Finally, the pressure put on high school students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally. i do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork. i do think, however, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to students and to the society as a whole.

为了今天的这一堂课，虽说只是一个小学、一位老师，一堂简简单单的随堂课。但对我来说，却是最初的尝试，意义非同小可。所以我还是花费了很多的心血和精力，精心地准备了一番。

在准备的过程中，我体会到了教案设计的艰辛，课件制作的不易。但更重要的环节还在后面，那便是真正的课堂教学过程的组织。

对于今天的课堂，我进行了一定的自我反思。首先是课堂有时显得过于拘谨，以致于我出现了频繁的小动作。

其次，板书设计不够科学合理，重难点体现得不够分明、有层次。

再者，课堂用语不够简洁明了。没能针对四年级小学生们现有的英语水平进行相应的交流。

最后，就是发音问题，由于紧张出现了一定的发音问题，这也是基本功不够扎实的体现。

这些问题，只是一些小细节的问题。至于更为深刻一点的问题，比如：课堂设计、师生沟通等等这些理论化的问题，我也没能思考出什么学术性结果，便不想赘述了。这些问题的解决，还需要我更多实践性的结果。

总之，先由浅入深，今后要先对这些细节性小问题多加注意并改善才是。

军训只有短短七天，不过两位教官为我们的付出历历在目。拉歌时的欢笑，队列不整时的苦笑，都让我印象深刻。军训表彰大会结束后，同学们纷纷与教官合影，把教官的身影留在一张张照片上。

提及军训，不禁让人想到燥热的天气、厚厚的军训服以及教官们严肃的面孔。我点担心教官对我们的要求会不会太严格?吃不消怎么办?军训第一天我的疑虑就解开了。那天，天气一如既往地炎热，虽然是早晨，却能感应到太阳光带来的强烈照射。教官对我们严格要求的同时又很体贴，在训练一段时间后看我们有点体力不支了，便把我们带到了一处阴凉的地方，让我们免遭太阳的“毒害”。如此心思缜密的教官，这样一个小小的举动让他在我心中的形象又上升了一个台阶。不仅如此，当发现班上有人脸色不对了，他便叫他们去一边休息，同时叮嘱我们一定要多喝水。在休息之余，教官很随和，他会坐到我们中间和我们攀谈，说他的`人生经历说他在部队的故事。当我们听说他是94年出生的时候我们都惊呆了，完全没想到他居然和我们差不多大。他说，他曾经不听话顶撞老师，现在想来很后悔，还告诫我们要珍惜现在的大学生活，要尊敬师长，多读书。在我们看来，他不仅是一个严厉的教官，还是一个善良体贴的大哥哥。

苦是我最感到累的了，你若问我为什么，请让我慢慢道来，我轻轻地告诉你，这是我最头大的了。好了，我就不卖关子了，其实，就是拖地啦，有人说了，拖地有什么难的。这你就不知道了，拖地对于大个子来讲是易如反掌，但对于我这个柔弱的小女孩，那可是难上加难哪!“那么重的拖把，我一个弱小的女孩儿，您忍心吗?”我可怜兮兮地说。谁知，老妈并不让步。我只好无奈地拿起拖布费力地拖起来。因为我平时不爱劳动，经验不足，一不小心，脏水溅了我一身。我只好求助于妈妈，妈妈告诉我了拖地的技巧，我才好不容易拖完了，累得我满头大汗，我容易吗我?

你说这活累不累，苦不苦?

好在酸苦过后，还有甜呢。看着被刷得干干净净的碗筷，拖得干干净净的地板，我的心里乐开了花，心里比吃了蜜还甜。我明白了：只有用酸和苦才能换来别人体会不到的甜。我也深深体会到了妈妈的辛苦。从此以后，我一定要尽我所能去帮妈妈做家务，当妈妈的贴心小助手。

我的寒假过得充实而满足，酸、甜、苦便是我寒假的代名!

