培训结束，第二天我便领着工作证到店里上班。虽说通过了培训，但还是有很多问题存在，必须在现实的实践中才能逐渐得以解决。工作看似简单，可要真真正正做好却是另一回事了。一些拖地，擦拭物品等简单的工作当然可以很好地完成，不懒惰就足矣。然而，有些却不是，比如下架过期的物品，这就的确不是件简单的事情了。在全家便利店，统一规定将还有两天就过期的酸奶，鲜奶全部下架。这是，面对冷藏室里一排又一排的牛奶瓶们，要一个一个地“审视”它们的生产日期以及保质期，然后把其中快要过期的拿下架报废。这是一件很考验人耐心和细心地工作，而且，一旦做不好，不仅是自己的失职，同时也是对顾客的不负责。在全家工作的第一天，就在我快要下班的时候，店长交代我把快过期的奶质品下架。我由于赶着下班便草草地完成，可第二天被店长查出不合格的，免不了他的一顿说教。对此，我感到很愧疚，也进行了反思!

除了下架物品，收银也是一个学问。即使从一开始的战战兢兢到后来能熟练地操控收银机，收钱仍旧是个大问题。收钱时，要精神集中细心收钱还钱，还有机灵地应付一些不法分子，避免掉进他们设计的迷惑的圈套……很开心，随着工作时间的加长，我也逐渐学会去应付各种问题了。

现实考验在实践中遇见在实践中解决，而现实中的各种压力和烦恼也在不断地考验着我的心理承受能力。第一个暑假没有在家轻松地度过而是身在异乡，每一天忙碌地工作八个小时，偶尔没有规律没有营养的三餐，让工作了一段时间的我一度想放弃。因为觉得太辛苦了，也因为自己的懒惰，但庆幸我还是坚持下去了，坚持做这份的确有些枯燥的工作!

这次暑假的兼职，获益多多。

(一)对待工作要有热情和信心。拥有了热情，工作不再是一种劳累，一种赚钱的工具，而是一件能够带给我们快乐，能让人激情四射的事情。一个人充满了激情，在共事中也悄悄地感染着每一个与其接触的人，同时带给他人不一样的感受。拥有信心，能让我们做事不畏畏缩缩，不自卑，在给他人留下好印象的时候，也将工作推向更好的方向发展。

(二)用心做事。无论做哪一份工作，无论做的工作是高尚还是卑微，只有用心才能将工作做好。如果没有用心去做，即使是做一件像拖地如此简单的事情也未必能够做得好，更何况是以后做大事呢?从小事开始用心做起，才能够用心地做好大事。用心去做每一件事情，才能做到最完美。

(三)善于与人沟通，待人真诚。社会是有人组成的，在社会中生存免不了要与各种各样的人打交道。在这一方面，我依旧在学习中。善于与人沟通，对自己的学习和工作是起着很大的作用的。或许，社会真的是复杂的，在与人交流过程中看准人说对话是不容忽视的，但是真诚地对待每一个值得真诚对待的人才是更重要的。

(四)要学会吃苦耐劳。没有一份工作是轻轻松松就能拿到工资的，即使有那也是在经历一系列的艰苦所得到的。所以，工作的艰苦是不可避免的，想要获取酬劳想要实现自己的梦想，学会吃苦耐劳是第一件必须学会做的事情。

我妈妈是一名教师，所以她特别重视对我的教育。在我上小学之前，她给我买了很多小说。我记得，当热门电影《哈里波特》出来的时候，第二天她就给我买了这本小说。我很惊讶，同时也很快看完了。感谢我的妈妈，她成功地培养了我对阅读的兴趣。我坚持每天读书的习惯，即使作业任务很繁重，我都会在睡觉之前拿书出来看一会。看这些书给我的帮助很大。我擅长写作，而且视野也拓宽了。我可以给出自己的见解，其他同学也佩服我。现在我开始看古典小说，阅读使我快乐，我找到了属于自己的世界。

有一种精神是不怕牺牲、前赴后继，有一种精神是勇往直前、坚韧不拔，有一种精神是众志成城、团结互助，有一种精神是百折不挠、克服困难的精神，而这些构成了伟大的长征精神。河工大新传院长征小分队的队员们为了寻找长征精神，于7月10号来到“红都”——延安志丹县，追寻红色记忆，感受黄土情怀。

志丹县原名保安县，1936年为纪念民族英雄刘志丹将军而命名为志丹县。毛泽东曾在这里生活和战斗，为志丹历史留下辉煌篇章。队员们先找到了保安革命旧址纪念馆，里面有毛主席旧居，中共红军的会议室等革命遗址，这里不同于其他景点的高端奢华，有的只是破破的窑洞，破旧的木椅和落了灰尘的土炕。但正是这样的简陋环境使队员们更能体会到当年长征的红军战士的艰苦及老一辈革命家心中坚定的信念!

到志丹县必然要去拜谒刘志丹陵墓，刘志丹烈士陵园非常的气势恢宏，走进烈士陵园可以看到社会各界人士在此处的题词：为人民解放事业而献身的刘志丹将军必定永垂不朽!其中，毛泽东为他题碑：“群众领袖，民族英雄。”是对他一生高度的肯定与褒扬。作为大学生，一方面需要牢记历史，另一方面更需要传承先辈的精神与信仰，把勇于献身、甘于奉献的精神传承下去。

“红军不怕远征难，万水千山只等闲。”1935年十月红一方面军爬过雪山走过草地，爬过六盘山终于在吴起镇与陕北红军胜利会师!11号上午队员们来到了著名的吴起镇会师所在地——陕西吴起。安顿下来后队员们来到了当地著名的胜利山广场，看到了气势恢宏的长征胜利纪念碑!高高的台阶连接着大门和纪念碑道路中间的方砖上书写着红军长征路上发生的重大事记，从长征起点瑞金到终点陕西吴起镇，每个会议、每件大事都被铭记着，长征精神也被后人铭记着，进而传承和发扬光大。

两天，两个县城，四个红色景点，不一样的历史不一样的现状留给了队员们不一样的感悟。但是无论怎样没有老一辈革命先烈的艰苦创业，不畏牺牲，就没有今日祖国的富强和人民的幸福，队员们会将革命前辈的革命精神和传统铭记在心!

According to the variety of social background, personal experience and

personal emotion, differernt people have different opinions towards things.

Thus, there is no doubt that generation gap exists everywhere. We always find

that there are big differences between us and the old generation. We always

regard the old are outdated, while they think us are crazy. They can’t bear the

dress we like, the fashion we pursue or even our childish thinking. Instead, we

could put up with their standpat thingking and their “feudal rulers”. Thus, the

generation gap becomes more and more obvious and serious. However, why don’t we

realize that opinions can be changed, while people can’t. So, we can think in an

other way, learn to accept. It is certain that we can narrow the generation gap

to live a more harmonious life.

This weekend, there was an art festival in our school, it had been hold for

five years and the school insisted to make it become the feature. I was so

excited, this was the first time for me to join. Early in the morning, I saw

there were so many people coming to the campus, making the campus so lively. The

students dressed so well and gave the warm welcome to the guests. I walked

around and appreciated the painting, every work was drawn by the students, I was

so impressed by these works. There were also some handworks, which were so

creative, it reflected the students’ wisdom. Though we were busy with our

subjects most of the time, some students still kept on their hobbies and made it

their talent. I should learn from them and develop some interest.
