一、关于初中高中衔接问题:

初中升高中之后,孩子的学习和生活都会登上一个新的台阶,新的教学内容,新的教学方式、新的学习方式,还有高中生特有的学习心理,都可能是摆在孩子面前的一道道难关.一般地,可从以下几个方面入手,完成初高中的衔接.

第一,衔接学生思想.初中内容少而简单,识记性内容居多,高中内容多且复杂,课程安排紧凑,理解性内容居多.如果孩子还是以初中的方式来学习,可能会影响自己的学业成绩.所以,关键一点就是做好充分的思想准备,进入高中就要给自己一种紧迫感,要牢固树立:不努力学习,不去适应学习,就必然会落后的观念.

第二,衔接课程内容.初高中都在进行着新课程改革,但初高中的课程内容有很大差异,主要表现在:高中知识容量大,难度增加,系统性增强,综合性增强,能力要求提高等,因此必须做好课程方面的衔接工作.一方面,任课教师会进一步钻研初中教材,及时发现问题,在开学之初予以弥补.另一方面,建议孩子早接触一下高中教材,了解知识框架,为以后的学习做好过渡.

第三,衔接学习方法.方法是学习成功的先导.很明显的一个例子是,高一新生在开学之初的那一段时间里,凡是自修课,就不知道如何安排时间.他们认为做好了老师布置的作业就万事大吉了.其实,高中阶段的学习最基本的除了做好作业之外,更重要学会自主学习,做好预习和复习.预习和复习好当天的内容,做到堂堂清,天天清,周周清.这一点对高一新生尤为重要.因为态度决定一切,行动成就未来.在探索高中学习方法的同时,养成良好的习惯.

第一、剖析自己,慎重选择

选择文科或理科,最主要的就是好好分析一下自己,可从以下几个方面来考虑:

1、实力.要注意从实际出发,扬长避短.好好分析一下自己的现实情况,看看自己的优势在哪里.文理水平差多少,潜力在哪儿?长于语言、写作方面还是运算、逻辑推理?在每次大型考试中自己的优势学科是什么,薄弱学科是什么,要认真进行分析,整体把握.

2、兴趣.兴趣是学好一门功课的重要因素.有了兴趣,可以使高二、高三学习变得多姿多彩.有了兴趣,才可以让你全身心的投入学习,变被动为主动.

3、志向.学文、学理,对于大家今后的志愿是有很大影响的.现在很多专业是分开招生的,也有很多专业是文理兼收的.比如,经济、法律、甚至语言类都是文理兼收.所以,自己的志向也是决定选择文理的重要因素.

文理分科将影响到专业选择,专业选择又与职业有着紧密的联系,在选择前应多了解一些大学的发展方向,今后的就业情况.

文科又称人文社会科学,顾名思义,以人类社会独有的政治,经济,文化等为研究对象,分为人文科学与社会科学.人文科学是研究人类文化遗产的,其经典学科是文学、历史学、哲学;社会科学是研究社会发展、社会问题、社会规律的,是法学、教育学、经济学、管理学等学科门类的统称.

理科是学习理论和方法的学科.理学、工学、农学、医学,即为理科类专业.理科的主要学科有:数学、物理、化学、生物,还包括地质、地理、计算机软件等.

结合学生们的实际情况和以往文理分科中出现的问题,谈几点建议仅供参考:

1、杜绝盲目选科.盲目选科的情况包括:一边倒,班里选哪科的人多就跟着选哪科;根据传统观念,认为哪科将来有前途就选哪科;学习态度不好,认为哪科省力好念就选哪科;情感冲动,为了某个好朋友或舍不得原班集体和班主任老师而选科;根据家长的要求而选科等.

2、①科目优势比较明显的应该扬长,即理科强的选理、文科强的选文;②凡总体成绩一般,科目弱势比较明显的应该避短,即理科弱的选文,文科弱的选理;③凡各科成绩比较均衡,并对文史类没有特别兴趣的建议选理.

3、对于数学成绩特别好、文科各科也不错的孩子,如果对理工类没有特别的兴趣建议选文.这样可以充分发挥自身优势,将来极有可能成为文科尖子生.理由是有相当一部分学文的是逻辑思维能力相对较弱,理科成绩(包括数学)不太好的学生.如果文史类科目不比他们差,而数学却比他们好,自然就成尖子生了.同理,对于语文、外语成绩特别好,理科各科也不错的孩子,如果对文史类没有特别的兴趣建议选理.

