第一，要做一个有责任感的人。一名优秀人才必须具备四种品质：对国家对社会对家庭有责任感，对学习和工作有进取精神，对他人有竞争更有团队合作精神，对自己有否定和超越的态度。这四种品质的核心就是责任感，对我们学生来说，勤奋学习、刻苦锻炼是你对自己的责任，遵守校纪校规，遵守社会公德就是你对学校、对社会的责任，孝敬父母、尊敬长辈，就是你对家庭的责任，爱护公物、讲究卫生、关心集体就是你对班级的责任，如果没有了责任感，就不会有团结向上的班集体、整洁优美的学习环境，就不会有稳定的社会秩序，所以希望同学们要以对国家、对学校、对班级、对家庭、对人生的责任感，按照中学生日常行为规范来严格要求自己，努力修炼自己的思想和学业。只有这样，才能在未来的社会中有立足之地，才能在发展自己的同时促进社会发展，实现自己人生价值。

第二，要做一个有理想的人，我们人的生活方式有两种，第一种是像草一样活着，你尽管活着，每年还在成长，但是你毕竟只是一棵草，你也吸收雨露阳光但是你长不大，人们可以踩过你，但是人们不会因为你的痛苦而产生痛苦。人们不会因为你被踩了而怜悯你，因为人们根本没有看到你。所以我们每个人都应该像树木一样地成长，即使我们现在什么都不是，但是只要你有树的种子，即使你被踩到泥土中间，你依然能够吸收泥土的养分，自己成长起来，也许两年三年你长不大，但是12年、20年、30年你一定能长成参天大树。当你长成参天大树以后，遥远的地方人们就能看到你，走近你，你能给人一片绿色，一片阴凉，你能帮助别人。即使别人离开了你，回头一看，你依然是地平线上一道美丽的风景线，树活着是美丽的风景，死了依然是栋梁之才，活着死了都有用，这就是我们每一个同学做人的标准和成长的标准。孔子说过，凡事预则立。每个同学都要给自己定出一个明确的目标，有一个伟大的人生理想。如果你没有理想，没有目标，每天庸庸碌碌，从此停止进步，那未来你一辈子的日子堆积起来将永远是一堆琐碎。所以，我希望所有的同学能把自己每天平凡的日子堆砌成伟大的人生，这样我们一定能变成一个伟大的生命。

第三，养成良好的习惯。良好的习惯是一个人成材的基础，对幸福的人生起到奠基作用，希望同学们时刻不忘习惯的养成，自觉遵守《中小学生守则》、《中学生日常行为规范》。在学校里，多数是小事,但又没有小事。比如:坚决不带零食进校，进校就进入学习状态，不随地吐痰，不乱扔废弃物，弯腰捡起一张纸屑，听到小预备铃声就立即进教室，并迅速安静下来，摆放好学习用品等……事情都很小，但都关系到同学们良好习惯的养成，对于同学们的品行而言，显然又是一件大事。现在我们中的有些人不爱劳动，把劳动当成苦差事，关于劳动习惯，我想讲一下新东方创始人俞敏洪的故事。他说：在北大当学生的时候，我一直比较具备为同学服务的精神。我这个人成绩一直不怎么样，但我从小就热爱劳动，我希望通过勤奋的劳动来引起老师和同学的的注意，所以我从小学一年级就一直打扫教室卫生。到了北大以后我养成了一个良好的习惯，每天为宿舍打扫卫生，这一打扫就打扫了四年。所以我们宿舍从来没排过卫生值日表。另外，我每天都拎着宿舍的水壶去给同学打水，把它当作一种体育锻炼。大家看我打水习惯了，最后还产生这样一种情况，有的时候我忘了打水，同学就说“俞敏洪怎么还不去打水”。但是我并不觉得打水是一件多么吃亏的事情。因为大家都是一起同学，互相帮助是理所当然的。同学们一定认为我这件事情白做了。又过了十年，到了九五年年底的时候新东方做到了一定规模，我希望找合作者，结果就跑到了美国和加拿大去寻找我的那些同学，他们在大学的时候都是我生命的榜样，包括刚才讲到的王强老师等。我为了诱惑他们回来还带了一大把美元，每天在美国非常大方地花钱，想让他们知道在中国也能赚钱。我想大概这样就能让他们回来。后来他们回来了，但是给了我一个十分意外的理由。他们说：“俞敏洪，我们回去是冲着你过去为我们打了四年水。”(掌声)他们说：“我们知道，你有这样的一种精神，所以你有饭吃肯定不会给我们粥喝，所以让我们一起回中国，共同干新东方吧。”才有了新东方的今天。我记得有句话叫吃亏就是沾便宜。希望大家养成爱劳动的习惯。本学期，学校将以卫生和文明两项工作为突破口，工作重点就是检查、督促同学们从身边小事做起，说文明话、行文明事、做文明人;全体师生一起搜索一个陋习，丢掉一个恶习，文明礼仪前进一大步;治理好校园、教室、花坛卫生，抓好校园、班级文化建设，切实形成“文明、自律”的学习和生活氛围。

