Opportunities dont come often. They come every once in a while. Very often, they come quietly and go by without being noticed. Therefore, it is advisable that you should value and treat them with care.

When an opportunity presents itself, it brings a promise but never realizes it on its own. If you want to achieve something or intend to fulfill one of your ambitions you must work hard, make efforts and get prepared. Otherwise, you will take no advantage of opportunities when they come to visit you. It is clear that in order to be highly qualified for out future jobs, we should make every possible preparation.

The difference between a man who succeeds and one who does not lies only in the way each treats opportunities. The successful person always makes adequate preparations to meet opportunities as they duly arrive. The unsuccessful person, on the other hand, works little and just waits to see them pass by. Obviously, the two different attitudes towards opportunities may lead to quite different consequences.

In my opinion, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone in our society, in our society, but only those who are prepared adequately and qualified highly can make use of them to achieve their purpose.

机不可失，时不再来。 机遇常常悄然而去。因此，奉劝诸君珍惜机遇，谨慎处之。

每当机遇降临，伴之而来的是成功的希望， 但是机遇不能自行实现成功。假如你要取得成就或要实现你的雄心壮志，你必须努力工作、艰苦奋斗、准备好条件。否则，机遇来临时你却无法利用。显然，为了能够完全适应我们未来的工作，我们必须做好一切可能的准备。

成功者与失败者之间的区别就在于处理机遇的态度。成功者做好充分准备迎接机遇的适时来临，而失败者工作懒散，眼看着机遇悄然而过。可见，两种不同的对待机遇的态度导致了截然不同的后果。

我的观点时，在我们的社会里人人都有许多机遇，但是只有那些做好充分准备并且高度称职的人才能利用机遇达到自己目的。

LinHao, in face of so great a catastrophe, did not evade but gave his hands to hisclassmates. It was his confidence and calmness that gave others the secondlife. I am proud of him. To be honest, Lin Hao is my little hero in my heart.

Lin Haos experience tellsus that confidence is very important to us. It also reminds me of my ownexperience during the first year of senior middle school. After I entered seniorschool, I found it really hard for me to learn math well. There were so manyproblems which I didnt understand that I did badly in exams. Both my parentsand math teachers believed that I couldnt learn math well. One day I met adifficult problem which took me nearly an hour to work it out. Nonetheless，I realized that I was the onlyone in my class to work it out! That really built up my confidence in math.Finally I became very good at math and my math teacher was surprised by my progress.It was confidence that helped me overcome the difficulty.

Ifa person wants to be successful, the first thing to do is to get confidence, assuccess is the body of confidence.

As the saying goes” Your attitude, not your aptitude, will determine your altitude.” I think what the most important to your personal success is the positive attitude, instead of the raw talent.

Edison, who is the king of invention, once said”Genius is one per cent inspiration and ninety-nine per cent perspiration.”  Though the aptitude is vital to some extent, there are still numerous examples which can show the magic power of the positive attitude. Confucius, the great Chinese ideologues, was no smarter than his brother when young. But Confucius has the firm faith and he worked very hard, which leading to his later success. Even if Hocking has a disabled body, but his thoughts are free and he is optimistic to this world. It’ was the optimism bring him to the peak of physics where no people can get to.

From my point of view, no matter what great talent you have had or even if you have to face the problem beyond you, the positive attitude is always a key to open the window and let the sunshine in. Write down your personal plan, don’t be afraid of the challenge ahead, and make the most of the every chance. Also, find out the precious experience from the failure and strengthen the advantage you have. More smile, more efforts, more sweat, and more optimism to your life, then, the wonderful way to success will appear ahead.
