现代企业的发展，都在讲“以人为本”，百倍努力。“以人为本”实际上就是指诚信为本、操守为重的良好道德风尚和敬业思想素质。因为员工的诚信是由所在企业认定和认可的，没有哪个企业喜欢三心二意的跳槽员工，因为那不是企业要求的诚信表现，即使再有能力也不会被看重或长期委以重任的。要想让企业看得清你的诚信和能力，就要首先将自己的坦诚展现给企业，将你的言行置于透明的工作制度和大家的监督之中，这样取得的成绩，才会被企业所尊重。从管理的角度说，只有增进员工对企业的忠诚感，才能在企业内形成一种凝聚力。你如能做到工作过程的透明化，比如主动汇报工作进展、所涉费用流向，甚至于业务交流中对方提出的“回扣”事项等，让自己的行为置于领导和同事的监督之下，既完成了工作，又得到了企业认可，从而也体现了你忠诚企业、光明磊落的诚信品质。如果因为别人“看不见”而贪图眼前小利，最终必然会因小失大，导致企业领导不信任的危机，失去更好的发展机遇。诚信的好员工就是要让企业看得清你在为企业干什么、怎么干，让人看得清你的工作能力和业绩，让人看得清你的人品和素质。

余秋雨说过一句话：“只有当生命被逼迫到了最后的边界，一切才变得深刻。”是的，也许人被逼到了最后的边界之下，生活会变、事业会变、人生会变，然而人的信仰不能变，诚信的态度不能变。中国的解放道路真可谓难上加难，那可是在生与死的边缘，如果没有我们老一辈革命家诚信于党的执著态度，敢为革命事业抛头颅洒热血的英勇气概，那有我们现在的幸福生活，那有今天的国强民富，那有“神七问天”的世界感动。如果舍弃“诚信”而追求“深刻”的改变，这种取舍无论如何我是无法认同。因为没有诚信，思想便是一种残缺的存在；没有诚信，谎言与欺诈就会吞噬社会的和谐，中国文化里便有无数前辈史学家们留给后人的诚信碑载。所以大家都应该从先辈用血与泪书写的“诚信”中看到价值与份量，敬存这样诚信的信仰，在跋涉的人生中从我而始，决不能淡化了这种诚信的做人做事理念，不要在滚滚红尘中潦草地选择，否则那也是在潦草你的人生。

每一个人在工作的一生中，梦想很多，机会很多，也都渴望着成功进级，但是在奋斗中需要遵守的规则也很多，恪守诚信就是其中一条最重要的做人准则。失去了这条做人的准则，你就失去了让别人信任的基础。当一个人已经不被周围的人所信任后，还有什么值得让自己骄傲的呢？更何谈什么豪情壮志？正可谓：至诚至信不能丢，光明磊落写春秋；莫等东窗事发后，悔不当初再堪忧。

有句古话是这样说的：“人而无信，不知其可也。大车无輗，小车无軏，其何以行之哉?”这是说：一个人不讲诚信，他怎么立身处世?就好比大车没有横木，无法行走!自古以来，中国人就将诚信摆在立足于社会的第一位。我们的社会主义核心价值观也如此，将诚信和爱国，敬业，友善并行提出，可见诚信在我们生活中的重要地位。

那大家可曾想过，诚信到底是什么?

小时候，咱妈几乎都拿木偶撒谎鼻子变长的故事吓唬咱么，告诉咱们不要撒谎否则鼻子会变长，那时也信以为真，每天摸摸鼻子看看是否灵验。上小学后，我们学习了一篇国王给公民发种子选王子课文，最后抱着空花盆的小男孩因讲诚信赢得了全国人民的赞赏，那时候我觉得讲诚信一定会有好报。

慢慢的长大，我们逐渐养成讲诚信的好习惯：捡到东西归还主人，不骗人，重承诺，觉得诚信的世界真美好。可又随着时间的迁移，我们开始洞察世界，关心社会问题，可世界鱼龙混杂，负面的新闻总会冲击我们纯洁的心灵。某高考舞弊被查，某团伙欺诈老年人抓，还有去年十一黄金周来自青岛得“38元天价虾”事件，一盘普普通通的蒜蓉大虾价值竟然上千元。这些都是黑心商家不讲诚信私欲过度。

为什么我对此记忆犹新呢?因为我也遇到过此类事。2015年我去海南旅游，本以为买一个冰淇淋花不了多少钱。结果那里的冰淇淋居然以克卖，一个普普通通的冰淇淋竟然花了我66元钱。这才发现我被广告骗了，我的心都碎了，现在想起来依旧透心凉。我想吃到放心的豆浆和油条，我想穿越时空，回到小时候重新体验诚信世界的美好。我不想网购又买到假货，更不想没完没了的收到诈骗短信。不讲诚信只会带来伤害，包括对自己对他人。你看，炒虾老板已受高达9万元的罚款，工商部门也连坐受罚，最重要的是人们对青岛的印象已变质，人们对景区的好印象也一去不复返了。民以食为天，如果连食品生产都不讲诚信，那我们的诚信价值观怎么存于民心?怎么传播天下?我们的民族又怎么能立足于世界之林?唯有以诚信立世，才能在人生路上走的长远。

诚信，是一个人的根本。待人以诚，就是要以信义为要。电影《道士下山》里有一句话：心有定境，不住因果。我想，当我们的心中住着诚信并且坚定地执行它，不被任何事所迁移，那么你将是一个正直而又诚信的人了。诚信是金，诚信是命。是立人之本，是立业之基，更是立国之道!我们，作为社会主义的接班人，更应该以诚取世，更应该立信于人，做一个讲诚信的渭中学子!

On Sunday morning, my parents took me to the zoo. We dint go there for a long time.

Last week, my classmates told me that the zoo added some funny entertainment facilities. I was very curious. So, I asked my parents to took me there and they promised to. We got there at 9 oclock. There were many people. Most of them were parents and children.

We first went to see the animal. I like parrots most. And then we saw the animal shows. Elephants, tigers, lions and monkeys did wonderful shows for us. People were happy, especially the children.

After that, we went to experienced the entertainment facilities. My mum was too scared to be with us. So, only my dad and I played. It was so exciting, but I was a little dizzy. However, I was very happy.

It was a great day.

In families as well as in society, the young and the older may not agree

with each other on this and that from time to time. Young people would llke to

make as much money as they could and spend as much money as they could earn

while older folks are easily satisfied with what they earn and save as much as

possible. Young people llke the exciting and deafening pop music while older

folks prefer melodious folk-songs or classic music. A boy and a glrl today may

fall in love with each other as quick as lightning, while their parents or grand

parents might trudge over a long distance before they kissed each other and

became lovers when they were young.

However, we should not be amazed at the generation gap,for it is quite

natural in the development of society. The world is a changing world, in which

everything keeps changing, generations of human beings included. And changes

lead to progress.
