1、格式：

一般是在左上角记上当天日期，星期，时间的排列法与书信一致，星期写在日期之后；右上角写上当天的天气情况，表示天气情况的词一般是形容词，如：fine（晴朗的），cold（寒冷的），snowy（下雪），sunny（阳光充足的），rainy（下雨的），cloudy（阴天的）等。日记的小标题写在下一行，也可省略不写。

2、时态：

写日记的时间一般是在下午、晚上，有时也可以在第二天补写，因此，日记中所记述的事情通常发生在过去，常用一般过去时；但当记述天气、描写景色或展望未来时，可以用一般现在时或一般将来时。

写法大致和写汉语日记相同，都是在正文之前有日期、星期几及当天的天气情况。注意内容表达要清楚连贯、准确。

My new years resolution is very easy, only three piece of advice. At first, I want to get good grade. Next,I have studied hard as my math is not good,so I have practiced everyday. The lesson startedn today. After the long and becaemeour boring opening ceremony, we saw our chinese teacher. She let us each ask her a queation, but it has to be specific and not too private, during the process, she said she is 30 years old and has a 5-month old daughter. We saw 204 national delegations march into the beautiful new National Stadium in the age-old tradition of the Games. Millions of people around the world were able to experience the thrill of seeing their heroes in a sea of team colours and national flags.

We witnessed athletes from these 204 countries and territories united in peace in one place. And for the next 16 days, they will be a part of one of the most thrilling competitions in history. As an Olympian, I can tell you that they will carry this memory with them forever.

This iconic stadium is one of the worlds new wonders. It was a fitting setting for an amazing Opening Ceremony, I look forward to an equally exciting and unforgettable 16 days.

今天早上我们一早起来就唱了学友教育的主题歌《我相信》感觉充满了斗志，接着我们看了一集《赢在中国》感受颇深，这是在学校的时候从来没有去关注过的东西。下午我们沿街发学友教育的传单，要每个店面一家一家的发过去每人发300张，发的过程中你要去给每家店主介绍学友教育，还要收集20条建议，发传单不难一家一家的介绍过去才是最难的。因为以前很少主动和陌生人说话现在一说还要说那么多，刚开始进到店里的时候还好店主没有对我表示反感，耐心地听我介绍了学友教育可能是因为他也有小孩在中学读书吧。聊着聊着的时候店主还给我倒了杯水。进入下一家店的时候是一家服装店，里面很都客人我给店主和客人都发了传单，但是店主好像不欢迎我的样子，说她们不需要这些，我突然意识到可能是我影响了人家的生意了换位思考要是我是店主我也不希望我在做生意的时候被别人影响的。接着我就学聪明了看到店里没人的时候我才进去。和店主们谈了很多他们也给了我们很多很好的建议，比如暑假期间能不能解决孩子食宿问题啊，小班教学人数能不能再少点这样老师就能顾及班上每一个同学了等等。我都记录好了回去可以总结下反馈给负责人。300份总算发完了，好像完成了个巨大的工程。晚上老总请我们吃了海鲜大餐还不错哦。

MondaySeptember1,20__weather：__

This is my day. Im very busy, but very happy. I got up at 6:45. I had

breakfast at 7:10 with my parents. I said “Good morning!” to my parents. My

parents smiled. I went to school at 7:30. I said “Hello! Good morning!” to my

friends. I had English class at 8:40.At noon, I had lunch. In the evening, I had

dinner at 6:30. I did my homework at 7:00. I went to bed at 10:00.This is my

day!

Ah! Its a warm spring! On the nice day, I, Linda and Sally go the MeiYuan

Park, have a picnic together. I must go the supermarket in advance, buy some

sock and coke.

It’s all right! We must on foot go park. We are starting the school. First,

过年喽!过年喽!家家户户都忙着贴春联，放鞭炮，好不热闹!

我家也不例外，爸爸忙着贴春联。你瞧，上联是春安夏太，下联是秋吉冬祥。忽然我看见爸爸把福贴倒了，我忙喊：“福倒啦，福倒啦。”我这才恍然大悟，原先福倒了就是福到了的谐音啊!!!