第四，勤奋学习，如果把学生这个词名词解释的话，学生就是学习生东西的人，东西会了熟了就不用学了，学习新东西是我们的主要任务，知识的丰富，技能的提高，品格的养成都离不开学习。有一个故事说，能够到达金字塔顶端的只有两种动物，一是雄鹰，靠自己的天赋和翅膀飞了上去。我们全国有极少数雄鹰式的人物，智商在120以上，这些同学学习不需要太努力就能达到高峰。有天赋的人就像雄鹰。但是，大家也都知道，有另外一种动物，也到了金字塔的顶端。那就是蜗牛。蜗牛肯定只能是爬上去。从低下爬到上面可能要一个月、两个月，甚至一年、两年。在金字塔顶端，人们确实找到了蜗牛的痕迹。我相信蜗牛绝对不会一帆风顺地爬上去，一定会掉下来、再爬、掉下来、再爬。但是，同学们所要知道的是，蜗牛只要爬到金字塔顶端，它眼中所看到的世界，它收获的成就，跟雄鹰是一模一样的。人不要跟别人比，要跟自己比。跟别人比，会使得自己永远都不快乐。跟自己比，看到自己每天都在进步，你会很快乐。要每天多努力一些，比别人多努力一个小时。因此，绝大多数同学要发扬刻苦钻研精神，认真改掉学习中的一些不良习惯，不浪费一分一秒，在同学中开展比学赶帮活动，人人订出目标并向自己理想的目标奋斗。特别是我们那些在学习中有一定困难，在以前的考试以及竞赛中留下了遗憾的同学，你们更要吸取教训，加倍努力，力争缩小与其他同学的差距。本学期，为更好的帮助同学们，我们将号召全体老师走进课堂，和同学们谈心交友，以极大的责任心和爱心熏陶学生的心灵，努力促进学生做负责任和充满爱心的人。

第五，珍爱生命，树立安全意识。教育无小事，安全大于天。我们要高度关注自己的生命，对自己负责，对父母负责，对社会负责。同学们一定要听从老师的教导，上楼、下楼、出操、课间活动，上学、放学等都要把安全放在第一位，绝不能开展危险性游戏，更要密切地与老师联系，发现问题及时把情况告知学校或班主任，提高自己的安全防范能力。同时要遵守交通规则，讲究饮食卫生，时时刻刻切实把安全放在第一位。另外关于打架抽烟，我想再次重申:凡是发现违反一项的，马上小和尚卷铺盖，离寺，转到容许打架抽烟的学校，别想再来幸福中学了，因为你不配当一个幸福人。

老师们、同学们，春天是百花盛开的季节，千帆竞发，百舸争流。一年之计在于春，在这希望的春天里，让我们踏着春天的脚步，勤奋学习，积极工作，锐意进取，追求卓越，为早日把我校创办成铁西领先，市区一流的学校而奋斗!

I still remember the day when I first came to the college. Being a boy of 17, I was longing for a new life as a college student; but, at the same time, I had no idea what college life would be like.

That morning when the bus carried me to the gate of the college. I was so excited that my heart was beating very fast as if it would leap out of my mouth. From now on, I would be a student of this college. After registration, we were led by an instructor to the dormitory, where, for the first time, we were going to live without parents but roommates. As everyone knows,English is very important today.It has been used everywhere in the world.It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. If we can speak English well,we will have more chance to succeed.Because more and more people have taken notice of it,the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed.

But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese…

I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English.

I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us.

I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well.

If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.

I am sure that I will realize my dream one day!

