所以，市长叔叔，为了让南昌市的居民有更好的环境，我想提一些建议：

1、限制每户买汽车的辆数，超过了就必须纳税，这样一来，便可以很好的控制汽车的数量，每天排放的尾气就减少了很多。

2、应在河上投放垃圾打捞船，这样就方便了打捞水中垃圾的工人处理垃圾。这样河水又能恢复美丽的容颜了。

3、多找一些志愿者在公园或其他场所进行监督，对乱扔垃圾的市民进行劝阻。
