当我能够正视自己内心的阴暗面，正视自己的所有缺点时，也就意识到了这些“缺点”的积极意义。我只需要引导自己的行为，既不刻意压抑自己，也不刻意否定自己，这样就可以化缺点为优点。

现在我知道，承认和接纳不完美的自己，拥有完整的人生，是一件非常重要的事情。我们每个人都是矛盾的统一体，是各种积极与消极的特质彼此调和的结果，无论少了哪一方面都称不上完整。

最终，我学会了承认自己，接纳自己，做自己的朋友。

最近我收到一名实习生的来信。信中提到，她已经实习两个多月了，每天好像总有干不完的活儿。负责带她的前辈总是追着问这问那，好像对她特别不放心。即便如此，还总说她不够踏实、不够努力，这让她觉得很难过。

看到这封信，我想起自己第一次实习时的处境。那时候我经常会加班到夜里12点，整个办公室里数我最忙最焦躁了。那时候我觉得自己特别辛苦，也足够努力，可是前辈居然在我的实习评价表上写了“细节处理不够好，工作效率不高”。我向同学抱怨：“我到底要怎么做才算好？我加班到深夜，周末还去写报告，别的实习生根本没有这样过，他们也太苛刻了吧！”那次实习我坚持了6个月，之后草草地找到了一个新机会。很长一段时间，我对这件事依然耿耿于怀，那个时候我感受跟现在写来这封信的姑娘一样。

再后来，我在另一个公司顺利实习并转正，并且有了自己的实习生。我看到，他每天看上去真的很忙，忙着做表格，忙着发快递，忙着做各种PPT，但是似乎总是欠缺那么一点点东西。比如没有责任心，下班之后手机就关机，工作出了问题也联系不上；比如每次需要加班，他就找各种理由推托，就算留下了态度也很不好；比如，出了问题习惯性地赖给别人，把自己的责任推得一干二净。

有一次我让他发一个快递到广州，两天后对方反馈说没有收到。我去问他，他说：“我两天前就快递走了。”我问：“你寄出之后，有没有告知广州的客户是哪家快递公司，单号多少，大概什么时间能到？”他说没有。我又问：“你这几天去追问过客户是否收到吗？”他还是说没有。

看着这个实习生，我不禁反思，当初的自己是否也如同现在的他一样，端坐在办公室里，却让同事感到各种不安？处理事情，是否需要别人跟在后面收尾？是不是让人觉得，凡事都无法完全放心地交付？此时我才深深地理解，那个时候的我从没考虑过自己是否真正用心工作，是否担起了责任，是否学会真正的独立处理问题而不是事事都留个小尾巴。

这才是胜任工作的关键，并非谁回家最晚，谁加班最多。
