时光过得可真快，转眼间，我们来到三十五中这个大家庭中，已有一个多月了。这天，我们聚集在月坛体育场，举行了开学典礼。这中间的两个环节令我十分震惊。一个是新高一学生的军训表演，另一个是获得“校长奖”的两名同学的事迹。

新的一个学期到来了,我校举行了隆重的开学典礼.会场载学校的操场上,在操场周围还插上五颜六色的旗帜。这一天，天气晴朗，没有一丝云。参加开学典礼的有教育局各位领导和全体师生。

一、适应环境。

初中到高中，是个大的台阶，这一次月考，最困惑不过的，首先是那些初中学习尖子而这次成绩不佳的同学。如果要找原因的话，我认为，排在第一位的，是对高中学习生活的适应。换句话说，这次成绩的优劣，很大程度上是高中生活适应程度的差异。

从初中到高中，首先面临的是两个转变：一是角色转变。当你一进高中，不论你是否意识到，你已经是一个家庭、社会范围的中心。当你从一万五名初中毕业生中走出来时，肩上立刻多了一份沉甸甸的期望和责任，那就是必须考大学，必须考好大学。但是我们录取的新生和周围所有县市高中相比，分数线都低几十分。家庭和社会的期望是相同的，三年后的竞技水平是一样的，要立于不败、后来居上，我们的光阴更迫，压力更大。这就要求必须尽快完成“树立远大理想，考入理想大学，三年成才，不留后路”的心理角色定位。一方面学校要求很严，一方面自己有升学后放松一下的意识，这种角色错位实在是高一最可怕的敌人。二是方法的转变。参加过中考，尤其是取得较好入学成绩的同学，可能会认为自己已经有了一套行之有效的学习方法，高中照猫画虎就行了。殊不知，初中复习迎考的那些方法，不仅不适应将来社会对人才的素质需求，连高考、进行高中课程的学习都可能很困难。因为那些所谓的方法很大程度上是老师包办的方法，是一种读死书的方法，是一种以接受为特征的方法。因而，通过这次期考、反思进而寻求科学高效的学习方法，学会学习，学会自学，也是一个刻不容缓的问题。达尔文说：“最有价值的知识是关于方法的知识”。

二、培养良好的个性习惯。

“良好的个性习惯是成才的决定性因素”，这句话，同学们已耳熟能祥。按这句话，可把同学们分成三类：一是信奉它，这已经创造出许多成功者，如杜宏伟、王艳君、姚灿等;二是不以为然，相信智力。但据报载，一位资深教育家经长期调查发现，约有三成高智商的学生是差生。在西安市某一高中班内，成绩最差的学生智商是120。他发现，几乎从未有过因智力因素而影响到学习的例证。事实上，世界上公认的天才儿童的定义是：“智商中等以上，加上刻苦学习，顽强拚博，具有创新能力者”。可见，智力只是有些人用来自暴自弃的一个理由。三是半信半疑，由于看不到身边的榜样，所以三天打鱼，两天晒网。学校要求教室课间不说话，有用吗?北京市二十二中孙维刚老师的班，一天到晚二十四小时无一人说话，他的班仅北大清华就升入55%;山东牟平一中，两千多人住宿，没有一个管理人员，被子从来叠得有棱有角，整整齐齐，物品干干净净，升学率仅本科占98%;河北衡水中学，单是门岗就对学生有如下要求：不准让家长送饭及一切水果零食;不准送衣物被褥;不准送药。其升学率100%，一千人高考仅重点677人，一半还多。有没有个体的例子呢?差生张春风，从班内46名考入北大，自己营造了一种境界，“埋头、素服、三缄口”。因此，个性习惯与成才是必然的因果关系，所差的只是你是去努力做到了，还是让别人看着做到了，还是别人看着也做不到。

On the second day, and then some feel nervous. In high school, especially excellent middle school, learning of the competition is fierce, and also can have certain pressure. 9月1号，我们结束了漫长的暑假，迎来了开学的第一天。早晨，还在睡梦中的我被妈妈唤醒“上学了!”，

到了学校，校园里，同学们有说有笑，真热闹!

