8月14日

明天就可以回家了，好累……文艺汇演很开心，很久没有这样笑过了……

下午的会操依然被表扬，教官一定也很开心。明天的会操很重要，各个班级都在认真训练，我们班却休息了很久，感谢教官。

今天训练的时候，我们班状态很不好，教官终于骂了脏话，我也很心急。担心明天的会操。我真的挺看不起我们班的男生，会操有一个内容是军体拳，要求喊“杀”，声音洪亮。可我们班就是喊不起来，教官以为女生声音太小，罚女生趴到地上不停地喊“杀”，氧化钙!我们班的男生真是文弱啊，学习好了不起了是吧，让你们喊个杀喊不起来?我靠，其他班全是男生大吼的声音，我们班全是女生的声音，你们干什么吃的?我讨厌只会学习的男生，讨厌文绉绉的男生，试问：你们的雄性激素呢?

脚越来越疼了，因为要求跺脚声音大，所以连走路都疼。反复练习正步、齐步走之后，我正常走路都觉得好别扭……

I went shopping with Li Mei. We left at 10 oclock in the morning. When we

got to the downtown, there were so many people. It was so crowded as it was a

beautiful day and it was Sunday. I didnt buy anything because everything was

very expensive.

我跟李梅去逛街。我们早上10点出发。当我们到闹市区时，好多人啊。因为今天是星期天，天气又很好。我没有买什么东西，因为太贵了。

I didnt go anywhere today. I stayed at home doing my homework and helping my

mother with housework. I realised it was not easy to do so much housework allby

oneself. I should help mother more in the future.

我今天什么地方也没有去。在家帮妈妈做家务。我认识到，一个人做家务不容易。以后我要多帮妈妈的忙。

n order to help me grow healthily, my parents make some family rules.

First, we must honest to others. Honesty is the basic character of a person.

Second, we should take our responsibilities. My duty is study now, so I must

work hard for it. Third, we should be thankful to the life. It will help us to

love ourselves and others. My parents always tell me to remember these rules.

And I will remember them always.

MondaySeptember1,20__weather：__

This is my day. Im very busy, but very happy. I got up at 6:45. I had

breakfast at 7:10 with my parents. I said “Good morning!” to my parents. My

parents smiled. I went to school at 7:30. I said “Hello! Good morning!” to my

friends. I had English class at 8:40.At noon, I had lunch. In the evening, I had

dinner at 6:30. I did my homework at 7:00. I went to bed at 10:00.This is my

day!

I have dinner at about 6:30 p.m.. After dinner, I often go to the outside

to play games with my friends. We live near to each other, so we always play

together. Sometimes,we play table tennis or badminton. Sometimes, we ride on

bicyles. Anyway, anything could be funny when we are together.I usually go home

at 8:00 and then take a shower. After that, I spend sometime in study or watch

TV. At 10:00p.m.,I go to sleep.

Spring Festival ,known as the Chinese New Year, is the most important holiday in China. From late January to early February,Chinese people are busy preparing for the New Year. They clean their houses ,have their hair cut,and buy new clothes. Jiaozi or dumpling is most popular. To those who live far away from their home,this festival is also a framily reunion occasion.

And they often go back home to celebrate the festival with their family. The first day of the new year is the time when people visit their friends adn wish each other good luck in the new year.

春节，即中国人的新年，是中国最重要的节日。从一月末到二月初人们忙着为新年做准备。他们打扫房屋、理发和买新衣服。饺子是最受欢迎的。对那些远离家乡的人们，春节是一个合家团聚的时刻。他们经常回家和家人欢度春节。新年第一天人们访友并互祝新年好运。

今天军训终于正式开始了。早上7：00—9：30是新兵开营仪式。实际上也没什么，我们坐在操场上等待长官们讲话。演讲人中有军校~~，年级主任，~~副校长，还有学生讲话。

昨天晚上，我们体验了正式军训的一小部分，也认识了我们的教官——张教官，属于空军。我们还知道了如何在队伍中起立、坐下。今天早上，教官带我们练习站军姿以及齐步走，还有稍息，立正等。

10：00—12:10是属于学校教育时间。我们看了介绍~~的视频，并且听了一位老师对于日常生活可能出现问题的介绍。

下午时，我们的一位老师在阶梯教室为我们上了有关国旗的一堂课。我们了解到升国旗的意义，国旗的规格并知道了要去维护国旗的尊严。

4:00—6:00期间，我们学习了武术操的前四节并训练了口号和拉歌。晚上我们也唱了一会歌。教我们的教官也由张教官改为了冯教官。

现在已是晚上10:30了，我还有一篇读书笔记要写……

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅!

I was so busy in the previous winter holiday for I am going to take the

university entrance exam in July this year. Everyday, I buried myself in

studying. I had to review each required subject and do lots of exercises.

