Pollution is really a hot issue in the world. If we don’t take useful measures, we may live in terrible surroundings, and some unexpected results may come out in the end. So, what we should do is to bring down the problems caused by chimneys. For one thing, factories with chimneys should be moved out of the center of the city and it should be made sure that the waste gases are at least not poisonous. For another, other means of heating should be developed to stop using coal. In a word, in the city there should be no coal, no chimney, and no smoke to pollute the air.

Last Sunday, I went sightseeing with my friends in the Fairy Lake Park. The park was full of freshness and beauty of spring, with the sun shining and birds singing. When I was enjoying the fantastic scenery around, something unpleasant caught my eye. A young couple in a boat were eating, talking and laughing loudly as if they were the only people in the world. Whats worse, they spat and even threw rubbish into the lake, totally ignoring the noticeable sign "No Littering" nearby. What a shame!

Such behavior left me deep in thought. If all visitors to the Fairy Lake Park do as the couple did, the lake will be severely polluted and soon turned into a huge dustbin. I think all of us should mind our behavior in public places. Only in this way can we live in more comfortable and beautiful surroundings.

Presently, the world is faced with serious water problems. But these problems witt become more intense and more complex in the future. Our increasing population witt tremendously increase urban waters, primarily sewage. On the other hand, increasing demands for water witt decrease substantially the amount of water available for diluting wastes. Rapidly expanding industries which involve more and more complex chemical processes will produce large volumes of liquid wastes. Many of thesewitt contain chemicals that are poisonous. To feed our rapidly expanding population, agriculture will have to be intensified. This will involve ever increasing quantities of agriculture chemicals. From this, it is apparent that drastic steps must be taken immediately to develop corrective measures for the pollution problems.

There are two ways by which these pollution problems can be lessened. The first relates to the treatment of wastes to decrease their pollution hazard. This involves the processing of solid wastes "prior to" disposal and the treatment of liquid wastes to permit the reuse to the water or best reduce pollution upon final disposal. The second approach is to develop an economic use for all or part of the wastes. Farm manure is spread in fields as a nutrient. Wastes from sewage disposal plants are used in some areas both for irrigation and for the nutrients contained. Liquid wastes from other processing plants may also be used as a supplemental source of water. Only by doing these promptly now can we expect to solve the serious water problems in the future.

(一)全球气候变暖

由于人口的增加和人类生产活动的规模越来越大，向大气释放的二氧化碳(CO2)、甲烷(CH4)、一氧化二氮(N2O)、氯氟碳化合物(CFC)、四氯化碳(CCl4)、一氧化碳(CO)等温室气体不断增加，导致大气的组成发生变化。大气质量受到影响，气候有逐渐变暖的趋势。由于全球气候变暖，将会对全球产生各种不同的影响，较高的温度可使极地冰川融化，海平面每10年将升高6厘米，因而将使一些海岸地区被淹没。全球变暖也可能影响到降雨和大气环流的变化，使气候反常，易造成旱涝灾害，这些都可能导致生态系统发生变化和破坏，全球气候变化将对人类生活产生一系列重大影响。

(二)臭氧层的耗损与破坏

在离地球表面10~50千米的大气平流层中集中了地球上90%的臭氧气体，在离地面25千米处臭氧浓度最大，形成了厚度约为3毫米的臭氧集中层，称为臭氧层。它能吸收太阳的紫外线，以保护地球上的生命免遭过量紫外线的伤害，并将能量贮存在上层大气，起到调节气候的作用。但臭氧层是一个很脆弱的大气层，如果进入一些破坏臭氧的气体，它们就会和臭氧发生化学作用，臭氧层就会遭到破坏。臭氧层被破坏，将使地面受到紫外线辐射的强度增加，给地球上的生命带来很大的危害。研究表明，紫外线辐射能破坏生物蛋白质和基因物质脱氧核糖核酸，造成细胞死亡;使人类皮肤癌发病率增高;伤害眼睛，导致白内障而使眼睛失明;抑制植物如大豆、瓜类、蔬菜等的生长，并穿透10米深的水层，杀死浮游生物和微生物，从而危及水中生物的食物链和自由氧的来源，影响生态平衡和水体的自净能力。