这样去想，我们就会产生进步后的欣喜，自信就会油然而生。如果和别人比，也应在羡慕别人的同时，看到自己身上特有的长处，正视自己的潜力，发挥自己的优势，明白在现有情况下怎样去努力进取。

第二，明确目标。同学们，在学习和生活中，我们只有确立了明确的目标，我们的努力才有了方向。只有学习目标明确，学习时才会有动力，才会端正学习态度，才会有比较大的收获。你希望考上的学校是什么?高一要做什么，高二要做什么，高三要做什么，要具体到每一个年级。

高三又可以划分为几个阶段，每个阶段要完成什么学习任务，这些都要有明确的目标。目标不能太高，也不能太低。太高了会觉得太难而丧失信心;太低了会觉得太容易而丧失积极性。希望同学们根据自己的情况制订自己的目标，只有当你总想跳起来去摘学习果子的时候，才是找到了方向。

海豹一连，勇往直前

晨曦微明，屡屡金色的阳光洒向华师的大地，空气中的水汽氤氲着，绵热的夏风总是催人呵欠连连，然而一连的同学们却各个精神饱满，准备好了迎接今天的挑战——定向越野!“一，二，三，必胜!”听着其他连队为自己高呼加油，一连也同样不甘示弱，然而作为第一队出发的他们，此时不宜过度兴奋，只有静若处子，动若脱兔，方可制敌取胜。

“滴，滴....滴”倒数的滴答声一下下叩击着队员们的心弦。“打卡，出发!”随着教官的一声口令，一营的8位勇士如离弦箭版冲了出去。“第一个点找到了，这里这里!”完成了第一次打点任务，大伙儿的热情更高涨了!

“呼呼......呼......”落在后面的两位队员体力有些不支，然后前方仍有4个任务点在等待着他们。队长已快消失于视线，只听前方传来响亮的呐喊声“一连加油，不要停下!往前跑，往前跑!不要停下，加油!”响亮的呐喊声似一剂强心针一般插入队员的心脏之中，各个又打起了精神，奋力向下一任务点跑去。“快!快!终点就在前面了!子旸队长高声呼喊着，“就差一点了，快!”——最终，一连以50分24秒的优越成绩获得了第三名的好成绩。定向越野虽然结束了，然而一连不抛弃不放弃，勇往直前的精神已经深深地烙在了同学们的心中。“海豹一连，勇往直前

苦乐相融

“你问我什么是战士的生活我送你一枚小弹壳它曾经历过风雨的洗礼也吹响过一支短歌战士的生活就是这样有苦有乐有声有色”，这首朴实的军歌是训练休息时教官教我们的。“有苦有乐有声有色”可以说是对我们的军训生活最贴切的表述。

站军姿时止不住晃动的身体，汗水流过脸颊却无法擦拭的瘙痒，保持摆臂姿势是酸麻的手臂这些都是我们曾经不曾体验过的苦。就像今天正步走的分解练习，不仅脚背要下压，还要固定在一定的高度。没多久抬起的腿就变得僵硬甚至抽筋，而承受全身重量的另一条腿更是酸麻，身体也不受控制的东倒西歪。但是我们都坚持下来了，没有一个人喊苦，更没有一个人退缩。然而，训练休息期间的活动就完全是另外的一幅欢乐场面。教官们也不再那么严肃，总是会交给我们一些军歌。同学们更是放开了，表演节目，击鼓传花，不同系之间互相喊歌，同学之间的感情变好了，训练时的苦痛也都感受不到了。苦乐交融，这不仅是我们这次军训的主旋律，更是所有人的生活的主旋律。学会苦中作乐，或许是这次军训中我们最大的收获。

