Mostly, I went to school to have lessons this week. It was hard but we must experience, wasn’t it? But on Saturday I finished my first learning. And the second learning will begin on Aug 1st. I can have a break and do what I want to do. On Saturday I went shopping. Indeed I didn’t buy many things. I just wanted to relax. And then I played on the computer, sang , watched TV, etc. I just wanted to amuse myself. I went to swim on Sunday, although I didn’t swim very well. I felt cool during this hot time. Firstly, it is very important for us to take more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins and they help in the process of digestion. Eat plenty of foods high in protein. Thirdly, we?d better do morning exercise every day, do sports frequently to make our bodies strong. Besides, we have to avoid too much work pressure. I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning and breathing the fresh air in the countryside. After snow, I would like to skate and ski with my friends. person. So, the best way to do is to consider our friends’ thoughts and

Second, appropriately adapt messages to others. It is not enough to be

sensitive and accurately understand others; when your send out your message, you

pick up the best ways and respond to others to achieve your communication goals.

But it does not mean to say something that the listener wants to hear. That

would be unethical. Appropriately adapt messages to others means carefully

editing and shaping your responses so that your messages can be understood by

others and you can achieve your goals.

Last but not least, try to interpret nonverbal messages. As we all know,

unspoken messages can express powerful ideas or emotions with greater impact

than mere words. You should try to observe others facial expressions or

with stress in good ways, of course. Good ways to cut down on stress include

changing our lifestyles. For example, we can learn either to get along with

later, and what to leave off doing forever.

We can also figure out how to get money or we can cut down on what we want.

We should not deal with stress in bad ways because bad ways to cut down on

stress just lead to more troubles, for example, skipping out and leaving our

my school is at haimen town. it is very big and beautiful. there are forty-three classes in it. when you come to our school, you can see the modern teaching building.

our teachers work and do practice in it. behind the building, there are two classroom buildings and a school library. in the library there are thousands and thousands of books. after class you can borrow the books you want and also you can read them in the reading room at any time.

Communicating with others is a big problem in daily life. Some people are

easy to talk to oters, but some others not. When you want to talk to someone,

firstly you should find some topics to talk about, but the topics should not

My New Life

This summer, I move to a new city with my parents, and I transfer to a new school. I used to live in the countryside, so my new life is so different from before. The school is a little far from my home, so I go to school by bus. After school, I have many activities in school. Classmates are friendly to me. I learn English now.
