2、应在河上投放垃圾打捞船，这样就方便了打捞水中垃圾的工人处理垃圾。这样河水又能恢复美丽的容颜了。

3、多找一些志愿者在公园或其他场所进行监督，对乱扔垃圾的市民进行劝阻。