Besides, because I did bad in mathematics and physics, I had to do much more

exercises than other courses, which made me discouraged. I spent more than ten

hours a day in studying. When I was tired, I watched TV or listened to music for

a little while. But It was a big pity that I couldnt go to the see cinema. In

addition, I had to refuse all the invitations of friends and relatives. I only

called them or sent messages in the New Year’s Eve. I desperately hoped that

there is no exam but I know it’s impossible. The only thing I can do is to study

hard to get good scores and can be admitted to Tsinghua University.

转眼间我们的军训已经接近了尾声。在这么多天的军训洗练中，消磨了身上的傲气和假期中的惰性，为今后的独立生活开个好头。

烈日炎炎，太阳好像要用全部光和热融化这个世界，整个训练场地就像是一个蒸笼。我们在这样的环境下踢正步，枯燥而烦躁的动作，每天都挥汗如雨，脚酸腿疼。

每天都是新的一天，每一天都是一个新的开始，沐浴在阳光下的成长，我们茁壮成长，每天的坚持就是一种胜利，每一个困难都有一个挑战，让我们拿出勇气去挑战困难，为集体而拼搏!

How to get happyness 如何获得快乐

there is no doubt that happiness is the most precious thing in the world. Without it, life will be empty and meaningless. If you wish to know how to get happiness, you must pay attention to the following two points.

First, health is the secret of happiness (the key to happiness). Only a strong man can enjoy the pleasure of life.

Secondly, happiness consists in contentment. A man who is dissatisfied with his present condition is always in distress.

无疑的快乐是世界上最宝贵的东西。没有它，人生将是空虚的而且毫无意义的。如果你希望知道如何获得快乐，你须注意下面两点。

健康是快乐的要诀。唯有身体强壮的人才能享受人生的乐趣。

快乐在于知足。一个不满于现状的人终是处在痛苦之中。

In my opinion, the schoolwork now being assigned to high school students is too heavy. while it is true that students need to study, they need other things as well if they are to grow into healthy and well-rounded adults. high should be allowed more time for play. plying is not wasting time, as some think. it gives them physical exercise, and also exercise their imagination. which tends to be stifled by too much study.

Finally, the pressure put on high school students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally. i do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork. i do think, however, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to students and to the society as a whole.

伴随着高一新生们的欢声笑语，在这样一个特别的开学季，为期四天的军训活动开始了。

也许很多人在听到“军训”一词后，不免会发出类似抱怨苦和累的声音，可当自己切身体会过后，更多的却是收获与感动。

忘不了，初见教官时的紧张与敬畏，更难忘四天相处下来教官的悉心教导。军训场上，不比家世，不比成绩，没有扭捏，没有随意，所谓一切行动听指挥。这四天，尽管练习的内容不是很难，却需要班集体高度的团结默契，一人出错，全班受罚，没有怨言，这才是集体荣誉感的精彩体现。

“立正、稍息、跨立、齐步走……”一声声令下，一个个动作，都渐趋熟练。纵使场上出错被教官批评，也难胜过那一句暖心的“路上小心”。他们是军人，有着钢铁的意志，他们把这种精神带给我们，也将回忆留与我们。

他们严肃却又不乏幽默，全身心地投入和付出。就是因为有他们这群“可爱”的教官，即使我们在烈日下的暴晒，腰酸脊痛的难耐，饥渴难忍时的煎熬，都已不算什么，心里有一个信念：把动作都做好。沉寂了一个月的操场就这样被“激活”了。

这四天，我们一起在骄阳下晒过，也在隐蔽处躲过雨，我们累但快乐着。学习的手语操更将我们带入了一个充满爱与感恩的世界里。眼看军训即将结束，那响亮的口号，精彩的表演，爽朗的笑声，整齐划一的动作却仍记忆犹新。

幼苗不经历风霜洗礼，怎能长成参天大树;雏鹰不经历狂风骤雨，怎能飞上万里苍穹;溪流不经历颠簸流离，怎能交汇于浩瀚大海，而年少的我们，不经历艰苦磨炼，又怎能成为国家栋梁之材?

高中三年很长，很苦，也很累，我们正需要军训作为我们步入高中殿堂的载体。只有练就了一身过硬的心理素质，才能在日后的学习和生活中走得更久，更长。

每个人的心中都有一束光，光的尽头是梦想。只有忍受得住破茧成蝶的痛，才担得起振翔高飞的美。

愿你回忆起这段时光，脸上尽是幸福的笑客，我们相信，三年后，我们必将谱写出新的贞白篇章!

Date:Mon. April 24 Weather:Nice. We took a quiz in English class today.The

teacher gave us five questions.They were difficult.I could answer four of

them.Ill study harder and answer all the questions next time.

今天上去，我们去学英语口语。我们的英语老师叫Tom，他跟我以前的外交老师Mike有点像。

我们先相互问候一下，Tom老师先问我们：“what’s your name?”然后，他把我们的名字一一写下。他一个一个的问，我们一个一个的回答。

然后，他问：“who can picture(draw)?”

我们都不举手，因为我们都不知道该画什么?

