教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比：选择多样化的教学形式，学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃，但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《Atasnack》这一课，由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式，课堂氛围应该总体不错，但至于整堂课的教学效果，我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑：一节课传授的是知识，教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已，该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢？

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

总之，万事都需要钻研。有付出，才会有回报。

军训从九月一号就开始了，昨天才结束。军训的安排太紧了，想静下心好好写一篇日记都难。

早上5：50之前我们就要集合完毕。再加上我们还要叠被子、穿衣、刷牙、洗脸，实际上我。：30就要起床，那是天还没亮，给你的感觉就像半夜起床一样。

早上训练一个小时，6：50解散7：50就要再次集合，接着训练四个小时。1：50解散后，我们去吃午饭然后回到宿舍小睡一下，下午1：50集合5：50解散。6：50又要集合训练，训练到8：50结束，一天就这样结束了。

第一天早上，我们刚要训练时天空突然下起了淅淅沥沥的小雨，我们刚庆幸了没多久雨竟然停了。于是我们只得赶快下楼训练。因为刚开始训练时谁和周围的同学都不熟悉所以经常有人找不到自己在队伍中的位置。不过在接下来的日子里我们对周围同学逐渐熟悉后，有人站错位置的情况越来越少了。

军训的前几天里我们确实挺累的。从最初的练习向左转、向右转、向后转到齐步走、踢正步，虽然大多数人都是认。

学习努力做到最好，但队伍中总有一个害群之马。踢正步时只要有一个人踢错所有人都要被罚做俯卧撑，而且一做就是几十个，往往到最后我们大多数人都趴到地上撑不起来了。刚开始我挺反感这种惩罚方法的，这跟封建时代的酷刑中一人犯重罪九族被牵连有什么不同?不过接下来的几天里我也逐渐明白了：我们需要的是集体主义精神，只有团结才能凝聚一个有力量的集体。

军训中我觉得最苦的莫过于站军姿了。在烈日照射下，要我们保持军姿长久不动地站立确实是一件很痛苦的事。当汗从脸颊上流淌下来，既而流到脖子上时，那感觉就像一只毛毛虫在脸和脖子上缓缓地蠕动，弄得脸和脖子奇痒无比，可是却不能抬手去擦，否则被教官发现又要被罚做俯卧撑。

更令人无法忍受的是因为长久站立不动的缘故脚板会非常痛，想要稍微活动一下脚却又怕被教官发现。而且站立的时间久了还容易头晕。第一天站军姿时就有同学头晕差点摔倒，教官赶紧让周围同学把他扶到队伍旁边休息。

踢正步时因为场地灰尘太多，我们都被呛得一阵阵地咳嗽，可是没有教官的准许谁也不敢乱动。

军训空当的休息时间应该是我们最轻松的时刻了。这时我们可以坐下来自由地谈笑，或是去附近的商店买饮料来喝。此时累得筋疲力竭的我们也顾不得地上脏不脏了。所以从地上站起来时我们的裤子上往往会沾上很多灰尘，用手拍掉后又会掀起一阵烟雾。

吃过晚饭集合后，我们在原地坐下听教官教我们唱军歌。说实话军歌挺难学的，因为我们学的大部分军歌的曲调太难听了，正不知道都是什么人作的曲。

每当学军歌我们的教官就不像白天训练时那么严厉了，总是笑呵呵的。就连明亮的眼眸中也满是盈盈的笑意，与白天时俨然恶鬼附身的形象简直判若两人。我们的教官是一个和我们年龄相仿的阳光男孩，我们还有一名教官，说话很幽默。最有意思的是他的声音很像蜡笔小新，每每说话时总逗得我想笑。

五号上午，我们由训练时的小场地换到了阅兵式的大场地。在连续四小时的训练中，我们几乎没有休息过，更加火上浇油的是阳光异常毒辣，渴极了的我们却连买水喝的时间都没有。

回到寝室，难受极了的我给小海发短信说我实在支持不住了。

之后的几天也是如此，在休息间歇有很多同学甚至掏出了手机听歌、上网，还有很多同学和周围已经熟识的人开心地聊起了天。

接下来的几天过得飞快。转眼到了九号下午，阅兵式开始了。因为近几天我们一直都在彩排，所以对于即将上场我们也丝毫不紧张。上场后我们一个个抬头挺胸、昂首阔步，脚步整齐划一，从整体上看效果非常好。