(三)生物多样性减少

《生物多样性公约》指出，生物多样性“是指所有来源的形形色色的生物体，这些来源包括陆地、海洋和其他水生生态系统及其所构成的生态综合体;它包括物种内部、物种之间和生态系统的多样性。”在漫长的生物进化过程中会产生一些新的物种，同时，随着生态环境条件的变化，也会使一些物种消失。所以说，生物多样性是在不断变化的。近百年来，由于人口的急剧增加和人类对资源的不合理开发，加之环境污染等原因，地球上的各种生物及其生态系统受到了极大的冲击，生物多样性也受到了很大的损害。有关学者估计，世界上每年至少有5万种生物物种灭绝，平均每天灭绝的物种达140个，估计到21世纪初，全世界野生生物的损失可达其总数的15%~30%。在中国，由于人口增长和经济发展的压力，对生物资源的不合理利用和破坏，生物多样性所遭受的损失也非常严重，大约已有200个物种已经灭绝;估计约有5000种植物在近年内已处于濒危状态，这些约占中国高等植物总数的20%;大约还有398种脊椎动物也处在濒危状态，约占中国脊椎动物总数的7.7%左右。因此，保护和拯救生物多样性以及这些生物赖以生存的生活条件，同样是摆在我们面前的重要任务。

(四)酸雨蔓延

酸雨是指大气降水中酸碱度(PH值)低于5.6的雨、雪或其他形式的降水。这是大气污染的一种表现。 酸雨对人类环境的影响是多方面的。酸雨降落到河流、湖泊中，会妨碍水中鱼、虾的成长，以致鱼虾减少或绝迹;酸雨还导致土壤酸化，破坏土壤的营养，使土壤贫瘠化，危害植物的生长，造成作物减产，危害森林的生长。此外，酸雨还腐蚀建筑材料，有关资料说明，近十几年来，酸雨地区的一些古迹特别是石刻、石雕或铜塑像的损坏超过以往百年以上，甚至千年以上。世界目前已有三大酸雨区。我国华南酸雨区是唯一尚未治理的。

(五)森林锐减

在今天的地球上，我们的绿色屏障——森林正以平均每年4000平方公里的速度消失。森林的减少使其涵养水源的功能受到破坏，造成了物种的减少和水土流失，对二氧化碳的吸收减少进而又加剧了温室效应。

(六)土地荒漠化

全球陆地面积占60%，其中沙漠和沙漠化面积29%。每年有600万公顷的土地变成沙漠。经济损失每年423亿美元。全球共有干旱、半干旱土地50亿公顷，其中33亿遭到荒漠化威胁。致使每年有600万公顷的农田、900万公顷的牧区失去生产力。人类文明的摇篮底格里斯河、幼发拉底河流域，已由沃土变成荒漠。中国的黄河流域，水土流失亦十分严重。

(七)大气污染

大气污染的主要因子为悬浮颗粒物、一氧化碳、臭氧、二氧化碳、氮氧化物、铅等。大气污染导致每年有30-70万人因烟尘污染提前死亡，2500万的儿童患慢性喉炎，400-700万的农村妇女儿童受害。

(八)水污染

水是我们日常最需要，也上接触最多的物质之一，然而就是水如今也成了危险品。

(九)海洋污染

人类活动使近海区的氮和磷增加50%-200%;过量营养物导致沿海藻类大量生长;波罗的海、北海、黑海、东中国海(东海)等出现赤潮。海洋污染导致赤潮频繁发生，破坏了红树林、珊瑚礁、海草，使近海鱼虾锐减，渔业损失惨重。

(十)危险性废物越境转移

危险性废物是指除放射性废物以外，具有化学活性或毒性、爆炸性、腐蚀性和其他对人类生存环境存在有害特性的废物。美国在资源保护与回收法中规定，所谓危险废物是指一种固体废物和几种固体的混合物，因其数量和浓度较高，可能造成或导致人类死亡，或引起严重的难以治愈疾病或致残的废物。

环境对人类十分重要，可是有些人不爱护环境，也不知道环境对人类的重要性。

你看，许多人都不爱护环境，它们随地扔垃圾，有些人认为：一个垃圾算什么?可是积少成多，小区里最好看的地方成了垃圾站。有些人为了建房子挖山砍树，美丽的小山变成了沙漠和房子。有些人没时间做饭，就在外面快餐店买了饭一边走一边吃，吃完饭后他们还把一次性饭盒，一次性筷子丢在地上。有些人为了展示自己家里很有钱就开着跑车在路面上到处跑。他们没有意识到既污染环境又浪费能源。有些工厂将一些污水、浓烟排入江河和天空。

为了我们的环境，为了我们的生活，我希望人们可以把垃圾扔进垃圾桶，少砍树多造林，尽量回家吃饭。将废气废水引入地下，不要展示自己多么有钱，要注意节能减排。

相信在大家的努力下不远的将来，我们的城市会更美!

