今天是军训的第五天，也是“七七事变”的第78个纪念日，我们用训练向中国人民解放军致敬，铭记国耻。

晚上结束训练后，我拖着酸痛而疲惫的身子一步一步走回宿舍，是的，我真的觉得很累了，罚的俯卧撑还有双手抱头都让我的手脚面临沉重的考验，我觉得训练真的很辛苦，洗完澡后后重重地倒在床上，下半身练了一天的正步根本已经使不上力，动一下都有说不出的难受。可是连我都惊讶，尽管累，尽管被罚得委屈，但直到今天，我依然没有倒下;站在方阵的队伍里。刚刚很拿手的那一瞬间我的脑海里闪过那么一个念头，何苦呢，明明可以逃避。然而一直以来，我都选择了再坚持一下，不做怎么就知道不行了呢。

面对同一件事有甚多解决方案，积极的也好，消极的也好。我很庆幸在艰苦的训练里选择了坚持下午，其实站军姿也好，踢正步也好，俯卧撑也好，我都动过倒下了不行了的念头。并不是太阳不够猛、要求不够严，而是不给这个吃不了苦的自己一点希望，以后不知道我会变得怎么样，所以要赶紧告诉自己你明明可以。

五天里，我有一个很大的收获：累不怕累，训练哪有不累的，坚持的艰难的时候，我总会想起军营的士兵正在接受比我们强度大百倍的训练，这并不算什么，再坚持一下就好了。把什么都咽下去，双手撑在地上手痛也咬紧牙关，挺住就什么都会过去。

太累了早点睡，明天也会继续坚持。累，也不会怕累，因为辛苦和身体的劳累无法扑灭心中的热忱，再多的汗也浇不灭心底的那团火，越训越带劲。

过年喽!过年喽!家家户户都忙着贴春联，放鞭炮，好不热闹!

我家也不例外，爸爸忙着贴春联。你瞧，上联是春安夏太，下联是秋吉冬祥。忽然我看见爸爸把福贴倒了，我忙喊：“福倒啦，福倒啦。”我这才恍然大悟，原先福倒了就是福到了的谐音啊!!!

贴完了春联，该吃年夜饭了，我坐在饭桌旁，看着这些美味家肴，垂涎三尺。最后开饭了，我狼吞虎咽，好不费力气就把一碗饭消灭了，大家看着我这狼狈样，哈哈大笑。该敬酒了，我端起酒杯对爷爷说“祝您福如东海长流水。”之后我又祝奶奶寿比南山不老松。然后我学着大人的样貌，喝一口，咂砸嘴，好酒好酒。爷爷笑呵呵地说：“我们的小乖孙子长大了，会用对联了。”奶奶脸上笑得乐开了花，说：“祝我们的小孙子学习进步，天天向上。”

吃完年夜饭，我们心满意足的离看饭桌。来到了院子，就看见夜空被好多烟花划破，真是比星星还亮啊!爸爸也搬出了花炮和许多的烟花，爸爸顺手拿起了一个窜天猴，嘭，啪，说时迟，那是快，窜天猴直奔夜空，顿时变成了一朵美丽的烟花，飘向了银河……我也手痒的拿了一个小闪光棒，不停的摇转，散出了无数的小星星……突然一个烟花哑了，过了1，2分钟还没炸，爸爸不耐烦了，拿起竹杆就捅，可竹杆刚碰到花炮，就突然炸了，爸爸的眼镜吓得滑了下来，我看到爸爸这样貌，笑得人仰马翻。同时，我也记住：笑归笑，乐归乐，但要记住安全。

放完鞭炮该爬门了，听说这样会长高，我每年都爬门。炮放过了，门也爬了，该拿红包了，爷爷给了我一个红包，神秘的对我说：“必须要放在枕头下哦，这样能够给你带来好运!”

该回家了，我和爷爷奶奶一一告别。一路的烟花照亮了我们回家的路……

Trees are very useful to people. They provide us with wood and other

products. They give us shade and they help to prevent drought and floods.

Unfortunately， in many parts of our country， people havent realized the

importance of trees. They cut them down at will. They are usually too lazy or

too careless to plant and look after new trees. As a result， the forests

continue to disappear.

Where there are no trees the rain falls on the surface， causing floods， and

carries away with the rich topsoil， in which crops grow so well. When all the

topsoil is gone， nothing remains but worthless deserted.

