父亲他善良，喜欢帮助别人。或许在清洁工扫地时，他会伸出手，将地上的碎纸拾起来。或许在公共汽车上遇到老人上车，他会上去扶一把。父亲他总是笑眯眯的，似乎生活中只有甜没有苦，他总是乐观面对一切，不怕痛苦，不怕灾难。父亲是我的榜样，他每天都在告诉我“知足常乐，知足常乐。”他乐于助人，他笑着面对，他教会了我做人，他，就是我的榜样。
父亲他辛苦，为了撑起这个家，他付出了太多的努力，可他从不抱怨，从不喊累，总是将的留给我和母亲，而自己却承担起生活带给他的艰辛与苦楚，而那双手却因劳累而满是茧子与深痕。父亲是我的榜样，他似乎能包容一切，有大海般广阔的胸襟，他宁肯为家庭奔波忙碌，也不愿让我们受到一丝一毫的委屈。他，就是我的榜样。
那是一个夏天，父亲工作上似乎遇到了难题，我和母亲一直很担心，他却说“没关系，没有什么事是解决不了的，忘记你的那篇课文了吗?将困难分解成一个个小困难，那么困难不就解决了吗?不用担心”这就是我榜样，我的的父亲。

一走进龙寿万亩田洋公园，一股田园的清新气息就扑面而来。我迫不及待地骑上了租来的自行车，开始游览这美丽的田园风光。骑着骑着，我来到一块菜地。瞧!一位农民伯伯正忙着采收呢?看看框里有什么?哦，有红通通的辣椒娃娃，红的多么诱人啊。菜地里还有大大小小很多苦瓜，这些苦瓜有的绿油油的，有的已经熟过头了，绿中带黄;还有绿茵茵的地瓜叶，刚刚长出来的小茄子。农民伯伯为了让它们长得更好，还为它们搭建了大棚挡风遮雨。没过多长时间，在劳动的农民伯伯后背已经湿透了。我想，正是农民伯伯的辛勤劳动和付出，我们才有饭桌上香喷喷的饭呀!
不知不觉地，我骑车来到了一个荷花池，里面长满了荷叶，但荷花还没有开。我想，到了荷花开放的季节，那该有多么美呀!各色鲜艳的荷花竞相开放，风一吹，荷花姑娘就跳起美丽的舞蹈，荷花池就像一幅画似的，让人陶醉其中。只有大自然和劳动人民的双手才能画出这么美的画呀!接着是一片水稻田，田里的水稻才刚刚抽出谷穗，一位阿姨正在里面除草呢。这位阿姨晒得很黑，汗水顺着垂下来的头发往下滴。原来种田这么辛苦呀。我想起了一首诗，“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。”以后我们可一定不能浪费粮食，要不然可真是太对不起农民伯伯和阿姨了!
我继续在田园里游览着，风在耳边唱着歌，旁边的小鸭子和小鸡不时发出欢快的叫声，像是和我打招呼;大黄狗和几只大鹅从车旁跑过，像是和我开玩笑。不远处，有的农民伯伯和阿姨在种庄稼，有的在喂牲畜，他们脸上都洋溢着幸福的笑容……这时下起了一阵毛毛雨，天空一碧如洗，小草变得更加翠绿，花儿显得更加娇艳，荷叶上沾满了小水珠，好像一颗颗光彩耀眼的宝石。
看着这一切，我的心情无比舒畅愉快。诗情画意的田园风光，辛苦劳作、幸福生活的劳动人民，都深深留在了我的脑海里。

下了车，火辣辣的阳光照在了我的身上。让我感觉就像是旁边有一团火在熊熊燃烧，十分炎热。在如此之毒辣的阳光照晒下，稻田显得格外死气沉沉、毫无生机。远远望去，一位农民正在太阳底下劳动。如此恶劣的天气，他已经汗流浃背，皮肤被晒得红通通，眉头紧锁，眼睛布满了红血丝，看上去十分地辛苦。走近一些，他吃力地举起锄头，翻头泥土，细弱的手臂将种子播种进去，看到这里，我便扭过头不忍心看了。
这位农民付出如此大的汗水和辛苦，可我们却不能理解他，在餐桌上浪费粮食，挑三拣四，却不知道，背后的付出有多大。从现在开始，我要改变自己，珍惜粮食，不辜负辛苦的农民们。

工作人员准备煮饺子时，我和妈妈便一起去老人们的房间发糖果和面包。当我们把一把又一把的糖果和一包又一包的面包递到老人手中时，他们用亲人般的眼神看着我们，都咧开了嘴笑着。许多拿到糖果和面包的老人，依旧站在房间门口一直默默地看着我们的身影。我的心里立刻就涌上了一种感动。
到吃饭的时间了，老人们都陆陆续续地走进了食堂，看到那热气腾腾的饺子，他们又情不自禁笑了，笑得是那么的灿烂，也许他们真的需要多一点关心爱护。那一次，是我人生中的第一次送爱心，真让我受益匪浅。如果以后有机会，我还会继续关心和帮助这些老人的!那个下午，我和妈妈和老人们聊天，帮着他们整理环境，一直到傍晚才离开……
