二、倡导市民节约纸张，节约粮食，节约有水，节约用电，节约燃料，共同节约我们有限资源。

三、把损坏的物品修理好再用，延长使用期，多使用循环用的物品，不用或少用一次性纸制品。

四、设置专门回收部让垃圾及时回收并合理利用。

五、引导市民购买有环境标志和绿色标志的物品，不吸烟，不随地吐痰，不使用会破坏臭氧层的物品。

六、保护野生动物，不采摘花朵，不砍伐树木。

大的社会环境是指国家的政治状况、社会形态乃至国际形势等等。社会这个大舞台能造就英雄，也可以毁灭人才。社会稳定，就会有治国安邦者应运而生;局势动荡，有可能乱世出豪杰，也可能小人得道，无德之辈鸡犬升天。盛唐的诗坛，值开元盛世，浪漫、田园、边塞各路诗人自领风骚;历经安史之乱，杜甫才会写出那么多深刻地揭露和批判黑暗现实的不朽诗篇。否则，他那“现实主义诗人“的名号又何从谈起?再说，历史上哪一次农民起义不是源于统治者的暴政，要是统治者稍稍贤明一些，农民们一定会去过男耕女织的舒心日子，才不会以血和生命为代价奋起抗争呢!

如果说社会大环境的影响还不能说明许多具体问题或者在短时间内还不能得到印证的话，那么小的环境氛围则直接关系到每一个人。小的环境氛围包括家庭、学校、单位、居住区等，主要表现为人对人的影响。作文

由此看来，环境对人的影响之大不容置疑。然而在现实生活中，事情并不是那么简单。谁也不可否认出污泥而不染者有之，也不可否认一世英明的刘备有个糊涂到极点的儿子刘禅，更不可否认文革中荒廖的血统论使多少人蒙冤受屈，凡事必有例外，任何事情都不是绝对的。话说回来，就当前社会来看：大的方面，整个社会尊重知识，重视人才，我们拥有一个非常好的学习环境，可以一心一意不受干扰地好好学习。可小的方面，确有一些地方不尽如人意。比如说一些父母，整天逛舞厅，打麻将，对孩子的负面影响相当大。为会么〈孟母三迁〉的故事千百年来一直被中国人视为家教的经典范例呢?就是因为孟母深知环境对其子的影响，不辞辛劳迁家三次，为的就是给孟轲一个好的学习环境。今人或许应从中得到些启示。

我不否认具有独立创造精神的人。但是，从严格意义上讲，任何人也不能完全脱离他所处的大的社会环境和周围各种环境氛围。“天马行空”是不存在的，也绝不可能的。

环境与人的关系可谓重矣!

人们常说的抓住机遇，就是善于抓住大的社会环境和小的环境氛围给你不常有的机会和有利因素，尽量避免和排除环境中常常出现的不利因素，同时，积极主动地创造能够施展才华的环境氛围。这样，才能无愧于人生，无愧于时代!