University.when I was a child, I had heard the highest school Qinghua. The words

often drives my heart. I keep it away for eleven years . However, I am almost

make it come true, because Im not good at studying subjects, my math ,my

English, my Chinese and my mixtrue subjects are not good. So, when I come to

classroom I often sit there and became sad. I think I have worked hard for two

years in the Siner School. But ,all of things arent change quickly. Where is my

seed and where is my gains, but it may be the time . Now, I have been in the

Senior three, and Ill face the case of going to university. Although the case

is so terrible , I have nothing to treat it. I often cry with the reason that

felling myself to change mind to it is that studying is an important thing. If

Qingming Festival, also known as Pure Brightness Festival or Tomb-sweeping Day, is one of the 24 segments of the Chinese calendar. It normally falls on the 4th or 5th of April, between spring plowing and summer weeding, and is a time to pay respects to ones ancestors and to tidy their gravesite. On this day, whole families, young and old, go to the gravesite of deceased family members to burn incense and perform a ritual offering while clearing away plant overgrowth from the gravesite.

Qingming Festival is when Chinese people visit the graves or burial grounds of their ancestors. Traditionally, people brought a whole rooster with them to the graves visited but the occasion has become less formal over time. The festival originated from Hanshi Day (寒食节, literally, Day with cold food only), a memorial day for Jie Zitui (介子推). Jie Zitui died in 636 BC in the Spring and Autumn Period. He was one of many followers of Duke Wen of Jin before he became a duke.

Once, during Wens 19 years of exile, they had no food and Jie prepared some meat soup for Wen. Wen enjoyed it a lot and wondered where Jie had obtained the soup. It turned out Jie had cut a piece of meat from his own thigh to make the soup. Wen was so moved he promised to reward him one day. However, Jie was not the type of person who sought rewards. Instead, he just wanted to help Wen to return to Jin to become king.

Once Wen became duke, Jie resigned and stayed away from him. Duke Wen rewarded the people who helped him in the decades, but for some reason he forgot to reward Jie, who by then had moved into the forest with his mother. Duke Wen went to the forest, but could not find Jie. Heeding suggestions from his officials, Duke Wen ordered men to set the forest on fire to force out Jie. However, Jie died in the fire. Feeling remorseful, Duke Wen ordered three days without fire to honour Jies memory. The county where Jie died is still called Jiexiu (介休, literally "the place Jie rests forever").

Today, I went to drive in Monument Valley. We almost bumped our butts off. We made our own monument. We went in Monticello to go tothe restroom. It was a science lab. I copied a wolf on a computer. I also used handles to control tarish liquid that has iron in it. I also also did was control a ball. Last, I made a rose for mom and much more. Today is a supertastic day!

Today, I hiked on a trail in Arches national Park. It was the longest trail I ever hiked on. It was a rocky and dangerous mountain. I was extra exhausted. When I was at the top, WOW! It was an arch called Delicate Arch. It looks like Athena looking over everybody’s eyes to see if they are obeying rules. How can a loose little arch stand so high. So today was a miracle.

A visit to the zoo.I went to the zoo with my friends last Sunday. It was

hot and sunny that day. It took us about two hours to get there by bus. There

were thousands of people in the zoo. We saw lots of animals, such as, pandas,

kangaroos, polar bears, gifaffes, elephants, tigers, wolves, snakes and so on.

We also saw the elephant show. The elephants were so clever that they could do

步入新的学校，开始了新的学年，每个刚刚升入高中的学生都要站在同一条起跑线上，继续在学习这条充满荆棘的跑道上再接再厉，攻克没一个难关。而军训，就是我们所要面临的第一个难关，我们所要砍掉的第一条荆棘。辛苦的军训，对于一直生活在父母的羽翼下的我来说就是一种挑战——一种自我挑战。

给我们军训的教官皮肤很黑，不算胖，看上去很粗犷，很有当兵的味道。从我们和他的谈话中，我得知这位教官应该是蒙古族豪迈的汉子一名。可能是因为班上都是女同学吧，军训的六天以来，教官从未骂过哪个学生，更未曾动过手。还总是让我们休息，休息时，又会和我们打成了一片。同学们私底下都说，这是一位很仁慈的教官。这是我第一次与军人接触，这与我想象中冷酷的军人形象大相径庭。

军训一开始，同学们个个神采飞扬，对军训充满了好奇。可是第二天，第三天，第四天，渐渐的，有的同学开始发牢骚，还是喊累，开始想家。我想，也许我们平时的生活太舒适，太顺畅，几乎是衣来张口，饭来伸手，又怎么能忍受这军训的苦累呢?但正因如此，我们才必须参加军训，提高我们自身的素质，才能更好的适应需要自立的高中生活啊。

