记得那是一个寒冷的早晨。天还未亮，我和父母就踏上了归家的旅程。从东莞到我的老家大概有七百多公里的距离吧，我们大概需要十几个小时才能到达。

经过了漫长的车程，我们终于在次日的14点到达了李家村。一回到村子，爷爷奶奶便开始忙活了起来：老家的气温只有几度，而我们只穿了几件单薄的衬衫。于是奶奶便去拿衣服和暖炉给我们。爷爷拿出了一大卷火红的爆竹，走到了门口。在噼里啪啦的爆竹声中，我们回到了老家。

去访祖堂

第二天一早，父亲便早早地叫醒了我，说是家中的男性都要去祖堂给老祖宗上柱香。我还从未去过祖堂呢，于是便兴致勃勃地与父亲去了。

走在村中那条唯一的水泥路上，我听见前方的鞭炮声接连不断。走到祖堂，便发现这儿烟雾缭绕，地面上铺满了鞭炮碎屑。祖堂内，有许多村民络绎不绝地去祭拜祖宗。要想让祖宗保佑你一生平安，就得先磕三个头，上三炷香，再磕三个头。这是我们老家的传统习俗。祖堂的里墙上挂着一张捐款明细表。上面写着全村村民捐款修祖堂的金额。我看到父亲捐的款是全村最多的。父亲看到我在看那张表，对我说了一句意味深长的话：“人不能忘本。”

吃年夜饭

每一家过年年夜饭总是一年之中最丰盛的，我的老家也不例外。但我的父亲讲究健康，所以今年的年夜饭不免多了几盘绿色食品。在我的家乡，猪脚和猪蹄膀是绝对必不可少的东西。餐桌上，众人举杯共庆新年，大块吃肉，大碗喝酒。平常文绉绉的人到了餐桌上自然也免不了几分豪爽之情。

终要离别

天下没有不散的筵席，我们终于要离开家乡，回到东莞了。这次家乡之旅虽然只有短短不到一个星期的时间，但却给了我许多深深的回忆。

我带着这份回忆，开始了新一年的学习……

我家乡在宁夏，这里以回族居多，信仰伊斯兰教，所以我家乡菜就以回族风味菜为主体。它汇聚回族饮食之精华，崇尚清真，尤其讲究卫生，处处突出“洁净”二字。回族清真饮食忌食猪、驴、狗、猫、鼠等穆斯林认为不洁的动物，不吃自死的动物及动物的血液。选取的肉食必须经过宰杀并以真主的名义咏经，宰杀的牛、羊、鸡等确保了品质。宁夏小吃多以牛羊肉为主，品种多，风味独特。主要有：手抓羊肉、糖醋黄河鲤鱼、鸽子鱼、清蒸羊羔肉、羊杂碎。

回族面食也很讲究，油香、馓子等香脆可口、颜色金黄；羊肉臊子面、羊排小揪面、粉汤饺子色香味俱全，营养丰富，极具特色。

回族人一般在吃完主食后，还要喝上点盖碗茶，这个盖碗茶可不是普通的大碗茶，而是用一种特制的茶盅，里面盛上清茶、冰糖、红枣、桂圆、葡萄干、枸杞、核桃仁、芝麻等八味原料冲泡而成。茶香浓郁，使人回味无穷。怎么样，馋了吧！有机会来我家乡宁夏吧，到时一定让你大饱口福。

我的家乡在一个古老的小镇长上，那里风景如画，四季分明，气候宜人。

春天，冰雪融化了，小溪里的水哗哗地流着，小河旁的柳树发芽了，油菜花把田野装扮得像金库一样。大地上的小草抽出了绿芽，一切焕然一新。

夏天来了，火辣辣的太阳照着大地，树上的知了不停地叫着“知了”、“知了”好像在说：“太热了，太热了。”小河里的青蛙“呱呱”的唱着歌。因为我们家乡的水稻一年两熟，所以农民伯伯们在田野里正赶季节在收割水稻呢！

This morning, my father took me to school by bike. I sat at the back of the

bike, eating a banana. After I ate it up, I threw the skin onto the street

randomly.
