I took my school report and came back home cautiously only to find mother wasnt at home. She went to my aunts and wou!d come back in the evcning. I knew that fiom a note on the table. I was still a little bit frightened as if mother would come back suddenly.

Seeing the low marks on the school report and remcmbering mothers cold face, I almost trembled with fear. lf mother know I got so low marks oa the subjects, especially English, she would tear all my cartoon books which are my fovourite. I have been treating them as my own life for a long time. But mother always thought cartoon diverted my attention from study and had a bad effect on me. Frankly speaking, I had realized it. Here is my advice about how to keep healthy/fit. As a middle shool student. first youd better do more exercise such as playing ball games ，running， swimming and jumping ropes(绳子)。Then you should pay attention to your diet or meals. Dont eat too much meat or suger，but more vegetables and fruit.Third you need enough sleep or rest . Next keep yourself happy.As people often say smiling makes younger.Last you mustnt drink wine or smoke .They are bad for your health. That is my advice.I hope you are healthy and enjoy your life。

My idol is Chairman Mao. I think he must be many people’s idol. He is a great hero. It is him makes us live a better life. Without him, maybe we still can’t satisfy our hunger nowadays. We may not live comfortable, eat delicious food and so on. All the happiness we have now maybe is due to his wise leadership. Though he made mistakes once, no one is perfet. I admire him. I think all the people should respect him.
