Spring is coming. It is the season for planting trees. On Sunday, our

teacher led us to the suburb to plant trees. We brought some spades, pails and

saplings with us. On arriving there, everybody went into action in no time. We

dug square pits first. Then two persons were needed to plant a tree. One held

the sapling carefully and the other put the soil in. I wish the saplings would

grow up quickly.

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

This winter holiday I stayed at home. If you want to ask me why we should study English, my answer will be simple and clear. Everybody has his or her interest， and interests differ widely from person

to person because of age， sex health and education. To some extent， interest

also reflects ones ability or wish. Interest plays an important part in our

daily life. As a middle school student interest is of great importance in study.

If you want to learn something well， you have to show interest in it， which is

Chengdu City Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan province in China, has

heritage, Chengdu is one of the most popular destinations for tourists in China.

People who once step onto the land of Chengdu city will quickly fall in love

with life there. It seems that Chengdu people are living a happy life with less

pressure from their occupation, family or from the conflict social competition.

Children, for example, can enjoy the child-only facilities in the parks. They

can play with peers and make friends with each other. For teenagers and adults,

我们先去了雨花台，那里的雨花石十分光滑，并且品种泛多，颜色有红的，黄的，白的，绿的。各种各样，应有尽有，令我们目不暇接，大家都买了。参观完了雨花台，我们先吃了午餐。然后又去了中山陵，中山陵一共有392个台阶。我虽然身体弱，可是我仍然爬上了中山陵。中山陵有一个奇特之处：当你爬中山陵从上往下看时，你会发现你只见台面不见台阶。随后，我们又游览了秦淮河，在那边吃了一顿既贵又难吃的晚餐。相比之下，让我忍不住想起了家里的饭菜。吃完了晚餐，我们一边散步，一边观赏夜幕下的秦淮河，夜幕下的秦淮河，灯火辉煌;船上的灯，墙上的灯，路边的灯。各式各样的灯倒映在河面上，十分美丽。回宾馆了，在回宾馆的路上，我突然发了高烧，头疼欲裂。最终，妈妈一个晚上没睡。不停地给我擦虚汗，喂药，最终在妈妈精心的照顾下，我的高烧退了下来。

翌日，我们先去了总统府，看了孙中山先生当临时大总统时的办公室，还走了防空洞等等。南京的盐水鸭十分有名，去哪里游客没有一个不尝尝盐水鸭的，我们还买了两只。之后，我们又去了南京大屠 杀纪念馆，看了很多关于这件事的资料。看到了两个可怕的万人坑，里面全是被可恶的日本人活埋的人。吓得我紧紧地拉着妈妈的手，生怕走丢了。

这次南京之旅真使我受益匪浅呀!

In the past two years, my parents took me to travel to many places,

including big cities, small towns, famous mountians and so on. Therefore, I like

traveling and I hope I can visit to many more places. Since then, I hope I can

be a tour guide in the future, so I can travel to many tourist attractions.

Besides, I can meet various people and I think communicating with different

people is interesting, wchich can broaden my field of vision. I hope they can

share their life stories with me so that I can know the general life of a place.

I know it would be a challenging job, but I believe I can do well in my job.

It`s one of the traditional Festivals of Chinese.And it `s a day in honour

to Quyuan,who is one of the greatest poet in China.Qingming is also one of the

24seasonal division points in China.It is may 5th on April in every year.On that

day,people will free of work or school that in memory of their ancestors.Besides

parents will take their children to the countryside,where they may have a

picinc.As the festival is in spring,It`s warm and comfortable,families often go

to parks to fly the kites.

This is the Qingming Festival,I hope you can come here next year during

Qingming Festival.

I wanted to buy some delicious food.there were many kinds of food. I wanted

to eat more and more fruits. I wanted to eat apples in order to lose weight. I

liked eating bananas, straw berries, pears and watermelons, I wanted to buy some

books, I thought they can help me study not long after my holidays, I wanted to

buy a pair of golves for myself because my golves were lost. And I bought some

CDs.

今天是军训的最后一天，其实我真的很留恋军训生活，虽然每天都会很累，一开始会很期盼军训结束，但是当分离真正来临时，自己心中又是满满的留恋。

我们一整天几乎都在为了闭营仪式做准备，真的很累，但是教官更累。刘教官几乎每次喊口号都在扯着嗓子喊，而且皮肤晒得又黑又红，想想就不容易。

自己把今天挺过来了，心里也很开心为自己感到自豪吧，我觉得这段艰难时期自己没有请过一次假坚持下来了，不管怎么样，我都为自己感到欣慰。

但这也仅仅限于我的坚持。动作方面我还是不好。我有点步伐跟不上，跟不对点，走的时候我必须一刻不松懈，这样才能够保持自己与别人步伐一致。但我总爱走自己的，跟着跟着就不对了，所以明天我必须高度集中不能够出错，对得起自己这么多天的训练，也要对得起教官的辛勤付出。

还有一点就是我反应慢，今天排练的时候就会慢一拍，而且紧张的时候就会忘动作。经过主席台时，要开始走正步，我就没反应过来，手反应过来了腿还没变过来，我自己又数着拍子走了一下，感觉对明天有点信心了。当时教官说我们走得不好，我很自责因为从主席台那看会看的很清楚，虽然教官只说了男生，但是我心里清楚那是给我留面子。

闭营后就真正进入高中生活了，就要学习新的知识了，每天我都能通过军训学到很多，不仅仅是课程上的，还有精神方面的，坚强，责任，拼搏，团结，认真······我真的很不舍，送君千里终须一别。珍惜最后的时光。

8月12日

今天我总结了一条经验：如果教官告诉你明天拉练，那么一定要珍惜今天!因为明天将是一个悲剧!

