我国是一个野生动物资源非常丰富的国家，但是由于生态环境的恶化、野生动物栖息地的人为破坏，致使野生动物的数量、分布范围正日益缩小，许多种类已处于濒临灭绝的状态。近年来，滥捕乱猎、非法收购运输、倒卖野生动物、滥食野生动物的现象屡禁不止，使许多已经处于濒临灭绝的野生动物的处境更加艰难。这些行为也正受到越来越多人们的谴责。要彻底改变滥杀、滥猎、滥食野生动物这种不文明的行为，需要社会各界的共同努力。在5月22日国际保护野生动物日来临之际我们倡议：

读了这个故事，我想：“连个学生都能这样为国家保护珍贵动物，而现在很多人却随便捕杀野生动物，破坏环境，使动物们生存受到了威胁。”

我曾在电视上看到这样组镜头：非洲草原土，横七竖八地躺着被割去象牙的非洲象，周围一片鲜血；一条肮脏的冒着白泡的河流中，漂着一条一条死鱼；还有被关在笼中的猴子……

记得有一次，爸爸带我们到饭店吃饭，我忽然看见了饭店一角关着两只穿山、甲，鱼池里还有中华鳃，这些可是国家保护动物啊！怎么能被吃掉呢？

这不禁让我回想起了我看过的一部纪实影片：一只活泼可爱的小猴子被关到了一个特别的笼子里，只露出一个脑盖来，侍者拿出锤子对着脑盖敲了几下，小猴的脑盖便开了，而那些可恶的客人竟然用热水烫过的勺子舀着猴脑吃。小猴在那里大声惨叫着……

这是为什么？人类本应与自然和谐共处，但有些人却为了金钱，不择手段，屠杀手无寸铁的动物。从此，大自然的生态平衡被破坏了。