后来，英语老师Tom请了一个人，他的名字叫tony。我们看一看，原来呀，是叫我们画人物，按照书上的画。

他第二个叫的是dear,他第三个叫的就是我了，我画的非常好。等我们都画完，他把我们今天学的单词都画了下来，我们一节课学了6个单词，然后，他跟我们玩了一个游戏，就是喊到谁有的东西，我们就指向谁。比如说，老师：“who is wearing glasses?”,我们就指向他，一齐说：“tearcher is wearing glasses!”

这个游戏一直玩到下课。然后，Tom老师说：“class is over!let’s rest for five minters。”

等第二节课开始上课后，我们就先复习了一下上节课学的单词.然后，Tom老师又带我们做了游戏。正好来了一个老师，给我们发东西了。他给tony发了一个帽子，给jimy、dear各发了一副眼镜。这个游戏的规则还是跟上节课一样。

他问我们：“who is wearing a hat?”

我们就一起说：“tony!”

最好玩的是，有一次，让我戴眼镜，我不仅戴了眼镜，还戴了帽子。

现在，我很苦恼，我买了一本英语书，可是我不知道它的意思。我一点也看不懂。我想，也许我要好好的学习英语。只有这样我才能学会很多知识，才能看懂英语和别人交流。我要对自己说一句：加油！

I was depressed because  couldnt understand an English book after I bought it.  could understand nothing. I thought maybe I should study English hard and only by this could I learn a lot of knowledge and understand English aw well as communicate with others in English. I told myself, ‘just go’.

Li Ying is one of my classmates.We share a bedroom with four others,so we

are also roommates.Today is her birthday and it so happened that it is Sunday at

the weekend.We decide to hold a party to celebrate Li Yings birthday in our own

bedroom.Since she is the youngest in our room,we all feel responsible to take

care of her.We hope that this party can relieve her homesickness.

We bought some fruit and candy,nineteen small candles,and a cake.At seven

in the evening,the party began.We lit the candles and sang "A happy birthday to

you" to Li Ying.And then we each gave her a small present.Li Ying looked excited

and happy.She blew out the candles,and we tasted the fruit and candy while

talking about various funny things we experienced in our childhood at home.At

the end of the party we encouraged each other to study even harder and be top

students in our class.

The party was a success,for Li Ying seemed very pleased and looked more

九月五日，军训持续到第三天。

今天的天气仍然炎热，至今还没下过一场雷阵雨，我们的军训生活也还在继续。

早上，按照往常的，一起在训练场集合，等候着教官的到来。今天所不同的是，我们的班长自主整理了队伍，整齐地坐在地上等教官。

教官一来，我们马上起立，听候教官的指挥。头等大事当然是站军姿，六个排的队员一起站，又是一道美丽风景线。站军姿的过程就不必重复了，都是那种硬汉的样子。我们每个人都是硬汉，我们都很勇敢，坚持到最后!

站完军姿，就是接着复习、练习……我们想休息的时候，但是教官不允许，大家也没有办法。我们从昨天的影片中学来：第一是服从，第二是完全服从，第三是绝对服从!所以，我们只能服从命令!

今天的训练时间更长，场地也没有更改，看着阳光一步一步向我们靠近，我们也只能无动于衷，至死至终。虽然只是普通的操练，但也总能充满着热情，洋溢着喜悦，或许这就是炎热并快乐的日子吧!

今天半天都在阳光下“炙烤”，不过我们都坚持下来了，当听到解散的时候，那心情真是超级不错!半天，也就是这样开始和结束的。

下午，整理内务。

教官来宿舍检查，将我们的寝室一一检查过去，说了存在的缺陷，要我们整改，他可真细心啊!难道军人就出不得一点错误吗?我想真的是吧!

然后，他又来亲自教我们叠被子，那阵势真是厉害，随便怎样的被子都能变成方方正正的，敬佩!本来说要我们学着叠，但都不舍得将他的弄乱，就摆放在那里当模型了。

时间流逝，半天也就照样过去!晚上，我们继续加油!

来到晚上了，站军姿是首件事。然而在站军姿过后，出现了让我们喜悦的事。

我们排好队列，看着我们的教官练习，那个叫整齐也叫铿锵有力啊!他们真不愧为铁骨铮铮的军人，热烈鼓掌声响彻师院上空。

接着的便来了个有影响力的，二连的连长来教训了我们一通，也说对了啦，我们都做不来有什么资格笑别人。他又用军人纪律教育了我们一番，我们只能听从命令。

接下来又是队列训练了一段时间，起步走，一直训练着。等着训练结束，我们呢，又是席地而歌了。

今天，他竟然让我们一列列的唱了，真有新花招!不过我们照旧唱得__昂扬，让我们仍很兴奋，感觉先前的训练都不为足道。

最后，我们唱歌累的时候，他来和我们说了该如何拉歌，听得我们更加激动了!真想立刻去拉歌，可是时间有限，只能等到明天了。希望我们明天的拉歌取得巨大胜利!
