学会珍爱自己，阴霾的天空才会变等晴朗，曲折的道路才风云变幻变得妙趣横生。

学会忘记过去的痛苦，正视前方，这是珍爱自己;学会在鱼翅与熊掌不可兼得时放弃，这是珍爱自己;学会宽容别人的过错而不斤斤计较，这是珍爱自己;学会在大千世界中慎重选择自己所要走的道路，这也是珍爱自己……，美国著名的资本家洛克菲勒年轻时拼命追求金钱，虽然在商界取得成功，可他的生活枯燥乏味，身体也每竞愈下。在晚年时，他退出了生意场，在家中与子孙享受天伦之乐，还经常参加慈善活动，平时只有在大赚一笔后才会出现的笑容，现在时时挂在他脸上。洛克菲勒学会珍爱自己已经很晚了，但他仍获得了很多裨益，不像有些人一生也无法领悟这个道理，在人生的旅途中感到的只有疲倦和劳累。

学会珍爱自己，这绝不是自私，而是为自己找一条正确的道路，为自己在风雨中撑起一把伞。没有淋过雨的人，不会知道撑伞的好处，同样“学”是一个痛苦的过程，但学会后就受益非浅。

学会珍爱自己，才会珍爱生活。眼前的一切才会变的绚丽多彩.

当我踏进大门,我深呼吸了一口气。这是一个新的开始。没人知道我以前是多么弱小。我以前骨瘦如柴,从不做有冒险性的事。即使家住在一个小街上。

我出生便没有翅膀。

坐在初中的教室里,看那些同龄人们都比我强,我也曾自卑过。直到有一天,父亲告诉我几句话,至今记忆犹新。

“你知道鸵鸟与蝙蝠吗?它们一个有翅膀,一个没有,可鸵鸟飞不起来,蝙蝠却生出了膜翼,在天上翱翔。”

父亲的话看似不经意,却点醒了我。没有翅膀的人,一样能飞!我铮铮七尺男儿,安与妇孺比较?我的血管里流淌着与他们一样的热血,我也应该搏击于天际!

于是,我满怀豪情地学习跆拳道。飘逸的道带、雪白的服装,一丝晃动,几分洒脱旋转着将意念踢进靶中,在挥洒荷尔蒙的一瞬间,我看到了生出的左翼——力量。

我不是最强的,可我是最拼命的。

怀着执着,我拿起书籍。我原本不爱书,如今却渐渐视其为生命。于是,爱丽丝带我走入奇境,简·爱向我诉说她那不幸的爱情,雨果看到悲惨世界的无奈,巴尔扎克引我目睹人间喜剧的悲哀。当我与屈原共叹“路漫漫其修远兮,吾将上下而求索”时,我仿佛看到长出的右翼——知识。

鲁迅说过:“世上本没有路,走的人多了,便成了路”。也许没有翅膀很痛苦,可是我们却拥有更多——执着、信念、知识、力量。若不去开拓,何方有路?若不去创造,何人有翅?

“北冥有鱼,其名为鲲。鲲之大,不知其几千里也。化而为鸟,其名为鹏。鹏之背,不知其几千里也。怒而飞,其翼若垂天之云。”我们既生于此世,便不能甘于如此,自己造翅,却能飞得更远,自己造翅,才能更显鲲鹏之志!

也许你是一只无翅鸟,可你却能抬着头,飞得很骄傲!?

从以下两个题目中任选一个完成作文

(1)“欣赏自己”就是善于发现自己的闪光点，为自己感动，为自己喝彩，使自己的生活充满自信，充满快乐，充满希望。有人说，一个不懂得欣赏自己的人是很难快乐的，只会使自己陷入自卑的泥潭，只有充满希望的心才能扬帆远航。

请你结合自己的生活经历、感受，以“欣赏自己”为话题，题目自拟，写一篇有真情实感的文章，字数不少于600字，文中不得出现真实的校名、人名、地名。

(2)生活中常有不少感到。感动，缘于危难中的大爱，困难中的相助;感动，英语梦想的点燃，理想的实现;感动，缘于矛盾的的化解，友情的建立;感动，缘于人群中的笑靥，亲人间的牵挂……一次叮咛，一语问候，使感到浸满心田。

请以“感动”为话题，题目自拟，写一篇有真情实感的文章，字数不少于600字，文中不得出现真实的校名、人名、地名。

中考英语作文对考生的要求有四点：1、内容要完整。 2、语句流畅。3、没有语法错误。4、书写规范。能达到上述要求的作文，都会得到相应的高分。

一：先看一下扣分点：

1.内容方面：要点缺失，可酌情扣分。比如中考作文“I want to do something for my school”，若没有写一件具体的事情，是要扣3分以上的;若写的事情太过于虚幻，没有实际内容，也会扣1-2分。

2.字数：少于60字的作文要酌情扣分。

中考英语作文要求60字以上，标点符号不算，少了就要扣分。但是60字的作文能不能得高分?从我们拿到的实例作文来看，16分以上的作文，没有少于75字的，甚至少于80字的也少之又少。当然，也极少有超过100字的，因为中考试卷的短线格一共80个，在格子下面大约还有2行的空间，可以加20字左右，再多阅卷人就很难看清了，也会影响卷面的美观。所以，同学们如果想让作文得到高分，最好是让字数在75-100字之间。

3. 语法和拼写错误：每个扣0.5，重复错误不计;

4. 标点错误：每4个扣0.5.