正如每个人所知，英语在今天十分重要。它已经被应用到世界的各个角落。它已经成为商业上最为通用的一门语言并广泛的用于国际贸易。如果我们能说好英语，我们就有更多的机会成功。因为越来越多的人注意到这一点，学英语的人数正在已很高的速度增长。

但是对我而言，我学英语不仅仅因为它的重要性以及它的实用性，更是因为我喜爱英语。当我学英语时，我可以体会到一种不同的思维方式，它可以给我更多接触世界的空间。当我读英语小说时，我能感受到不同于阅读翻译文的快乐。当我说英语时，我可以感到自信。当我写英语时，我能够感到不同于汉语的那种美……

我爱英语，它给了我一个色彩斑斓的梦。我希望有朝一日我可以畅游世界，用我流利的英语，我可以和世界各地的人交友。我能看到许多的名胜。我希望我能够到伦敦去，因为那里是英语的故乡。

我也希望用我流利的英语来将我们的名胜介绍给说英语的朋友，我希望他们可以像我们一样的爱我们的国家。

我知道，罗马不是一天筑成的。(成功需要日积月累。)我相信在持续不断的努力学习下，总有一天我可以拥有一口流利的英语。

如果你想被爱，你就应该学着去爱他人。所以我相信我对英语的爱定将换来它对我的爱。

Yesterday, my parents were not home. And I had to stay at home by myself for one day and one night. I was very happy at first, because there wouldnt be anyone criticizes my behavior. I can do whatever I want. But later I felt desperate. There was nobody cook for me, asked me to do things or criticized me. I felt empty and desperate as the house is only me. When the night fell, I was afraid. The computer games or the cartoons couldn’t attract my attention. I hate living alone.

昨天，我的父母不在家。我得自己一个人呆上一天一夜。我一开始很开心，因为没人会批评我的行为了。我可以做任何我想做的事。但后来我感到很郁闷。没人给我做饭，没人叫我做事情也没有人批评我。整个房子只有我一个人，我感到很空虚和郁闷。当夜幕降临的时候，我就开始很害怕了。电脑游戏或动画片都无法吸引我的注意。我讨厌一个人生活。

黎明咬破夜的唇，将那抹血迹留于天际。于是，鸡鸣，犬吠，炊烟袅袅地从寨子里浮起来了，飘飘摇摇进了林子。

父子俩便起了床，父亲用麻利的手脚，戴上斗笠，荷上锄头，“吱———”地打开门，走去。儿子的动作显得嫩生了许多。摸下床，掬了一捧清水，清醒了自己，水缸中一圈一圈漾着他惺忪的睡眼。然后拎起灶上昨夜整好的干粮，朝着渺茫的晨雾中那个略有些佝偻的身影奔去……

这是一方好美的水土。是啊，来这里拍照旅游的人都这么说。绿水环抱着青山，相环相绕，相厮相守，美了这里的风景，也美了这里的人。只是光着脚的儿子不懂，为何如此迷人的风景，留不住那张记忆深处母亲模糊的脸，让爹和自己成日守着那块巴掌大的地，还让自己光着脚丫子满山溜。只是这些疑问，似乎都没有个清晰的答案，儿子疑惑，山水也疑惑了。

那块巴掌大的地，便是当地人称作“坝子”的山间小盆地。不大，却隐着儿子童年所有的欢娱，锄草、浇水、施肥，甚至是看着太阳从山的那边落下。而此刻，儿子和父亲正躬着背，劳作。

儿子累了，直起腰来。“爹，俺还得在这里多久?”

父亲一怔，“说啥?伢子。”

“爹，俺老师说让俺回学校上课……”父亲没回话，双眉稍稍蹙了一下。

“爹，老师说了，上了学，有了学问，就能出山。山的那边可大了!老师说出了山，就能让视野变大———”

“啥，‘视野’不‘视野’的?俺只懂种地!”

儿子不还嘴了。他懂爹的脾气。只是他用稚嫩的眼，瞅了瞅银雾弥漫的青山，又 低下头劳作。

而爹也纳闷了。“山的那边，真有‘视野’么?说不准有，要不他妈为啥死活不肯回来?———不想咯，不想咯。”

正午，山雾便揭开了面纱，山才笔挺地屹于水中，父子俩歇下来，坐在田埂上。父亲黝黑的脸上沾满汗水，手一抹，便又沾上些泥的芳香。

儿子又呆了，望着山的那边。

“伢子，又怔!快吃，干活。”儿子收回眼神，有些失落。于是，又是劳作。

红日西薄。天际再次被染红，不过，是金灿灿的，烘得儿子的心暖暖的。

儿子眯缝起眼，似乎在眺望着什么，脸颊红彤彤的，又有话要说，“爹，瞧!”

爹也直起身子。

“爹，看。太阳落到山的那边去了。那里肯定遍地都是金子。太阳也喜欢那边。”

爹倏然有了欲哭的念头。是呀!说不准伢子出了山，能找回他娘呢!想到这里，心里不禁幻想出他娘回来的情景，心里也就暖了。

“伢子，上学去吧!爹许了。”儿子脸上真的暖了。他能回学校了，能有“视野”了。

“记得给老师捎句话，让他记得给你们‘视野’……”

山和水找到答案了，灵动在父子的心里……
