I have a good friend. Her name is school bag. She is a very beautiful girl. Look! There is a picture on her face. Its a picture of a lovely girl. She wears a red coat. 昨天我参加了23 班的家长会，听了您的汇报，知道23 班的成绩在这次期末考试中有整体的、大幅度的提高，缩短了与其它重点班的差距，这是值得欣慰和骄傲的。对此，作为学生家长表示感谢。但同时也给我一种印象，那就是23 班在6 个重点班中，班风应该是较差的，成绩应该也是较差的。对于其中的原因，我们应该认真思考。

从前几天学生给老师的打分中，我就感觉到这个班风气不正，有一部分学生在故意捣乱，当然也不是说学生的品质不好，有可能是无意识的，没有意识到自己的所作所为会给他人造成什么坏的影响。对此，我建议李老师应该采取温和的手段改善班风，不要有所顾忌，家长们应该都是支持的。对于一些特殊的、不好****的学生，应该找家长多谈谈，共同做好学生的工作。

整体来看23 班的学生，大多数还是比较聪明的，不同的学生可能在智力上有所差异，但这不是主要的，也不是一个人在今后的生活和事业上能否成功的决定因素。至于没出现几个尖子生的问题，我想可能是缺少正确的学习方法和思维方式，这就需要老师和家长去正确的引导和开发。许多家长在这方面没有经验，这就需要老师费心了。可以让全班的同学多互相探讨、多交流一下自己的经验，或者让其他班级比较优秀的学生介绍一下经验，争取每个同学都有一套适合自己的学习方法，这样学习成绩才会有质的飞跃。

从我的经验来看，正确的学习方法就像是利器，可以起到事半功倍的作用，可以弥补学生在智力上的差异。许多优秀的学生，往往并不是班里、年级里最聪敏的，而是最会学习的学生，因为他有正确的、适合自己的一套学习方法。其他同学我不好妄加评论，就李婷来说，我就感觉他的学习方法不太正确，思维方式单调，尤其是在复习阶段，抓不住主要问题，西瓜芝麻一起抓，综合考虑问题的能力欠缺，这就是她成绩没有实质性提高的主要原因。

多给学生自己的时间。现在的学生是不是作业都是那么多。每天完成作业以后，时间就很晚了。留给学生自己支配的时间不多了，这样也就没有时间复习和补漏了。我记得有位名校的老师说过，要想让学生从题海战术中解脱出来，老师应该先在题海中战斗。老师把各种有意义的典型题型提炼出来，再传授给学生，应该不失为一种好的方法。

现在讲究素质教育，我认为素质教育的实质就是培养学生正确的的思维方式和学习方法，教给他们遇到问题、发现问题，又怎么去正确的理解、解决问题的能力。在生活、事业中是如此，在学习考试中又何尝不是如此呢?知识是有限的，学生在学校是学不完的，老师也是讲不完的。只有掌握了正确的学习方法和自学能力，学生在出校门以后，就可以自己去学习了。一个人能否成功，关键就在于此，这是考察一个人水平的关键因素。现实当中有好多学生，在学校里学习很好，出了校门，没有了老师的引导，反而不知道如何学习了，结果一事无成。这就是没有培养好学生的学习方法和思维方式。师者，传道、授业、解惑也。作为人师，主要的在于给学生传道。传给他们正确的学习方法和思维方式。对于他们在生活和学习中遇到的惑也要解决。

我是一个大学的教授，这几年我就感觉现在的大学生学习方法，尤其是思维方式很差。进了大学还是高中的那套学习方法，对老师的依赖性很大。对他们来说大一、大二就是高四、高五。这不能不说是中学教育的失败。但是现在虽然讲的是素质教育，可是整个社会还是以应试教育为基调。虽然学校给减负了，但家长却在给学生增负。干什么事情都不让孩子输在起跑线上。因此，我们不得不面对现实，在应试教育上走到底。当前的问题是不管他什么教育，只要学生成绩好了，考虑上了理想的学校，走在了同一条起跑线上，就是好的教育。

The Spring Festival is very important to Chinese people. In the past，people

could not often have meat，rice or other delicious food. They could only eat

these during the Spring festival. So every year they hoped that the Spring

Festival would come soon. Now， although people‘s life is much better，and we can

eat the delicious foods everyday. People still like the festival. Because most

people can have a long holiday，and we are free to go on a trip or visit our

friends or have parties with our family. In the evenings，we can have a big meal

in the restaurant or stay at home with family and watch the TV programs.

敬爱的徐老师：

古人云：“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”。不论在何时何地，老师，永远是一个神圣的职业，值得尊敬的称谓。

还记得刚开学时，您点名就单单漏掉了我，使我不得不在众目睽睽之下，红着脸站起来提醒您。您可知道，我还因此埋怨过您一段时间。这是某种机缘巧合还是无意?我不知道。我是一个胆小内向的小男孩，或许说重一点，您在开学第一天就给了我心灵上的伤害。

但是经过那次后，我的“害羞”就消失了，与同学们相处也不再害怕了，说起来，人脸皮厚的感觉真不错。

开学后，又来了一个消息：我和班上另外两个同学被分在了五楼。我不知道这是好事还是坏事。当然，我能肯定的是，我们所得到的关怀，绝不逊色于他们六楼的人。您每次查寝室，都不会忘了我们。

我也是到那时才知道，原来自我感觉良好的我，入学成绩只有十二名，但是您给了我精神上的鼓励，使原本灰心丧气的我重燃起学习的信心，终于在月考中挤进了班级前十。

您是阳光，见证我们的成长;您是月茫，前行的道路被您照亮;您是繁星，在我们的人生中闪着耀眼的光茫;您更像一位母亲，无微不至、不厌其烦地照顾我们。

在您的教育下，我在改变：从以前的胆小怕事，到现在的敢于闯荡;从以前的畏畏缩缩，到现在的积极活跃;从以前的害羞，到现在的胆大。处处都体现着您对我的影响。可以说，您是我接触过的最好的老师，一位真正用爱的力量去感化学生的教者。
