一、适应环境。

初中到高中，是个大的台阶，这一次月考，最困惑不过的，首先是那些初中学习尖子而这次成绩不佳的同学。如果要找原因的话，我认为，排在第一位的，是对高中学习生活的适应。换句话说，这次成绩的优劣，很大程度上是高中生活适应程度的差异。

从初中到高中，首先面临的是两个转变：一是角色转变。当你一进高中，不论你是否意识到，你已经是一个家庭、社会范围的中心。当你从一万五名初中毕业生中走出来时，肩上立刻多了一份沉甸甸的期望和责任，那就是必须考大学，必须考好大学。但是我们录取的新生和周围所有县市高中相比，分数线都低几十分。家庭和社会的期望是相同的，三年后的竞技水平是一样的，要立于不败、后来居上，我们的光阴更迫，压力更大。这就要求必须尽快完成“树立远大理想，考入理想大学，三年成才，不留后路”的心理角色定位。一方面学校要求很严，一方面自己有升学后放松一下的意识，这种角色错位实在是高一最可怕的敌人。二是方法的转变。参加过中考，尤其是取得较好入学成绩的同学，可能会认为自己已经有了一套行之有效的学习方法，高中照猫画虎就行了。殊不知，初中复习迎考的那些方法，不仅不适应将来社会对人才的素质需求，连高考、进行高中课程的学习都可能很困难。因为那些所谓的方法很大程度上是老师包办的方法，是一种读死书的方法，是一种以接受为特征的方法。因而，通过这次期考、反思进而寻求科学高效的学习方法，学会学习，学会自学，也是一个刻不容缓的问题。达尔文说：“最有价值的知识是关于方法的知识”。

二、培养良好的个性习惯。

“良好的个性习惯是成才的决定性因素”，这句话，同学们已耳熟能祥。按这句话，可把同学们分成三类：一是信奉它，这已经创造出许多成功者，如杜宏伟、王艳君、姚灿等;二是不以为然，相信智力。但据报载，一位资深教育家经长期调查发现，约有三成高智商的学生是差生。在西安市某一高中班内，成绩最差的学生智商是120。他发现，几乎从未有过因智力因素而影响到学习的例证。事实上，世界上公认的天才儿童的定义是：“智商中等以上，加上刻苦学习，顽强拚博，具有创新能力者”。可见，智力只是有些人用来自暴自弃的一个理由。三是半信半疑，由于看不到身边的榜样，所以三天打鱼，两天晒网。学校要求教室课间不说话，有用吗?北京市二十二中孙维刚老师的班，一天到晚二十四小时无一人说话，他的班仅北大清华就升入55%;山东牟平一中，两千多人住宿，没有一个管理人员，被子从来叠得有棱有角，整整齐齐，物品干干净净，升学率仅本科占98%;河北衡水中学，单是门岗就对学生有如下要求：不准让家长送饭及一切水果零食;不准送衣物被褥;不准送药。其升学率100%，一千人高考仅重点677人，一半还多。有没有个体的例子呢?差生张春风，从班内46名考入北大，自己营造了一种境界，“埋头、素服、三缄口”。因此，个性习惯与成才是必然的因果关系，所差的只是你是去努力做到了，还是让别人看着做到了，还是别人看着也做不到。

Nowadays, more and more college students are addicted to online games. Those games may be funny and exciting, but are very harmful to those addicts.

In my opinion, there are many disadvantages of game addiction.Firstly, online games take up a lot of players time for study. Many of the addicts found themselves forced to drop out of school for poor academic performance. Secondly, addicts tend to isolate themselves from the reality. Whats worse , indulging in the virtual world for a long time, they are more liable to suffer mental problem and physical collapse. 光阴似箭，日月如梭，转眼之间寒假来临了。刚刚从忙碌紧张的期末考走出来。迎接的是轻松自由的寒假。

虽然寒假非常的短暂，但是我们不能因为寒假的短暂而随心所欲的玩，应该劳逸结合在玩的同时不能忘记学习。

高尔基曾经说过“书籍是人类进步的阶梯”在平时因为学习的忙碌而没有多余的时间看课外书。现在寒假已经来临，我们刚好可以利用这个时间看课外书。

“书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉”所以我决定利用这个假期多看看古今中外的名着。不但如此我还要巩固这个学期的知识点，预习下个学期的知识。希望下学期百尺竿头更进一步。为下一学期的学习打下基础。

在空余的时间完成老师和家长布置的作业，多看看新闻关心关心国家大事。在春节的时间不仅要观看春节联欢晚会，还要吃年夜饭，拜访亲友。

过完春节要将自己散漫的心收一收了，要开始把自己的心放在学习上，不能继续玩了。要把老师和学校布置的作业检查检查是否已经完成了。再把下一学期学习需要的资料和练习题都要准备好。

这就是我的寒假生活，我的寒假我做主。

Last night, as I felt so bored, so I started to watch movie, my friend asked me to watch Mist, she told me it was very shocking, I was so looking forward to seeing it.

Mist is a horror movie, it told about a great mist covered the country, people struggled to live in the world with big monster, at the end, as there was no way to survive, so the protagonist killed his son to make him relieve, just after a few second, the rescue came.

The ending is so hopeless for the protagonist, if he holds on for a few second, everything will be changed. The story tells people never to give up hope, who knows what will happen the next second. If we give up hope, we can’t see the good things that will come around. Keeping the hope is very important, it will help us to overcome the difficulty.

昨晚，我感到很无聊，所以我开始看电影，我的朋友叫我去看《迷雾》，她说那部电影很震惊，我很期待看。《迷雾》是一部恐怖片，讲述了一场大雾笼罩国家，人们挣扎着在这个世界上和怪物存活，最后，由于是在无路可退，男主人公杀死了他的儿子，为了让他解脱，只是过了一会，救援队就来了。对于男主人公来说结局是多么的绝望啊，如果他坚持一会，事情就会不一样了。故事告诉人们永远都不要放弃希望，谁知道下一秒钟会发生什么事情呢。如果我们放弃希望，我们就看不到接下来的事情。怀抱希望是很重要的，它能让我们克服困难。

Smart phone , on one hand, is good for students. For one thing , it enables students to keep in touch with their friends and family more conveniently and quickly. For another, it makes students fashionable and proud.
