Some students put the earth back to the holes. Then we pushed the earth hard with our feet. At last we watered the trees as much as possible.

Its almost the end of April.Summerhas come to us in my city. In south, summer always comes earlier than north. It has been hot for about half a month. The highest temperature reached 37 degree. Now, there are much less people in the street. People are not likely to go out during the summer. Its so hot outside. Swimming is the most favorite activity in my city. The pools are always full filled with people. Parents often take their children to swimming pool at night. Personally, I do not like summer, because its too hot and the sunshine is strong. Im going to the sun for my holiday. I will go there by spaceship. I will pilot a big blue spaceship to the sun. The sun is very hot. So I put on the super shirt.

The Lantern Festival which occurs on the 15-th day of the First Month of the Chinese Year marks the end of the New Years Holidays.

Lanterns are everywhere. A most interesting tradition is the posting of riddles called Lantern Riddles. Riddles are written on pieces of paper and posted on lanterns or wall. Any one solving the riddle is awarded a prize. And the food for lantern festival is Tang Yuan i have made some Tang Yuan in a ginger soup my wife got a serious cold so i cooked a pot of ginger soup for her. I look forward to the next spring festival.

My school is in the east end of the city. It takes me half an hour to get to school on foot. I usually ride a bike to school.

There are over one hundred and fifty teachers and about two thousand students in our school. We have two classroom buildings.The office building is three storeys high. On weekdays our teachers often take us to the laboratories to do experiments. Sometimes we have English lesson in the language lab. We have a very large playground.

After school we take part in various activities, such as ball games, painting, singing and dancing. I like to play football with my classmates.

I love my teachers. I love my school.
