周日一早醒来，我们不像其他人贪睡，而是马上跳下床，换上自行车的装备，跨上铁马，浩浩荡荡出发。我们这些“专业级”车手，当然有着高档的公路登山车;穿着舒适的自行车衣戴上安全的安全帽及领巾、手套……这些最专业的设备，在我们身上都找的到。大伙儿经常在河滨脚踏车道上无忧无虑的骑，偶尔停下来看看水鸟、小鱼，而微风在这时也出场，从我的脸庞吹过、戏弄，十分舒服。有时兴致一起，便开始「尬车」，奋力踩着踏板，把变速换到前叁后九，像猎豹般风驰电掣，从路人眼前唿啸而过。停车后，汗水自脸上、后背滴落，大伙儿脸上却仍挂着灿烂的笑容，因为我们再次刷新了从桃园骑到龟山再骑回家的纪录!骑车使我们身心健康，是一种老少咸宜的运动。

到了下午，我们会租一支影片回家看。我们一边吃着午餐，一边观赏电影，随着电影的高低起伏及主角的喜怒哀乐，我们有着不同的表情。看忠犭小八时，大家哭的淅漓哗啦;看哈莉波特时，大家心情紧绷;看十月围城时，大家有如出征的战士，激动高亢……我想，电影院应该会把我们这些动作丰富的人列为「拒绝往来户」吧!

到了晚上，我们转移阵地，前往游泳池。大伙儿跳下水，如旗鱼般在水中冲刺;如海豚般在水中翻滚，悠游的游泳正是结束星期天的安可曲，下一个星期天，一定会比这个星期天更有趣!星期天是放松心情的万灵丹，经过这一天，所有的烦恼压力，全都一扫而空。因此，我爱星期天!

我叫林正昊，在洋汾林小学三年级二班学习，今年11岁。

我的头发短短的，粗粗的眉毛下面长着一双明亮的眼睛，不大不小的鼻子下面长着一张能说会到的嘴巴，个子不高不矮，我最大的优点是爱看书。

我看的书很多，比如：《福尔摩斯探案集》、《十万个为什么》、《生活中的科学》……我每次一看起书来就迷在里面，听不到各种声音。有一次中午吃饭的时候，我坐在沙发上看书，妈妈叫我吃饭了，我在看书，没反应过来，结果被妈妈大骂一顿，还说我是“书呆子”。每晚临睡的时候，我都总是习惯性地拿起书来看，妈妈上楼的声音，我没发觉，结果被妈妈抓个正着，我只好收拾书，去睡觉。

虽然我被妈妈大骂几次，但我也学习到很多知识，在书中我被福尔摩斯的精明折服了，被《十万个为什么》带进千奇百怪科学世界，也在《生活中的科学》中学习到许多生活常识……

我的缺点是做事马虎，我许多考试是因为马虎没有满分，我有一次数学应用题没有加括号，结果扣了六分，考了九十四分。为此马虎成我成长路上的绊脚石。

这就是我——林正昊，一个爱看书又做事马虎的男孩。

Recently, we have little time to keep close contact with nature. We spend

too much time on study or working. We almost forget that how green the grass is,

how beautiful the flowers are, and how sweetly the birds are singing outside our

windows. A saying goes, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy". It means

that we need to relax ourselves and go out to breathe more fresh air. We can
