二、学校将进一步加大管理力度，完善管理体制，革新管理办法。特别是进一步修订完善《xx中学教学常规检查办法》、《xx中学教学质量考核办法》，《班主任工作考核办法》，确保学校教育教学工作全面落实到位。

三、进一步强化学生管理，规范学生日常行为，严肃校风校纪。

1、全体同学要时刻紧绷安全这根弦，高度重视自己的人身安全、财产安全，坚决杜绝任何安全事故的发生。要时时提醒自己注意交通、用水、用电、防火、防爆、防盗及饮食卫生等方方面面的安全,并具备一定的安全自救常识，提高自我防范和自我保护能力。

2、要讲卫生，爱卫生。首先，全体同学要按照学校制度和要求认真搞好一天三小扫、一周两大扫，保持校园环境的干净整洁。其次，要养成良好的生活卫生习惯，珍惜自己和他人的劳动成果，坚决消灭乱倒乱扔、乱涂乱画的不良现象。

3、抓好午休管理。有些同学思想涣散，纪律观念淡薄，午休期间在校内外追打溜达，这样不利于自身成长学习，极易引发各种安全事故。为此，学校要求全体同学从今天起，必须在中午一点二十之前赶到学校教室进行午休，精力较旺盛的同学，在此期间也可进行学习，完成有关作业，绝不允许追打嬉闹。

4、狠抓公寓管理，彻底改变脏、乱、烂的落后局面。我们学校的学生公寓，虽然刚建不久，气势雄伟，但由于管理的缺位和相当部分同学的不自觉，造成了目前公物破坏严重、地面脏、内务乱、就寝纪律差等一系列问题。因此，本学期我们将下大力气进行整改，两个星期内要见实效。全体同学要讲卫生，勤打扫，养成良好的生活卫生习惯。所有洗刷，都只能在卫生间进行，生活用水，也只能在卫生间倒放，时时保持地面和走廊的干净干燥;内务要勤整理，整齐划一，美观规范，毛巾、被子、箱子、桶子、鞋子等生活用品一律摆放成线;所有衣服晾晒在走廊上，绝不允许挂在窗户上随风飘扬，不堪入目;不准在寝室用膳;窗页、玻璃、床板、床架等公物实行包干使用制，谁使用，谁保管，谁损坏，谁赔偿，故意损坏，翻倍赔偿。学校将派人每天对各班各寝室进行全面检查，一月下来，对表现好的文明寝室，进行通报表扬，对于毫无转变的差寝室，将限期整改，直到符合要求为止。

This weekend, there was an art festival in our school, it had been hold for five years and the school insisted to make it become the feature. I was so excited, this was the first time for me to join. Early in the morning, I saw there were so many people coming to the campus, making the campus so lively. The students dressed so well and gave the warm welcome to the guests. I walked around and appreciated the painting, every work was drawn by the students, I was so impressed by these works. There were also some handworks, which were so creative, it reflected the students wisdom. Though we were busy with our subjects most of the time, some students still kept on their hobbies and made it their talent. I should learn from them and develop some interest.

The International Childrens Day (ICD) is celebrated in numerous countries, usually (but not always) on June 1 each year.

The ICD had its origin in the World Conference for the Wellbeing of Children in Geneva, Switzerland in 1925. It is not clear as to why June 1 was chosen as the ICD: one theory has it that the Chinese consul-general in San Francisco (USA) gathered a number of Chinese orphans to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival in 1925, which happened to be on June 1 that year, and also coincided with the conference in Geneva.

June 1 has since been observed as the ICD by numerous countries, especially by Communist countries; in the Western world the ICD is usually celebrated on other days of the year (if at all)， and there is often little public awareness about these celebrations. (See the section on Germany below for further discussions.) Consequently there is sometimes a misperception that June 1 as the ICD was a Communist invention. Nonetheless, in recent years even some groups within the United States started observing the ICD on June 1.