吃完年夜饭，我们心满意足的离看饭桌。来到了院子，就看见夜空被好多烟花划破，真是比星星还亮啊!爸爸也搬出了花炮和许多的烟花，爸爸顺手拿起了一个窜天猴，嘭，啪，说时迟，那是快，窜天猴直奔夜空，顿时变成了一朵美丽的烟花，飘向了银河……我也手痒的拿了一个小闪光棒，不停的摇转，散出了无数的小星星……突然一个烟花哑了，过了1，2分钟还没炸，爸爸不耐烦了，拿起竹杆就捅，可竹杆刚碰到花炮，就突然炸了，爸爸的眼镜吓得滑了下来，我看到爸爸这样貌，笑得人仰马翻。同时，我也记住：笑归笑，乐归乐，但要记住安全。

放完鞭炮该爬门了，听说这样会长高，我每年都爬门。炮放过了，门也爬了，该拿红包了，爷爷给了我一个红包，神秘的对我说：“必须要放在枕头下哦，这样能够给你带来好运!”

Mid-autumn day is a special festival in China, which is one of the

traditional Chinese festivals. Itfalls on the 15th day of august lunar month

every year. Our Chinese will celebrate it on that day. I think there are not too

many people can reject he temptation of it. I like this festival very much. I

have two reasons.

First of all, mid-autumn has the deep meaning of reunite. In china, people

regard mid-autumn day as very important, so no matter where they are, they will

come back to their family if there is a chance. They don’t like celebrate this

festival outside, which will make them feel lonely. Thus, they will go home by

all means. Luckily, the government also pays great attention to this traditional

festival. There are laws to make sure people have holidays in that special day.

In the other word, mid-autumn festival gives a chance for family get

together.

Secondly, every family will prepare a big meal in that day. All the food is

delicious. It is good to have a big meal. I think nobody will not interest in

delicious food. The mooncake is a necessary decoration for mid-autumn day. It

tastes good, too. It is the traditional for a long time. How pleased to enjoy

the glorious full moon with mooncake!

This is why I love mid-autumn festival so much. It is funny and happy

昨天有这样一群同学，他们吃苦耐劳，他们坚持到底!他们就是：高一(1)班的z，虽然他的腿受了伤伤口还没有痊愈，他仍然坚持不懈，出色地完成每一个动作;z和z，他们认真负责，认真细心地开展班级工作;高一(2)班的`z，尽管不能日晒但自己仍然坚持军训;z和z带领同学们唱校歌，在z晕倒时周围的同学无私地给予他帮助;高一(3)班的z一直主动地帮同学们端水，毫无怨言;z从军训开始到当天训练结束都表现得很规范，坚持不懈;z负责协助班级的管理，事无巨细，任劳任怨;高一(4)班的z和z，强烈要求参加拔河比赛，热情很高;z和z身体不适仍坚持训练，永不言败。

在这几天的军训中，我们学习了站军姿、稍息、立正、跨立、四面转法、蹲下、齐步和跑步，每一项动作都练了好久，因为不仅要求了个人动作的标准，还要求团队动作整齐一致，我觉得这是最难的，因为每个人都是不同的，就算可以通过训练提高默契，但那也需要长久时间的磨合，在短短的五天内，我们又怎能做到?但事实证明大家都做到了，虽然并不完美，但已经足够了。

我们不仅在这次军训中收获了友谊，而且在会操比赛中获得了第二名，正如我们曾教官所说，并不要求完美，考的是我们的团队意识是我们对他人的适应与团结，只要做到这一点，就OK了。

在军训中，我接触了在自己印象中有一层威严“面纱”的教官，同时我也惊喜的发现，教官也有和蔼可亲的一面。我们的教官充满朝气，又不失军人的威风，他以严格的要求和亲切的态度带领着我们跨越一个又一个障碍。没有传说中有“冷酷”只有满腔热情，教官以他的人格魅力和辛勤的工作将我们管理的规规矩矩，我毫不怀疑我们将与教官成为真诚的朋友。

那一排排的队伍犹如大树一般的伫立在草坪上，那一声声口令响亮的回荡在每一个芊芊学子当中，口令变了，队形也变了，这就是军训，一种考验与磨练，一次有组织性的活动。

军训让我们每一个人都成长了很多，感悟了很多，我相信在以后的日子里它都教会我面对困难和挫折都要坚持下去。