豆大的汗珠随着发迹滴落，还有的直接流进了我的嘴里，轻轻的抿一下，好咸!教官的指令还不停的在耳边响起，立正，向左转，齐步走，每一步迈出的都是那么艰难。好不容易结束了一天的训练，还没来得及休息，便有迎来了一个难关——整理内务。我并不是一个自立的学生，被子好像故意和我作对，怎么也叠不出棱角来。只好一遍一遍的练习。第二天早晨教官们检查内务的时候，我的心一直砰砰跳个不停，生怕教官生气骂我，把我的被扔掉。但好在教官并不是那么严厉的。

高一军训固然辛苦，但也很有趣味。晚上，教官组织我们席地而坐，教我们唱军歌——打靶归来。这首歌我已经听过无数遍了，从前并不喜欢这首歌，但是那天晚上，听着教官唱起，全校的同学大声的唱起，嘹亮的歌声冲击着我的耳膜，突然觉的这首歌好动听，好想学会。军训过程中还看了场电影——盛世大阅兵，突然又觉得军训的日子，并没有那么难熬。

而现在，为期六天的军训圆满结束了。回想起那六天的时光，突然间有了很多感慨。“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香出苦寒来”是军训的体会。“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东南西北风”是军训的结果。军训的感悟是需要用心去体会的，它教会了我们对别人的关爱，它加深了我们理解保卫祖国的责任，它告诉了我们面对困难应有的态度。

高一军训的日子，曾经欢笑，曾经流泪，曾经激动，曾经难过。但不管是哪一种心情，至少我们不再是温室里娇滴滴的花朵，而是马路边经历过风雨的野花，越发坚强，越发清香。

today is national day.we have no classes. in the morning,i went to the people‘s park with my mother.we had a good time. in the afternoon,i helped my parents to cook supper.i had a busy day today.

today is national day,but i don’t feel any happy at all,just no reson. last night i download the english paper till 3am,sometime i want to give up.but in order to accomplish my dream.i can handle it.

today is national day on oct,1 xx,weiqun have 2 days as holiday,i just made a call to home but she still didn‘‘t get home,i asked mother to try to call her to confirm her position right now in order to be convenient for taking fetch by my father in 6-cross roadmouth. new house has been finished nearly. dad decided to resume working in houzai glass factory just for rmb350 monthly even actually i don‘‘t want him to work back. there are 7 days holiday i will take for chinese national day. but maybe i need on duty every day. linyunbin will come back to dongguan today.

Books As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and

many other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds and

strengthen our character. In other words, they are our good teachers and wise

friends. This is the reason why our parents always encourage us to read more

books. Reading is a good thing, but we must pay GREat attention to the choice of

books. It is true that we can derive benefits from good books. However, bad

books will do us more harm than good.

In the black sky, I saw that a few stars were like shy girls, looking down

at the land. Among the stars, the moon was there. On her round face, there was a

mild smile. The pure moonlight covered the land with a silver gray silk skirt.

It landed on my bed quietly.

今天我到下面院子里玩的时候，看见天上的云很像棉花糖，我就想飞上天吃云，可我没有飞行器，飞不了啊，飞机也不行，主要是我不知道云会不会一站在上面就掉到地上?我要登天是不太可能的。长大以后我要当科学家，做一艘火箭飞上天，去试一下云朵是什么味道。

Today, when I went to play in the yard below, I saw that the clouds in the

sky were like marshmallows. I wanted to fly to the sky and eat the clouds. But I

didnt have an aircraft. I couldnt fly. I couldnt fly either. I didnt know if

the cloud would fall to the ground as soon as I stood on it. Its impossible for

me to go to the sky. When I grow up, I want to be a scientist. I want to be a

rocket and fly to the sky. I want to try the taste of

clouds.

Winter holiday is comming .In this holiday ,I want to finish my English

,math ,Chinese homework before Spring Festival .Because I have lots of things to

deal with after Spring Festival .For example I need to visit my aunt ,uncle

,grandpa and grandma at February 4th. Finally ,my homework and clothes should be

concentrated because after a few days I will go to school .I think a good

beginning is a half ending .So ,I will treasure every minute to spend my winter

holiday .
