每个同学的具体情况不同，学习计划也应该因人而异，但在制定计划时应注意以下几点：

黄金时间来记忆

同学们应该抓住记忆效果最佳的时间段来安排记忆，提高效率。一般而言，早上6：00–7：00头脑清醒，记忆效果比较好，上午、下午都有课程安排学习比较紧张，中午休息30–50分钟可以缓解疲劳，以便下午有充沛的精力学习。而每天如果不能保证7–8小时睡眠，记忆效果也会降低。

尊重自己生物钟

由于生理条件和生活环境、习惯的不同，人们的生活节律和最佳感觉也往往不尽相同。有的人的学习最佳时间在上午，有的人在下午，还有的同学感觉晚上学习效率最高。在了解了自己的最佳学习时段之后，按照它来安排自己的学习和休息。将最重要的事情放在最佳感觉时间去做，就会取得事半功倍的效果。

学习要有时间限制

为了提高效率，在制定计划时，要适当给自己“压力”，对每一科目的预习和复习要做到三限制：即限定时间、限定速度、限定准确率。这种目标明确，有压力的学习，可以使注意力高度集中，提高复习效率。同时，每学习完一部分时，都有一种轻松感、愉悦感，会更充满信心地复习下去。

对照计划反省

计划一旦制定，就要雷打不动地完成，如有完不成的，也应立即在次日加倍补上。如：反省自己，当天的计划完成了没有，明天先干什么?再干什么?如果完成的好时可奖励自己一次;如果完成的不好时可惩罚自己一次。这样做，既有约束力又有可操作性，每天都会感到在进步。一段时间后，还应该根据自己的学习情况，对计划做出进一步完善，使其更好地促进学习。

公开学习计划

君子藏器于身，待时而动。

我的东高第一天，9.4号我到东高报到。以往的经验告诉我，去早了没什么用，顶多也就是在班里等个大半天，于是我9点出发，到校10点多。我自以为聪明，因为那时已经不是太挤。安排好宿舍，我来到班里，说实话我被镇了，镇的好彻底。班里满满当当，前面两排的同学早已做起了买好的教辅，我选了后面一个座位。我摸了摸自己的包，一本笔记本，两管笔，甚至没有多余的一张纸。我无聊趴在桌子上，直到放学。

下午，崭新的课本发到了每一个人手里。有的人还沉浸在暑假的快乐与愉悦中，也有的人成竹在胸，自然的将课本翻到某一页，背诵自己早已预习过的某个知识点。而我拿到课本，竟有些不知所措。是不是一个暑假的放纵，是不是对自己的过于自信……我想了好多，对于这些陌生的知识，我该如何是好。一个暑假没有翻开过课本，脑子像是从一个与世隔绝的地方突然来到一个闹市。强大反差让我缓冲了好久。我暗想：一定要好好学习，光屁股的不怕穿衣服的。谁怕谁!

这种感觉持续到成绩名次下来。老师让同学看看成绩排名，我下意识的在第一排寻找自己的名字，竟然没有，我以为是自己眼睛看错了，看了几遍之后，我在最下面几排找到了自己并不起眼的名字。我看见名次的时候，竟被这用墨汁打印的名次刺痛了眼睛，是那种扎心的痛。27名，我笑了。无奈的笑了，我也只好笑了。呵呵!

记得从小学到初中，我在班里从来没下过全班前五名。可是现在呢，27，好像一个天文数字震撼着我的心，压的我喘不过气，甚至窒息!

也许成绩就是这样，总是起起伏伏，我们也总是在这种忽上忽下飘忽不定的情景中在不断的成长。

Another new term comes again,so i should have a study plan to promot myself.

Firstly,i descide to finish my homework more carefully than before.And pay more attention to the knowledge which i didnt know it clearly.

Since I go to high school, I live in the school and stay away from my parents. I have three roommates, at the beginning, we have trouble in staying in the same room, but now we have got used to it.

One of my roommates impresses me so much, since she comes to our room, she keeps the habit of reading the novel when we go to bed. She told me that when she lived with her parents, she dared not to read it because her mother would blame her for sleeping late. 书面表达历来是英语教学中一个难点，要想在限定的时间内写出一篇质量上乘的文章，非一日之功。纵观几年来的高考书面表达，我们可以看出，高考英语写作越来越重视情景的设置，要求考生总结自己的感受和见解，给出自己的观点。书面表达又是全面衡量学生英语综合水平的一种测试形式，因此，我们不得不重视。

