The Spring Festival is my grandmother home,early in the morning I help grandma stick couplets,stick hang "happiness" upside down,busy for quite a while,and then I went to the kitchen to help grandma a big New Years eve dinner,grandma kua I grow up.After dinner,my brother and I went out to set off firecrackers,is really very interesting,eat Chinese New Year eve dumplings,I followed my parents back to his home.

The annual Spring Festival will come, every child must be eagerly looking forward to the Spring Festival, there are some things that you like yourself. For example, receive lucky money from their elders, and shopping for new clothes, go to relatives visiting New Year, travel, etc., and my favorite thing is to set off firecrackers and fireworks.

Every New Years day, I will be pestering dad took me to set off firecrackers, and now cant set off firecrackers in town, so my father had to take me to the outskirts to set off firecrackers.

Every time we will buy a lot of different kinds of firecrackers and fireworks.

We put the firecrackers inserted in the ground, lit fuses with incense, my hands tightly cover ears, hiding behind the adults, leaned out half of the head, looked at Zi Zi burning fuses, thinking: Im really open up, to make a pretense of being brave front, or like this fear now? I hesitated, firecrackers have 1 of "bang" bang, immediately scatter the paper scraps, dust float in the sky, a taste of the smoke filled the air... I also cried for joy!

Of course, the most spectacular fireworks or night. Put the heavens like a blooming chrysanthemums some fireworks, some fireworks put god first in a small circle, then round like a water wave amplifier, and each one the color of the circle is different! 一年一度的新春佳节又要来到了，想必每个小孩都很急切地盼望着过春节，都有一些让自己喜欢的事情吧!例如：收到长辈给的压岁钱，四处逛街买新衣服，去亲戚家串门拜年，去旅游等等，而我最喜欢的事情就是放鞭炮和烟花了。

每到过年，我都会缠着爸爸带我去放鞭炮，现在城里都不能放鞭炮了，所以爸爸只好带着我到郊外去放鞭炮。

每次我们都会买很多不同种类的鞭炮和烟花。

我们把鞭炮插在土里，用香点燃引线，我双手紧紧地捂住耳朵，躲在大人身后，探出半个脑袋，看着嗞嗞燃烧的引线，心里想：我到底是把手放开，跳到前面做出一副勇敢的样子，还是就像现在这样害怕的样子呢?我还在犹豫中，鞭炮已经“嘭”的一声爆炸了，顿时纸屑四散，尘土飞扬，空气中弥漫着一股硝烟的味道......我也高兴得大叫起来!

当然，最壮观的还是晚上放的烟花。有的烟花放上天像一朵盛开的菊花，有的烟花放上天先是一个小圆圈，接着像水波一样一圈一圈地放大，而且每一个圆圈的颜色都不一样呢!有的烟花放上天就像喷泉一样“哗”地散落下来.....各种五颜六色的烟花交织在一起，此起彼伏，五光十色，把夜空妆扮得如同灯火辉煌的宫殿一样，十分美丽......

看着满天的烟花，听着四处噼里啪啦的鞭炮声，热热闹闹的新年又来到了!

In the evening before the Spring Festival ,families get together and have a big meal .In many places people like to set off firecrackers .

Dumplings are the most traditional food .Children like the festival very much ,because they can have delicious food and wear new clothes .

They can also get some money from their parents.This money is given to children for good luck .People put New Year scrolls on the wall for good fortune.

New Year Party

On New Year#39;s Eve，our class had a party. The atmosphere was good. It was out of the ordinary from the very begining. The boy student from one bedroom gave an unusual performance. We saw a boy named Li Xinmin turn off all the lights in a sudden snap. Then with three resounding(响亮的) crow of a cock echoing in the hall，the hall was again brightly lit in a snap.

Then，the representative of the bedroom Zhu Guozhang asked us to guess a line of a poem related to the above situation. He added that Li Xinmin alone was born in the year of the dog and the other three were all born in the year of the chicken. They left us all in confusion. And it was our monitor who was quickwitted(机智的). He shouted our， "The day breaks as the cock crows three times at dawn." The hall After that，they had another item. This time Li Xinmin was placed in the middle of the circle. While he was standing there，the other three stood around him，each bowing down to him at an angle of 120 degrees. It was an idiom. Before the New Years eve, my grandma and two aunts to everybodys five zang-organs temple, and ready to cook a big table of delicious of fine cuisine. But due to the exquisite cuisine to wash, cut and boiled, so later, my mother and I went to help.

A: wow! Plates of food on the table, fragrance coveted. "Run!" In grandmas behest, everyone cant wait to put the delicious food into his mouth. The first morning, we got up very early, because father will take us to "spend opened restaurant" and play the night market. 除夕之前，奶奶和二婶婶为了大家的五脏庙，因而准备烹煮一大桌色香味俱全的精美美食。但是由于精美美食要洗、切和煮，所以后来我和妈妈就去帮忙。

哇!一盘盘美食上桌了，香味让人垂涎三尺。”开动!”在奶奶的一声令下，大家迫不及待的把香喷喷的食物塞到口里。吃完围炉饭后的重头戏就是发红包啦!发完红包后，大家边看着电视，边喝着饮料，过了一个快乐的除夕夜。

初一早上，我们起了个大早，因为爸爸要带我们去”花 开了餐厅”以及夜市玩。到了”花开了餐厅”，大家都在外面看歌手唱歌，我却跑去后面的可爱动物区;里面有高傲的孔雀，还有”可怕”的麝香猪呢!调皮的 我跑去拔草喂麝香猪，喂到一半时，突然，”吼!”一声，宛如宁静的天空突然发出一阵响雷，我赶紧跑走，回到爸妈的身边。接下来，就是去夜市吃东西啦!吃完 “阿灶伯”羊肉汤后，我们就边塞车边开车回家啰!

这次的春节过得很有趣，也使我获益良多，让我见识到可爱的麝香猪也是很”可怕”的。希望下次过春节也可以这么有趣。

Southern Chinese eat niangao (New Year cake made of glutinous rice flour) on this occasion， because as a homophone， niangao means "higher and higher， one year after another。" The first five days after the Spring Festival are a good time for relatives， friends， and classmates as well as colleagues to exchange greetings， gifts and chat leisurely。

China has 56 ethnic groups。 Minorities celebrate their Spring Festival almost the same day as the Han people， and they have different customs。

Its about one and a half month away from the Chinese New Year, It is a festival celebrated by the Chinese people at the beginning of the lunar calendar year.

As of the Chinese traditional customs, our parents and grandparents will sweep every corner of the house and clean the windows until they gleam, and washing clothes, buying foods and goods for the new years future use and presents.

Children will be the most benefited group during this feast period. One month before that, they are expecting the new clothes, delicious foods. The firecrackers and the years allowance for their increased ages.

In recent years, with the rising of the standard of life, Chinese tend to make various holiday plans to spend a different and meaningful new year. Such as traveling abroad, or be absorbed in their hobbies, and even work.

Why today we try to spend our Chinese new year in such a different way? I think thats because this is a era of free life and personality high-ranking. Though there are still something traditional, our young generation is attempting to make something new and suitable for ourselves. And we would like to take something really worth to be cherished in our memorable treasures. Thats amazing and wonderful!

Ill always keep in mind that the Chinese new year is a great feast inherited from our ancestors, but if necessary, I would like to enjoy it by some ways personal.