It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my homework and cleaned my room. I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon. Then I played table tennis with my friends. In the evening I watched TV and read a book. I really had a busy and interesting day.

I always care so much about the food I eat, because my stomach is a little

week, so I can’t eat the junk food all the time. The healthy food makes me keep

fit so I eat it. Vegetable is very important, we should eat it every meal. The

fruit contains a lot of vitamins, it is in need. The fish is best for me.

九月三日，军训的第一天。

今天，比较早的就起床了，整理了一番，穿上军装——迷彩服，开始上现场。

首先，还是全部学生去开了军训动员大会，全校四千多名学生齐聚在图书馆门前广场，让我们见证了开营仪式。这也是一次动员大会，激励我们这些学生能在军训中取得圆满成功!

大会过后，就有各排的教官领我们去场地训练了，我们二营二连三排，被带到了恩泽碑那里，以后就是我们的训练场地了。这可真不是个好位置，太阳整天晒到，又没有个阴凉处，真是不爽，没办法，我们只能屈服，这是命令啊!

来到恩泽碑，我们就算真正的开始军训了!教官先让我们排成四列，整理队伍后，又和我们说了一系列的规则和要求。虽然以前也参加过军训，不过我觉得那些教官没这些要求的，现在这教官有自己的规矩，我们当然要服从!他一次没说清楚，声音又不怎么高，而且方言音超严重，所以就让他讲了好几次，真是有点为难他了。然后，就开始了最基本的训练，一些曾经都训练过的项目，像是：立正、稍息、向左、右、后转，训练的时候我们经常会失笑，让教官寻到说我们的理由。

开始在恩泽碑的时候，还没有阳光照到，后来有太阳来了我们就转到了另一个阴凉阵地，在通道上，我们又进行了一段训练。

训练好，休息的时候，就有同学上去唱歌跳舞了。本来想让教官来一首的，他用了没歌词推辞了，没办法，不想唱也别勉强了。在他的一声“解散”中，半天的军训就结束了!

下午可让我们轻松了一会儿，“内务整理”，在寝室待着。午睡过后，就等着教官来示范寝室指导。

终于，在三点半的时候，他来了!来到示范寝室，他就开始指指点点，教我们如何摆放。他的要求可真高，哪些哪些要靠着什么整齐，什么要与边沿齐平，该放哪里都说得很详细，让我们不知所措，不知从何处开始整理。

我们竟然看着教官做一件，也回到寝室整理一件，东西太多也没有办法。他在那个示范寝室磨蹭了很久，我们也跟着做了很久很久。我们寝室还算是整齐干净的勒，用了稍微少的时间就完成了，不过等整理好就到了吃晚饭的时间，晚上还要接着训呢!

晚上6:20分，我们又齐聚在了恩泽碑，痴痴等待我们的考验。

一群教官踏着整齐的步伐过来了，我们的教官也来了!接下来的就是训练了……

他竟然来了个狠的——站军姿，就站在那里一动也不能动。

幸好是在晚上了，也吹来一点凉爽的风，让炎热的天气少许清凉，不过地上不断发出的热气还是让我们的汗不停的往外流。在站军姿的同时，他又不停的教育，真不愧是个好教官。

晚上，我们复习了白天所学的动作，又教了两个新动作：原地踏步和起步走。在这黑灯瞎火的地方，看也看不清楚，所以比较早的就席地休息了。

在这休息期间，我们也只能唱唱歌打发这段时间。教官还是不唱，待同学们唱了几首之后，他不得不说拿出杀手翦，一个歌名出现在我们的耳朵里——《军号嘹亮》，不过他的n、l不分音，让我们产生了误解。这也就算了，他竟然只唱了一句半就算结束了。他说记不住歌词，也真有他的啊!

时间有时在漫长的站军姿中度过，也有时在短暂的欢声笑语中度过。

就这样，军训第一天就算彻底结束了，迎来第二天吧!坚持，加油!