第一步，写作的内容，要求做到两点— 内容完整、相关。这两点只要考生不粗心，基本都能做到。比如陕西考区的题目，要求写暑假的安排，是一篇正反观点类的议论文。必须注意题目的要求，第一要提出讨论话题，Recently there has been a heated discussion about what the students should do during the summer vacation.(这是一个经典的模版开篇句型)。第二要写出一方面的观点，然后是另一方面的观点，最后提出自己的看法，根据要求缺一不可，否则就会被扣掉相应的分数，这就是完整。再比如，2005年广东考区的成语寓言故事，不仅要描写整个守株待兔的过程，还应该根据要求点名寓意，否则也是不完整，这点只要在课堂上强调，学生是很容易做到的。所谓相关，也就是不要过多出现文中没有的信息，不能过分发挥，一般学生犯此类错误的较少。

第二步，写作中的语法。在阅卷中，一般三个小的语法错误会被扣掉一分，一个大的语法错误(关于谓语的错误)会被扣掉一分。所以，学生应该尽量避免犯语法错误。我在课堂中会强调，对于语法基础薄弱的同学，除了加强自己的语法功底外，就是去背诵我给出的50个最高频用到的句法结构。这些结构不仅正确，而且一定是高考中的有效得分点，即使语法偏弱，记住这些句子然后在考试中使用也能避免学生自己造句中的语法错误，一举两得。比如，倒装句在考试中就很少有同学主动启用，但是一旦正确启用就会收到意想不到的效果，所以我会给出四组倒装句，然后让学生加强运用和练习。这些句子包括：

1、Only when we realize the importance of environmental protection, can we solve the problem of pollution.

2、So precious is time that we can’t afford to waste it.

3、Diligent as he was, he failed in passing the exam.

4、By no means should teenagers get into the habit of smocking.

第三步，连接词的运用，使文章连贯、流畅。我把这些词分为8类，叫做“畅词”，往往学生由于中西方语言的差异，会忽视这一点，所以在授课中会通过大量的练习巩固和加强学生的印象。而且不仅要写，还写出高水平的畅词，因为高考是选拔性考试，要做到“人无我有,人有我优”。比如，“首先”这个表示次序的畅词，一般同学一定想到的是firstly 或者first of all。可是我建议学生启用to begin with, 或者initially (这个是建议水平较好的启用)。“然而”，绝大部分启用but, however，我建议学生采用on the contrary 或者oppositely。

第四步，也是整个课程的核心部分，要强化“复杂、高级”两个概念。为什么是核心呢?因为学生在这一部分没有正确的认识，在平时的学习中老师也没有有意识灌输和训练总结。大部分学生以为只要写出来、写正确就可以拿到高分，其实80-120个单词包括大概10个句子，如果全部是简单的词汇和句型没有办法达到最高档作文的要求。因此，我们强调高级的词汇和高级复杂的句型，不是说全部必须高级，而是必须出现一些才能符合高考作文大纲的要求。在这一步中，我总结的“高分词汇选择原则”、“简单句到复杂句的瞬间转换”、“高分句子写作策略”以及“钻石得分50句”，通过这些理论和实践结合的讲解，学生会感觉成绩的快速提升，效果明显。

People put New Year scrolls on the wall for good fortune .

The Spring Festival lasts about 15 days long .People visit relatives and friends with the words "Have all your wishes ". People enjoy the Spring Festival ,during this time they can have a good rest .

Although I lost a seat for me to rest， but I got the words of praise and happy mood， which is how happy ah!

在古代，人们把六称为阴数，九称为阳数。九月九这一天，两阳相聚称之为“重阳”，这一天又叫做“老人节”，是我国一个历史悠久的节日。

今天下午，值勤过后，我就和同学一起坐43路车回家。车上很挤，我好不容易才找到一个座位，就一屁股坐下了，可以好好的休息一会了。

可是，车刚过了一站地，有一位老爷爷上车了，他微微驼背，大概六十多岁的 样子。我马上就想到了要给老人让座，但又转念一想，自己好不容易才坐下，让了怪可惜的。

怎么办啊?到底是 让还是不让?我想，身为一个少先队员，如果我不让的话，那又怎么对得起我胸前的红领巾呢?不能再想了，我一定要让。于是，我站起来，说：“爷爷，您来坐吧!”只见爷爷笑了笑，然后慢慢地坐下，并对我说：“真是好孩子!”我听了以后，心里也乐了，因为我做到了。

虽然我失去了一个供我休息的座位，但是，我却得到了表扬的话语和愉快的心情，这是多么快乐呀!

尊老爱幼是我们中华民族的传统美德，我们一定要让这种精神继续发扬光大!

Friend plays important role in our lives. Everyone needs his or her own

friends. Some people make friends easily but some do not. And “friend” means

differently to people. Some people think friends should stay together all the

time, but some others think that share and support is the real meaning of

friend. From my point of view, friend is the person who will always be with you