这是书中最让我感动的一幕：十二月里天气越来越冷，楼道里也很冷，但是我每天都把板凳从自习室里搬出来，坐在楼道的走廊里，把电脑架腿上，一边计时连口语题，一边给自己录音。说一道录一道，录完以后认真听，不满意了就重录，每道题都是录到自己完全满意的地步才继续下一题。当时我一直在矫正牙齿，满嘴上下都戴着布满细铁丝的牙套。由于练口语的缘故，嘴唇和舌头总是被无数次划破，一被冷风吹就特别疼，吃饭的时候也很困难，经常饿肚子。

2.28星期二晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3星期五小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。、

小学英语实习日记二

在小学实习的每一天都是充满意义与欢乐的，每一天每一名学生都能给我带来新的体验与感悟，我看到他们在成长，在变成一个越来越懂事的大孩子。放学后的路上，甚至不知不觉走过了头儿，又折了回去。回到寝室，我激动的心情溢于言表!但总感觉无论我用多么感人肺腑的话语，都无法比拟这一天在学校度过的令我感动的、难忘的点点滴滴!

充实的一天

今天是忙碌的，整整一个上午，都是在不断的听写英语、督促同学们学习中度过的，下课了，我就立刻找那些英语单词背不好的孩子听写，课上，便马不停蹄的批作业，并且时刻盯着宇，让她学习。我是喜欢和她一起学习的，感觉她是有那种学习的热情的，可以给我以感染力，又让我充满动力与激情。她也是听话的，只是稍微不仔细了一些，慢慢改正，应该是可以的。

让优秀坚持下去

中午批数学卷时，我分配给了几名学生，他们都欣然接受了，只有艾不想批，我对她说：“你不是答应老师可以做值日班长吗?为什么又不要做了?优秀是需要坚持的，今天优秀，明天就不了那算不上优秀。”艾似乎觉得有道理，便争着要批卷了。在我看来，艾是个心灵手巧、善于观察的小姑娘，只是有时候不太注意自己是在一个集体中，总做一些特立独行的事情，但这些并不影响她成为一个优秀的人，如果她能把这份优秀一直坚持下去，那真的是不可估量啊!

肩负一份责任

今天，我考了很多同学英语单词，并且让她们的同桌考他们第二轮、第三轮，直到全对为止，其中就有一直很愿意帮助同学的卓，她真是个温文尔雅的好姑娘。还有一个就是让我刮目相看的达，我一直认为学习好的同学只会学习，不会帮助别人，但这一观点，将从今天起转变。我让达督促他的同桌然背单词，达尽职尽责，不仅监督然学习，还一字一句的教他。中午，我见然回到教室开始学习，虽说是在补之前欠的债，但我还是很欣喜的，不多久，达也回来了，是回来帮助然的，着实让我很受感动。在达身上，我看到了一份对同学无私奉献的爱和他那弱小的肩上支起的坚定的责任!相比之下，辛，你要加油了!今天就你没有考呀，至少该对自己负责吧，期待可以看到你主动来找我听写哦!

把机会让给他

下午上了一节令人震撼的语文公开课，不仅因为老师和同学们精彩的配合，更是因为那个多次发言的禹(同学们说他“外刚内萌”，感觉很有趣)。在这节课快要下课时，老师再次点到了他，但他并没有急于回答，而是说：“老师，我把这个机会让给我的同桌，因为他也总举手，可是一次机会也没有得到。”顿时，听课的老师们被禹的回答说笑了，包括安老师也包括我，这个笑绝对不是嘲笑，也不是搞笑，而是一种欣慰的笑，一种赞赏的笑。在大家都急于表现自己的时候，禹的这种友情、这种谦让，让所有人为他竖起大拇指，又怎能不令我感动呢?

you can look up the bound volume or index for the articles relative to the

subject, on which you are going to write thesis. If the library doesnt

subscribe to the magazine which carries the article you want, you can borrow the

magazine from other libraries by means of interlibrary loan service.

Dont forget to show your library card or I.D. card to the librarian before

you go into the reading room, where you can read magazines or newspapers. If you

find a good article and want to keep it, you can have it duplicated in the xerox

room. Besides, if you want to watch films or slides, you can ask the

projectionist to play the videotape for you in the audio visual room, where you

can also listen to language tapes and music tapes.