接下来打军体拳的方队也进入了场地，整齐划一的出拳，响亮一致的喊杀声都给人一种强烈的震撼。

最后，所有方队都进入场地听校领导、部队领导讲话。

在我们热烈的掌声中，为期九天的军训圆满结束了。回忆起军训这几天的经历，我的心中有苦有甜。往后的道路还很长，未来还会遇到怎样的艰难险阻谁也不知道。但无疑这次军训给我们上了人生中重要的一课，让我们学会了即使遇到再大的困难也会昂首向前、永不退缩。

第一次做家务

Tomorrow is New Years Day, my family have had a completely cleaning for

two days. Then my father and I decorated our flat and my mother cooked delicious

今天我的主要任务是上传产品，通过阿里巴巴平台把我公司的产品上传上去，并在平台上展示出来，以便使家方便看到。经理给了我三个产品让我先熟悉下，并参考其他公司上传的内容把这三个也上传上去，通过比较，我渐渐的掌握了上传的方式和内容。

3月2日

今天经理带着我们去了阿里巴巴的培训部门进行了专业的阿里巴巴培训。培训了一下午的时间，听着老师在前面讲解怎么样运用好阿里巴巴平台，真的是受益匪浅啊，里面各个方面都有各个方面的用途，每个用途都是特别的重要的。

今天我开始在网上找客户，经理教给我们用谷歌，毕竟在国际市场上谷歌还是最有分量的。在发邮件上，经理说，最好里面不要有超链接，有的时候带超链接的话，对方系统会默认为垃圾邮件的。

我自己试着在网上找了下，发现客户信息确实是很多，在杂乱无章的信息中找出自己需要的来还真的不是一件很容易的事情呢。

谷歌确实非常强大，如果掌握了一定的搜索方法的话找个客户还是能找出来的。比如说在搜索栏里面输入买家的公司名称+email就有很大的几率出来这个公司的email地址。

看来搜索引擎里面也有很大的学问埃我需要学的东西还有很多呢，以前就只是在百度里搜索点小东西，这回终于发现了，原来搜索引擎是这么的强大。

3月6日

昨天找到的客户今天发开发信，我按照经理给的模版发了一份给各个客户。唉，像这种小公司做外贸确实是不好做啊，啥也没有，让人真是头疼。后来我逛了逛福步论坛，我发现了自己开发信的不足，那就是我们发的开发信普遍的长篇大论，先是问好，然后介绍自己公司，然后推荐产品，最后落款。但是论坛上的长辈们说这种写法早就过时了。现在的写法都是简单几句话把自己的事情交代完毕。

想想也是的，国外的公司有可能一天收好几百封邮件，写的长篇大论没人给看的，不直接拉到垃圾邮件里就是好的了。

我们学的外贸函电里面的东西现在说来都有点过时了，反正我是这么觉得的。有次我按外贸函电的格式写的开发信给经理，经理直接打回来了——重写!

opened my eyes, i found it was 6:30 already.nevertheless, the room was very

gloomy, for it was raining outside. what a cold day! how comfortable it would be

if i could stay in bed for the whole day, reading a favourite book in the sound

of rain. but, i did have to go to work.

Though it was a rush hour, on the way, there were fewer people than usual.

many people arduously held an umbrella which was always blown down by a blast of

wind.fortunately , i was dressed in a raincoat. several yards away, a policeman

was guiding the traffic in the rain. i was filled with deep esteem for his

seriousness.i kept thinking of todays plan for a short while and,then,i was in

my office. a busy day is beginning …

Today we buy many clothes， and parents take to the streets is happy， the

parents have to pay to buy things. Unlike in their street to buy things they

like to take a long time but saw the price， Ha-ha， is really very happy. I love

my parents， I too thank them for the care and love.