之前觉得心里有冰，但今天似乎融化了一些。今天的生活还算不错，除了身体越来越脏……(靠)洗碗也终于有洗洁精可以用了……

拉练的过程艰苦而曲折。道路很BT，不知是哪个神经病选的路，说实话，我很不服。凭什么呀?不懂为什么要学会服从……走到一半，我真的想停下来，但一路走来，始终有手牵着我，让我有勇气向前。

千万不要以为拉练就是走很长的路，开什么国际玩笑?当然要跑步啦!而且走的不是平地，是60度的山坡!山顶风超级大，我已经油了的头发更是乱七八糟……(请不要想象)不过从山顶仰望山下的景色是相当惊人的~

我背着沉重的军用水壶，一路颠簸，水壶把我的左大腿砸的生疼(现在也是，走路都疼)。这些天的晚上，洗漱的时候，也许我笨手笨脚的，总是比别人慢一拍。教官催促，队伍已经离开了，我才匆忙地拽上脸盆跑着赶上队伍。有些时候，东西太多，太重，我多么希望有人帮帮我，可惜没有。我才发现以前我真的是太依赖其他人了。

后面的野炊更不用说了，那叫一个美~感觉真是不错~呵呵(后来我们班还得了野炊第一)

依旧是疲惫的一天，晚上因为宿舍有女生说话，集体被罚做俯卧撑。带着十分复杂的心情又要入睡了。身体似乎快腐烂了……祝愿我想念的人一切都好……

黄校长围绕我们的见实习，提出了他自己的建议。如樟园印迹、校园观察行等版块，并一一为我们阐述了他的设计理念。这让我意识到，简报的设计原来是如此的有学问。

另外，黄校长还用七句话给我们总结了出简报的准则。我在此特作摘抄，留作学习。刊头设计形成系列，统筹组稿适时装满，拟定标题变换字体，控制字数及时增减，统一版式疏密有致，图文并茂以文为主，书面校对复制有方等。

总之，出好一份简报是一门学问，而且还是门大学问。

更重要的是，从出简报这种说小不小、说大不大的事情看出。要做好教育这项事业，要修的学问有很多很多，而且还要修好他们。就说简报，需要你的设计观、你的统筹观、你的组织观，你的文学造诣等等。更直接一点儿，你对现代信息技术基本能力的掌握，都起着举足轻重的作用。

我明白了，当好一名教师，不需要你是一名专才，而需要你成为一名全才。以后，要努力的方向多了。

Today is New Years day. Today Im not doing homework. I`m making dumplings.

After that, we`re having lunch, my grangfather is saying to each other" Happy

New Year", I`m saying to him" the same to you". We`re laughing. In the

afternoon, I`m going shopping with my brother and sister. Two hours later, we`re

getting home, we`re playing computer. Today is a happy day.

今天是军训的第一天，早上我便十分兴奋地来到学校，准备迎接较为艰苦的一天。

六点整，我们已经“全副武装”来到了操场，开始了军姿的训练，大家都十分投入，转眼间，一个小时的基础姿势训练结束了，大家有序地来到食堂就餐。

早上八点，第二节训练课开始了，接着第一课的训练内容，此时，太阳高挂天空，汗水流淌在每一个同学的脸上，长时间的站立，流淌的汗珠，炙热的骄阳都没能击垮我们的顽强意志，顶住了肌肉酸痛，身体的疲惫的我们，完成了军训期间的`第一个自我超越，也体验了军人的姿态。

养精蓄锐后的下午训练，便显得容易些了，大家相互鼓励，相互影响着，抵挡住了热浪的侵袭，再一次战胜了自己。军训使每个人都在成长，学会自立，学会坚强，学会坚持，超越自我，相信每个人都会珍惜这段时光。

明天又是崭新的一天!

今天的军训，让我极大地改变了对军训的看法，因为我懂得了什么才是真正的军人。与真正的军队训练相比，我们的苦与累就太微不足道了。

上午，我们练习了起步。我依然雄纠纠，气昂昂，摆出一副军人的架势，教官指示的每一个动作，我都按质按量地完成。此时此刻，我已不单单代表我自己一个人了，我要融入整个班集体中，因为我的一举一动影响着整个班的荣誉。军训固然艰辛，太阳在头顶快活地照着，衣服湿透了，贴在身上特别难受。可是别人也都站在那儿呀，我为什么就不能坚持?坚持就是胜利!想到这里，我的信念更加坚定了。军训，让我深刻地领悟“毅力”二字的含义。军训，也让我体验到纪律在一个军队中是多么重要。

下午天气非常炎热，我们进行了“拉练”。从学校出发到烈士墓一个来回，至少有六、七公里路。虽然如此，我们班也没有一个叫苦叫累的。在教官和班主任的带领下，我们一路精神抖擞，气宇轩昂。腿痛脚疼也阻止不住我们前进的步伐。受不住时，我时常用一名军人来衡量自己，想象他们的意志是多么坚强，邱少云能够忍受熊熊烈火，这点困难我怕什么?

成功在于细节，军训使我改正了许多行为习惯细节上的错误，同时我在各方面的素质都得到了升华。
