社会实践主要体会;刚来的前两天是我们的试用期，别认为服务工作是一份简单的工作，为了让我们熟悉衣服的基本工作流程和熟悉衣服，所以我们干起了整仓。整仓虽说是要将仓库的货物摆放整齐，齐次还要将仓库里的衣服和鞋子一一对上号，简单来说就是顾客来买衣服或鞋时要知道仓库里同样款式的在哪个地方。服务员的宗旨是顾客是上帝，顾客是财神，一切服务为理恋。工作时间只能站，不能坐，每天还有经理查班，似乎像军训一般。

在服务中，有不少礼貌礼节和仪容仪表是应遵守的，服务员主要的职责是负责招待顾客买衣服，在服务中要做到精神饱满，并且热情和蔼地面对顾客们，耐心的满足顾客的所有要求，急顾客所需，这样才能让服务传递到顾客心中，让顾客觉得物有所值，给顾客留下美好的印象。

在这一点上，我丝毫没有马虎，它让我在面对顾客需求等其它服务时，能够迅速而准确的完成，而且在动作、表情等细节上也做到了精益求精，给领班留下了很好的印象，也让顾客十分满意。

由于我们服装店的假期工比较多，因为社会实践是一笔财富。一分付出，一分收获，有付出，就一定会有收获。在社会实践中可以学到在书本中学不到的知识，它让你开阔视野，了解社会，深入生活，无限回味。社会实践是一种动力，在祖国需要的时候，我会无条件地把所学的知识和一切奉献给祖国和人民。