在学校“健康第一”的教育思想指导下，卫生室积极开展学校环境卫生工作的宣传教育与包干清扫工作，让健康卫生意识深入每个学生，深入每个家庭。师生的环境卫生意识不断提高。

一、建设一支队伍

要搞好学校环境卫生工作，需要建设一支强有力的卫生保洁队伍。在党支部、校长室领导下，32个班主任具体抓好各班的卫生保洁工作;每班有两名卫生员协助老师关心教室及保干区的卫生打扫工作，全校师生人人都有卫生保洁意识。

三年级以上的卫生员同时担任学校环境卫生检查评比工作。卫生室对这些同学进行每月一次的培训活动，让他们以学校小主人的身份参加学校的卫生管理工作，不仅提高了他们卫生保洁意识，同时也锻炼了他们的工作能力，从小培养了他们为大家服务的思想。

二、做好检查反馈工作

为改善学校环境卫生面貌，卫生室定期做好检查反馈工作。每月一次将检查评比结果公布于校园网，并为成绩好的班级发流动红旗，以资鼓励。卫生室平时做好一天四次的巡视检查工作，发现问题及时解决，并把发现的问题与解决的方法在校园网上公布，以引起大家的重视。

三、配合学校完成上级部门的工作

根据《关于开展“人人动手、清洁家园”活动的方案》的精神，结合我校实际情况，制定《开展“人人动手、清洁家园”活动方案》。在今后一个阶段，结合南汇区建设健康城区，创建健康校园等工作的开展，在全校广泛开展“人人动手、清洁家园”的活动，将进一步改善学校及校园周边的环境卫生面貌。

四、积极开展卫生防病工作

学校是人口密集的地方，人口流动大，给防病带来了很大的困难，卫生室在在学校党支部、校长室的领导下，根据实际情况积极开展卫生防病工作。

五、预警应急

学校的防病工作领导重视，工作抓在实处，基本上能预防、控制各类学生中常见的传染病，一旦发生，学校传染病防控工作领导小组将按照政府统一部署，启动应急工作预案。

围绕我校健康第一的指导思想，按照建设健康校园的工作要求，卫生室做到思想上重视，制定并完善相应的规章制度;加大宣传力度，强化卫生要求和落实包干区责任制以及各组室内外清洁等一系列突出问题。加强卫生防病工作，提升广大师生的健康意识，为我校的健康教育工作奠定良好的环境基础。

一天晚饭后，我与爸爸、妈妈展开了对环境问题的讨论。

妈妈首先发言，“现在的环境不太好，可以说是很差，PM2。5很严重，很多人外出都要带口罩！”爸爸也深有同感：“哎呀！现在环境是不好，污水都排放到河里，你看我们小区里的那条河呀，散步时都臭气熏天。”“我同意！我同意！我带米拉（我家养的小狗）下去遛弯时，都要捂着鼻子。那闸门不开时，水很少而且是乌黑的，石头、死鱼都露出水面，散发着一阵阵恶臭，”我生气地说道。妈妈无可奈何道：“造成环境不好的原因主要还是人们环保意识不强，在发展经济的同时，忽视了对环境的保护。逢年过节时，人们大量购买烟花爆竹，节日气氛虽然增加了，但同时也对环境造成了极大的伤害。”爸爸接着说道，“我很赞同妈妈的看法，我们家每年都不放，一家人聚在一起，也一样有过年的气氛。”我嬉皮笑脸地说：“就是呀！别人家放，我们远远地看，还更清楚、更漂亮呢！”“汽车排放的尾气也是污染环境的罪魁祸首，”妈妈意味深长地说，“但是，我们生活中又离不开汽车。现在大家的工作、学习都很紧张，不开汽车将会浪费很多时间在路上，所以我们只能尽量少开车，休息日多骑骑自行车……”没等妈妈说完，我调皮地边笑边说，“哈哈！别忘了我们还有‘11’路呢，这样既能锻炼身体又能保护环境。”
