近日，随着全国主流媒体对“舌尖上的浪费”大加挞伐，一项倡导将盘中餐吃光、喝净、带走的“光盘行动”正在全国兴起，并得到许多民众、餐饮业经营者、公益组织的热烈响应。

明末清初理学家朱用纯曾著《朱子家训》：“一粥一饭，当思来处不易;半丝半缕，恒念物力维艰。”谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦，我们不能忘记勤俭节约的传统美德，更不能忘记全国仍有1亿多贫困人口。

“光盘行动”体现的是市民品质和责任。我们都是社会的主人，每个濮阳市民都应从现在做起，从生活习惯开始，从细微处做起，从节约粮食做起，争做节约粮食的传播者、实践者和示范者，用实际行动参与到节约粮食的行动中来，让节约引领风尚，共同为建设文明、和谐、环保的社会环境作出应有的贡献!

亲爱的同学们：

有关数据显示，饥饿是人类的头号杀手，每 6 秒就有 1名儿童因饥饿死亡，平均每年夺去 1000 万人的生命;我国仍有 1 亿多贫困人口。与此形成鲜明对比的是另一组数据：中国社科院统计，我国每年浪费食物总量折合粮食约 500 亿公斤，接近全国粮食总产量的十分之一。即使按最保守推算，每年最少倒掉约 2 亿人一年的食物或口粮。如果每天浪费的粮食回收 5%，就可以多救活四百万饥民。

节约是一种美德，节约是一种智慧，节约是我们的行动，也是我们的习惯! 近日，随着全国主流媒体对“舌尖上的浪费”大加挞伐，一项倡导将盘中餐吃光、喝净、带走的“光盘行动”正在全国兴起，并得到许多民众、餐饮业经营者、 公益组织的热烈响应为此，我们号召全体同学积极参加到“光盘行动”中来。

谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。我们不能忘记勤俭节约的传统美德，更不能忘记全国仍有 1 亿多贫困人口。

我们倡议，树立节约光荣、浪费可耻的思想观念，厉行节约，反对浪费。

我们倡议，家庭餐桌上，倡议根据营养学合理搭配荤素菜比例，按需买菜、 煮菜，以每顿饭家庭成员刚好吃完、吃饱为准。吃饭时吃多少盛多少，不扔剩饭 剩菜。吃光碗里的最后一粒米、盘中的最后一棵菜。

我们倡议，以“光盘”为荣，“剩宴”为耻。就餐时，适度适量，吃饱为好。 以节约为荣， 浪费为耻。

我们倡议，同学们既要做“光盘行动”的实践者，也要做“光盘行动”的推动者。让更多的人了解“光盘行动”，参与“光盘行动”，用省下来的钱，多做好事，多做公益。

同学们，一粥一饭当思来之不易。勤俭不是吃苦，而是对有限资源的珍视。 从今天开始，让我们一起：不剩饭，不浪费，吃多少，要多少，加入光盘族，一起对“浪费”说“不!”。
