Yesterday,we donated 200 books, 50 backpacks and 4200 yuan for the students in Sichuan. He Li alone donated 500 yuan,the most of all. Thats good. 周末，我和妈妈带着持久的心情来到了少年宫旁边的草坪上，练习打羽毛球。只见那里早已有好多人在悠闲自在地做自己爱做的事情了。有的在兴高采烈的野营，有的在兴奋不已的玩耍，还有的在那里慢悠悠的散步。草坪上真是热闹不已，到处充满了幸福快乐的欢声笑语。

我和妈妈便赶忙占领了一块空地。于是，我开始练习学羽毛球时貌似还算简单的第一个阶段：发球。

妈妈告诉我，发球时要保持放松，注意力也要高度地集中，不然的话，你就很可能会把羽毛球打偏方向，你的对手就根本接不到球了。于是我先用左手拎住羽毛球羽毛的另一边，然后便让右手拿着的球拍仔细地对准了羽毛球的最下方，接着我就用尽全身的力气，向羽毛球最下方的正中间砸去。可是当我刚刚打完时，定睛一看，羽毛球却并没有径直的朝对手妈妈那边飞过去，而是一动不动地“粘”在了草丛中。我的手怎么失控了？正当我争分夺秒、总不死心地练发球时，妈妈就过来对我语重心长地教导道：“孩子，你这样没完没了地向着错误奔去，这样岂不是在自寻苦吃吗？发球时应该全身舒展开来。你刚刚太紧张了，所以就导致你的部位都不受你控制了，事情就永远也做不成功了。其实，打羽毛球的所有步骤都需要“放松”的。只有你明白了“放松”的真谛，打羽毛球这项运动你就掌握了。”妈妈的话语深深地刻在了我的心中。按照妈妈的指导，我果然轻而易举地学会了“发球”。学羽毛球的过程既让我体会到了运动的乐趣，也让我真正领悟到“放松”心态对完成一件事情的重要性。

学会欣赏自己，相信自己是很棒的。不要把自己贬得一文不值，以为自己比不上别人。有一次，我参加竞赛考得不理想，回家沮丧地告诉妈妈，妈妈对我说：“在妈妈心中，你永远是最棒的!”从那以后，不管遇到什么事，我都有了自信，并学会了欣赏自己。

学会欣赏自己，相信自己是最特别的一个。不要在观察别人时，将自己所有的优点忽略不计。对自己宽容一点，大度一点，相信你再多一点点努力，就会释放出无限光芒。

学会欣赏自己，相信自己很重要。妈妈的话总是在耳边回荡：“你现在是一个班干部，你的一举一动，牵动着许多人的心，以身作则，做一个好榜样!至少你身上的品质感染了别人，这就是你的魅力所在!”

欣赏自己是一项重要的心理素质，欣赏自己并不是孤芳自赏，而是通过发掘自己的闪光点，从而鼓励自己，乐观积极的面对自己的人生。一个不懂得欣赏自己的人是很难快乐的，只会使自己陷入自卑的泥潭，只有充满希望的心才能扬帆远航……

Should students make friends online? Some people say yes. Internet helps people make many friends. Chatting on line, students can express their feelings and opinions more freely, and even get help for their foreign language studies.