一眼望去，学校有了很大的变化!滚动字幕变得更大了、乒乓球桌的数量也增加了、篮球框架都变得焕然一新，连升旗台也变得更大了;来到新教室，桌椅也是新的、教室变大了，还新增了图书角。

随着铃声的响起，第一节课开始了，是班会课，老师把新书发给了我们，我一拿到化学这个新科目的书时，就迫不及待得打开来看，发现有许多有趣的实验，也让我记住了一些小常识，让我了解到了一切物质都是由原子分子构成的，让我认识了实验仪器，还让我认识了许多化学物质的名称，这都是以前我不知道的。

第二节课时数学课，当数学老师走进来是，大家都很诧异，后来才知道这是我们新来的数学老师，他的课上得很有趣，使我对数学的兴趣又增加了。

这个学期的开始，我就上高一了，意味着压力的增加，所以，我要更加努力的学习，迎接期末考试的到来。对于我的弱项：英语和政治，我要更加认真的去学习，上课时也要认真听讲，要找到易错点，积极地去改正。

我要在学习中找到自信，这才有利于我的学习的进步，我学习的方向是：学好较差的，加强较好的。要在新学期提高我的成绩，争取在中考取得好的成绩，考上理想的高中，不辜负家人对我的期望!

今天，全校学生就要正式上课。凉爽的暑假由此结束，一个由炎热开头的学期宣告开始。今年，我们的学校，经受了备受怀疑和谴责的压力，但我们这一届高三，仍旧在坚强和稳定中迈开了向光明未来起程的脚步。今天下午第一节，我沿着教学楼走了一遍，看到所有的老师都汗流浃背地坚守讲台、所有的同学都在聚精会神地汲取知识的甘霖。我一次次被感动，也一次次坚定了和全体师生一起，更加努力工作取得明年高考辉煌的决心。

同学们，我们将如何走好未来十个月的征程?

首先，让我们坚定必胜的信念。信念不倒，人前进的步伐才能更加坚定和快捷，否则只能是犹豫彷徨、在踯躅不前中浪费光阴和机会。二战结束以后，日本广岛经受了原子弹的无情打击，遍无人烟，一片狼籍，到处都是死亡和毁灭的阴影。当时一个美国记者到导弹轰炸后的废墟上去采访，也许是想取得一个民族就此衰亡的证据。在一片苍凉中，他竟然听到了朗朗的读书声，寻声而去，他惊讶地发现，在这么恶劣的环境中，一个半地下的工棚里，有几十个个孩子在聚精会神地跟着老师朗读课文。这情景忽然让记者泪流满面。后来，在采访手记中，这位记者写到：这样的民族，是永远不会在地球上毁灭的，他们将重新崛起!同学们，二战后的历史，毫厘不爽地证实了这个预言的正确、，战后日本创造了令世人震惊的奇迹，重新成为世界上的强国。你可以不喜欢日本人，但我们不能不学习他们这种信念永存的民族气质!我们的条件比起他们不知要强多少倍，我们没有任何理由抱怨环境、没有任何理由产生动摇。当年红军长征之后的条件多么艰苦，但他们就是凭着必胜的信念，战胜了强大他们无数倍的国民党。没有信念，或者信念不够坚强，中国历史都将重新书写。我们希望，全体同学都要树立战胜不利环境、拼搏一年，取得高考胜利的信心。

其次，让我们知识的落实上做文章。暑假期间，为了理清今年高三的工作思路，我们年级组几个人，非常认真地考察了四所省内著名高中。考察中我们发现，高考措施千条万条，各种方案不一而足。但实质问题只有一个，那就是，谁家在知识的落实上做的好，谁家的高考就必然成功!试题考过了，还要一做再做，直到彻底攻克;课本复习完了，还要从厚到薄，看了一遍又一遍，直到背过，因为课本是最好的复习材料!错题本一科一本，认真记录、分析错误原因、找到解题思路、归类解题类型，等于为自己编辑了一本最适合自己的世界上独一无二的复习资料!同学们，你也要把每一次的平时训练当作高考来对待，这样你的高考才能像平时训练那样从容!把句子写清楚、保持卷面的美观，这应当是一个习惯。这个习惯也许能让你的高考分数增加好几个分数段!

第三，积极配合学校保持良好的学习环境。哲人说，良好的秩序是一切成功的基础，一个违反学校规定的人不能得到有力的制止和惩处，就将导致普遍的混乱和涣散，对大家都将是一种巨大的损失!我们这一级，一直在严格履行学校管理规定中健康前行，由此也得到了社会各界的普遍好评，同学们的学习也取得了良好的成绩。上学期，我们顶住巨大压力，按照学校规定开除40多害群之马，放假之初，又一次开除了20多位严重违反学校规定的学生。当然，开除人不是我们想做的，但一次次思想教育不能改变、一次次苦口婆心不能使其改变，那么我们只好请起另寻它门。自从搬迁到新校，我们这一届同学良好的学风已经得到了周遍群众的好评，这是一个良好的开端。仍然如上一学期我给全体同学所说，我们不希望任何一位同学触犯学校的高压线，这学期能够风平浪静地不开除任何同学，将是我们最大的心愿!但是令人痛心地是，有些同学总是不能珍惜青春和大好机会，拿生命开玩笑，那么我们也只能劝其退学。这几天，迟到早退的大多是复读的同学，希望这些同学认真学习学校的量化管理规定，记准每一条高压线和日常行为要求。后天，我们将开始执行扣分规定。现在，去菏泽一中复读的同学逐渐回流，很大的因素就是因为我们的严格管理是全市一流的。这也更加坚定了我们毫不松懈、把管理进行到底、直到高考前一天的决心!

