侨中的优雅的学习环境和优越的学习条件，为了我们的幸福生活——奋斗吧，拼搏吧，向着名牌大学进发!

尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们:

大家好!新春伊始，万象更新!寒假伴随着春节的喜庆一晃而过。今天，我们聚集在这里，举行新学期的第一次升旗仪式。

回顾上个学期，我们播种过希望，也收获了累累硕果，同学们在刻苦学习的同时，积极参加各项活动，不仅学习成绩进步了，行为习惯改变了，而且见识和能力也增长了，各方面的素质都有了明显的提高。在新学期里，各项工作要进一步加强，高三、初三毕业班的同学，将迎来高考和中考的冲刺;高中和初中非毕业班的同学，也将面临各种考试，所以本学期将是一个繁忙、紧张的学期。学校殷切希望师生更加精诚团结，以求实创新的态度和勇攀高峰的品质，充分发挥主观能动性和创造性，把我们的各项工作做好、做实。

下面我就新学期工作提几点建议和要求：

1、开好头，起好步。凡事开头难，良好的开端是成功的一半。那么，怎样重视呢?首先，要有一个计划和目标;其次，要在小事上做实在，比如：弯腰捡起校园内的一张纸屑，听到铃声教室里立刻安静下来，整理好自己的学习用品等，事情虽很小，但关系到同学们良好的行为习惯的养成问题，是大事。

2、改陋习，勤钻研。坚决改掉学习中的一些不良习惯，不浪费课堂上的一分一秒，发扬刻苦钻研精神，与同学互相帮助，取人之长，补己之短。将压力转化为学习的动力，加倍努力，力争做到最好。学习是一件苦事，需要付出努力，需要有克服困难的意志，有战胜懒惰的勇气。但学习更是一件快乐的事，在学习中解除了自己的迷惑，在学习中增长了见识，获取了更多的信息，让视野更开阔，让思路更敏捷，让心灵更充实，更重要的是，只有不断学习才能实现自己的理想。

3、树信心，克疑难。困难是人生中不可缺少的一部分，是磨练个人意志的试金石，如何面对困难的态度决定着一个人是成功还是失败的最终结局。自信是人生潜能最有力的控制者，是个性最鲜明的执行者，是创造性思维中最重要的因素，一个人失败了并不可怕，可怕的是失去对自己的信心，一个人对自己都没有自信，那才是真正的失败，请同学们记住:酸甜苦辣都有营养，成功和失败都是收获。

4、健身心，提素养。养成良好的道德行为习惯，遵章守纪，诚实守信，礼貌待人，孝敬父母，关心集体，爱护公物，坚持锻炼身体，上好课跑好操，讲究卫生，保持心理健康。要学会学习、学会做事，读有益的书、做有益的事、交有益的人。本学期学校将继续深入开展“书香校园”活动，希望更多的同学能与书为友，多读书、读好书，在陶冶情操、滋润心灵的读书活动中，学会关注自然，关心社会，关爱他人，丰富自己的心灵。

5、显个性，展风采。本学期，学校还将举办丰富多彩的活动，希望全体师生一如既往的积极主动参加，不放过每一次锻炼自己的机会，让大家尽情享受校园文化盛宴，让师生们流动的魅力更加充满朝气。

老师们、同学们，一年之计在于春!开学了，松弛的神经又该绷紧了，床头的闹钟又将激起清晨的奏鸣!让我们踏着春天的脚步，在前进的道路上留下醉人的芬芳!

最后，祝全体师生在新的一年里，龙腾虎跃，更上一层!祝我们的学校蒸蒸日上、前景辉煌!

What are you going to do when you grow up? When I was a child, people often asked me this question about the ideal. Undoubtedly, every individual, especially a young person, should have an ideal. Hardly can we find any great people we know ideal when they were young.

An ideal is a vital importance to ones growth and success. On the one hand, an ideal is the target of ones life. Once you decide what your ideal is, you know where to go, and which way to take. Otherwise, you might become puzzled in many things in your life. On the other hand, an ideal is like the engine of vehicles. Only when we have our own ideals, can we find the origin of energy and enthusiasm in life, and become active and perseverant. Whatever your ideal is, careful plan and preparation is vital to its realization. Of course, the path from where you are to where you want to get is not always smooth and straight. Therefore, an optimistic, positive mind is indispensable in the process of your persevering your ideal.

In a word, only if you have an ideal, you will have the chance of realizing it.

today is national day.we have no classes. in the morning,i went to the people‘s park with my mother.we had a good time. in the afternoon,i helped my parents to cook supper.i had a busy day today.

today is national day,but i don’t feel any happy at all,just no reson. last night i download the english paper till 3am,sometime i want to give up.but in order to accomplish my dream.i can handle it.

today is national day on oct,1 xx,weiqun have 2 days as holiday,i just made a call to home but she still didn‘‘t get home,i asked mother to try to call her to confirm her position right now in order to be convenient for taking fetch by my father in 6-cross roadmouth. new house has been finished nearly. dad decided to resume working in houzai glass factory just for rmb350 monthly even actually i don‘‘t want him to work back. there are 7 days holiday i will take for chinese national day. but maybe i need on duty every day. linyunbin will come back to dongguan today.

It is known to all that Christmas Day is on December 25th. It is the

biggest day in the western countries. But not so many people know about the

White Christmas in China. The day before Christmas Day, if it snows, then the

world is in white color. People are happy about that, because they think it

means the happiness and luck. So that’s the meaning of White Christmas. It

always snows a lot on Christmas Eve, because it is in winter in the western

countries. All the families get together and enjoy their moment while watching

the white snow. What an enjoyable atmosphere for a family.

Many people regard money as the most important thing in their life, but I dont agree with them. There are so many things that money cant buy. The first, money cant buy us knowledge, abilities and experience. The second, money cant buy us a happy mood and a good health.

However, money plays a significant role in our daily life. We cant live without it, because we have to use money to buy our daily necessities, like food, drinks, clothes, books, and so on. And we also need money to pay for our houses and education.

All in all, we should have a correct concept of money. We cant live for money, but take it as a tool leading a better life.