二：加分点

除了这些扣分点，还有一些得分点：比如说作文的组织结构分，就是根据学生使用复杂句型、单词和谚语、俗语的情况来加分。

只要文章中有1个亮点，基本就可以争取到1分(3分的文采分是很难全部拿到的)。而这1分的亮点，是可以提前准备的。例如，有一些“万金油”式的复杂句型，例如强调句型、only相关的倒装句等，只要同学们多操练几次，几乎是一定能用到作文当中，从而为自己争取到这1分。

其次就是卷面分

很多家和同学，尤其是部分书法并不是十分整洁的同学，都会关心是否真的有“卷面分”的存在。虽然在阅卷标准里面并没有卷面分这一项，但是这个分数却真切地反映在了同学们的分数里面。

据阅卷老师的经验，在阅卷的时候并不是按这3个部分逐项打分的，而是在第一遍读完全文之后，心里已经形成了一个“印象分”，然后再细读第二、三遍，把印象分分配到各个打分部分。因此，这个“印象分”就非常重要，而同学们的书法，也正是在这个环节，影响到了自己的分数。所以初三的考生，如果书法不好，一定要注意。所谓的书法并不需要写的很漂亮，符合3个简单的标准即可：没有斜体、没有连笔、涂改较少。

When you look back on yourself in the past – 10, 20, 30 or more years ago – it’s surprising to see how much you have changed over time. Your experiences, your friends, your family and your work have all shaped who you are right now. But where will you be in another few years? How will you have changed? Reflective writing in your journal is an excellent way to think about what you want out of the future.

Just imagine writing a letter to your future self 5 years from now, then opening it at that exact moment 5 years down the road to see how much of it resonated with you. It is a useful supplementary tool to be used in goal achievement, because when you write the letter to your future self, it helps crystallize exactly how you anticipate yourself to become at that specific moment down the road.

Often times, the goals we set and our goal achievement process are subjected to a lot of changes along the way, due to varying obstacles, unanticipated circumstances and changing priorities. The letter gives you a macro-view of your initial vision and lets you recognize how your current vision differs from the past.

When you open the letter in the future, you as your future self gets to compare how you used to be in the past and compare with how you are currently. This lets you see in totality how much things have changed since then – and this can be a really intriguingexperience. It’s interesting to just see how much you have grown/changed since you wrote the letter.

我一路狂奔，渴望在拥挤的人群中找到一张和自己相似的面孔，从她身上我能够找到自己命运的参照，何去何从，不再那么仓皇。

阳台上放着一盆长生花，我不知道它何处“长生”，我发现每两个月零29天它总会凋谢，然后我下楼连花盆一起扔掉，再买一盆回来。去买长生花的路上，总是会经过一个茶坊，每次我都会要一杯清菊茶，我可以确定那里面不只有菊花，还有玫瑰和雪碧或是一些其它的东西。夏天的清菊茶中放冰块，一口喝下去很是凉爽。

去买长生花的途中还要走过地下走道，有时候走累了，我就听歌站在走道边，一脸茫然地看着走过的人群。我一直会想我到底是谁呢?是一个冷酷的上帝，指挥着人群中的小人物，还是一只无知的虫子，羡慕着眼前人们仓促的步伐，自由自在的生活。

我买了一盆新的长生花，回去再次穿过地下走道，那些肮脏的老鼠从墙脚窜出来，衣衫褴褛的乞丐拉着二胡吹着箫，再看看我的长生花，富有朝气和活力，和他们形成了鲜明的对比。

走进茶坊我又要了一杯清菊茶，这里的老板似乎认识我了，热情地招呼我。清菊茶在这里并不热卖，我想是人们喝不出它的味道吧。只有我，能尝出它的味道，清凉还有丁点苦涩。

成长归根结底是件愉快的事情，阳台上现在放着一盆充满生机的长生花。虽然每两个月零29天它依旧会枯萎，但我愿意去买清菊茶，愿意穿过地道，愿意再去买一盆回家。我喜欢看着它成长，此时我突然就明白了，“长生”并不指永生，只是可以长久生存下去，中途也许会凋零，但我会换一盆新的来替代它，持续这样的生命。

是长生花带我告别十四岁。今天是我十五岁的生日，我惊讶地发现长生花已经开满三个月了，原来有时它也会创造奇迹。那么就让这盆长生花做我的小太阳，照亮我人生轨迹上每一个晨晨昏昏。