第四，良好的素质是一点一滴，良好的环境就是你我。作为一个高素质的高中生，你可能对环境的脏乱差痛加批评、或者痛心疾首，但反观自身，你又对环境的净化做了些什么?经过我们的治理，宿舍三楼以上随便泼水的现象有了根本好转，但二楼仍然严重，希望那些随便倒水的同学记住，倒向楼道的水，不是倒进别的地方，是倒进了你自己的心灵，你怎么能那么轻易地污染自己的灵魂?大家再看看满校园里的废纸和冰糕袋，令人触目惊心，不禁感叹有些同学素质的低下!美丽的校园是我们共同的家园，你不能随随便便地破坏!刚来乍到，在餐厅吃饭的同学能主动把餐具送到指定地点，得到了餐厅工作人员的赞叹，希望这样的良好习惯能够发扬和普及!同学们，走出国门，我们发现欧美和韩日一些国家，国民一举手一投足，都能表现出良好的卫生习惯和高雅的气质，我们在羡慕之余一定要建立民族自尊心，怎样建立?那就是从看得起自己，从自我做起!因为，良好的素质是一点一滴，良好的环境就是你我。

同学们，目前，我们年级组正在和全体老师一道，制定周密的复习计划，扎扎实实开展知识落实的每一项工作。也希望全体同学，认真研究教材、统筹安排一年的复习进度，结合老师的整体部署，制定自己的科学可行的复习计划。一个有计划的人，才能真正节约时间、合理分配时间、更好地完成学习任务。计划，你一定要有;计划的制定，一定要落实到书面上。如果说成功的秘诀在于落实，那么，同学们，明天，你要落实的，就是你自己的全年复习计划!那么，请你从现在开始考虑这个问题吧。

高三，正在进行中。我们会坚定地站在一起，风雨同舟，所向披靡。同学们，让我们携手走向本来就应该属于我们的辉煌!

March 12th is Tree Planting Day. This year our school bought enough  the trees before that day . On that day , we didnt had classes . The teachers and our classmates planted trees around our the school.

We began to planted trees as soon as we got to school . some students dug the holes . Some students put the trees into the holes.

Some students put the earth back to the holes. Then we pushed the earth hard with our feet . At last we watered the trees as much as possible.

From then on we looked after the trees carefully and the trees grew very well . It made our shcool more beautiful .And How happy we are !

时间如梭，转眼就到了开学的时间，明天就迎来了开学的第一天。

暑假两个月已经过去了，但仿佛好像是昨天放假似的。我回想暑假中大大小小的事情。先说作业吧!我在做作业中，有些地方我做的行云流水，但有些地方我却百思不得其解，甚至急的抓耳挠腮认为不可能做出来题有问题，但是题并不是我想象的那么难，有时经过别人的一点我便会恍然大悟，下笔疾书做好了，做好之后我便觉得非常惭愧，因为我不会的原因是我没仔细看书或者没有审好题等等。我以后要认真看书，看到书上的每一句话和每一句话的意思都要弄明白。而且审题时要仔细认真审清每一句话的意思，还要用上每一个条件。

再说说过节吧，这个暑假的节日可真不少，有建军，建党节等等，而且这些节日都是国家的节日所以我们回老家待上了一段时间，在老家的这一段时间了我很快乐因为我的兄弟都回来了，这段时间我即使在疯玩也没有大人的批评，这是都是快乐的时光美好的回忆。但是快乐的时光总是短暂的天下没有不散的宴席，所以我们就会回了自己的家中为自己的事情忙碌。

暑假已经过去了，我们将迎来新的学期，所以我们不能用在暑假的状态来对待新的学期，我们要调整好我们的状态以最好的状态来迎接新的学期，而且我们要总结我们上一学期的不足，在下一学期中坚决的改正我们的缺点和不足，并且我们要对我们的弱势学科，加强学习和制定良好的学习计划来弥补我们与别人之间的差距。

我们不仅要在学习上更上一层楼，我们还要加强我们的身体素质因为身体是革命的本钱，身体不好什么都是“零”所以我们要加强锻炼让我们的身体强壮起来。
