今天是军训的第一天，早上我便十分兴奋地来到学校，准备迎接较为艰苦的一天。

六点整，我们已经“全副武装”来到了操场，开始了军姿的训练，大家都十分投入，转眼间，一个小时的基础姿势训练结束了，大家有序地来到食堂就餐。

many bikes have been broken and some are even put in the main road, which brings

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

今天新来了俩个同事，都是漳州师院的。她们都比我一个大二，一个大三，但是她们看起来挺干练的，一问才知道她们从大一起就在周末兼职了，因为家里经济压力比较大的原因她们从大一起就自己解决生活费了，一个女生告诉我大一的时候她每个周末会骑两个小时的自行车到一个小学生家里当家教，上课的时间也是两小时来来回回的感觉一天都在忙碌虽然钱不多一个小时20元但是很充实。她面带微笑的给我描述那些但是还是想我想到了很多，想想在大学的时候有多少学生在学校攀比挥霍，他们可曾想过穷人家的孩子为了区区40元要如何去努力呢。包括今天新来的两个同事，住在一起的老师一共9个，有教数学，化学，物理和英语的。虽然中学的时候我的物理还是不错的，但是我还是选择了自己的专业英语。学友负责人是个挺帅的男老师，他姓卓他自己是教化学的是化学组的组长。他给每个老师分配了一下各自的教学任务额课件。我是英语教研组的组长助理也许是因为我是大四的学生吧就把这个职位分配给我了，不知道能不能做得很好但是我会尽力的，既然来了就要做好。她还给老师没人发了两套工作服和工作牌挺职业的感觉。整理好自己的东西我就进了房间，还好有空调不热，美美地睡一觉明天好好工作。相信自己能行的。

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

实习日志五

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢？唉下午要去请教高人了。

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

I live with my father and mother in a very big house in dongguan. my parents are both very busy. they leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

When i am home on weekends from school, we spend a lot of time together. we talk about my studies, my health and my school life. i love my parents very much.

important in winter holiday that would occupy much time to celebrate it.

Therefore, I finished my homework first, so that it won’t bother my enjoyment

during the festival. I finished my home work in one week. And I went shopping

it was the Spring Festival. We had a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. My

August 12,2012 Friday Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will feel happy and become better. 今天是军训的第一天，早上7点半，我们在操场站好队，等待着教官。心里有一丝恐惧，对教官的严格，对军训的劳累，还有对生活的单调。有一点很奇怪，与高中不同，大学军训时男女是分开的，看着我们一营二连的女生，真是慨叹经济院系美女多啊。

刚开始，当然是可恶的站军姿，而且它还要陪伴我们一直到阅兵结束……想想都心寒啊。我果然“不负众望”，在快到中午时，终于感到头有些晕晕的了。起初是有些恶心，接着是两眼发黑，然后头就开始眩晕，整个身体失去平衡……要不是旁边的人扶住我，现在我可能因为脸部着地而毁容了，后果不堪设想啊～本以为坚持就会挺过去，可是当整个身体向前倾的时候，我发现，有些事情不是靠意志就能控制住的。

无聊的上午好慢，时间像蜗牛爬，毒辣的太阳却不肯休息，炙烤着可怜的我们，感觉自己都快冒烟了，加点盐就能吃了……

delicious. It is good to have a big meal. I think nobody will not interest in

delicious food. The mooncake is a necessary decoration for mid-autumn day. It

the glorious full moon with mooncake!

军训的生活是辛苦的，我和同学们顶着酷热的骄阳，在操场上反复操练着那几个基本动作，挥汗如雨;不但辛苦，甚至有些乏味。虽说辛苦，我却学会了苦中作乐，与新认识的朋友们在有限的休息时间里相互间谈天说笑，获得了无限乐趣，这减轻了不少训练带来的疲惫。虽说乏味，却让我深刻地理解了军人们在“国庆大阅兵”时那整齐化一的步伐，震撼天地的气势就是通过平日勤训苦练这些“乏味”的动作而得来的;勤训苦练，反复练习，才能出成绩，这正是“台上一分钟，台下十年功”。

军训不仅磨练了我的体能，更锻炼了我的独立能力。第一次离开家人，离开舒适的家，进入集体开始宿舍生活，开始了“自力更生”的生活。“自己的事情自己做”这句从小妈妈教导我的话，在这次军训中才得以全面实施。虽说有些习惯，有些不适应，但我有了“独立能力”这笔财富作为补偿;这能力将帮助我更健康地成长。

七天的军训结束了，我们以优异的军训成果展示回报了和蔼可亲、关爱我们的教官。当汽车载着我们的教官远去的时候，我们的眼里噙满了泪水，那是一种美好的回忆，那是一种深深的思念，那也是一种无限的期盼，我们不会辜负教官、老师对我们的谆谆教诲，美好的明天是属于我们的!

I went to see a film in the cinema this evening. It was called Kong Fu

Panda. I love this film. It is funny but I also learned something from the film.

We should not give up things easily. We should have a good plan and make up our

mind to make our dream come true.

今天晚上我去电影院看了电影。影片教《工夫熊猫》。我爱好这部电影。很有趣可我也学到了一些东西。我们不应该轻易废弃。我们应该做个好规划，下定决心，实现梦想。
