端午节是中国的传统节日，我们乐清人特别重视这个节日。端午节的传统习俗有：悬挂菖蒲、艾草，佩香囊，赛龙舟，给小孩涂雄黄，饮用雄黄酒、吃咸蛋、粽子跟时令鲜果等，而划龙舟是端午节的重头戏。

每当到端午节前夕，偶尔河面上传来稀稀疏疏的几声锣鼓声;人们路过河边时，常常看到河面上会有几只龙舟“飞奔”而去。他们大概在为端午节的比赛备战吧。到了“开战”的那一天，银溪河边站满了观众。有的老人搬了凳子坐着悠闲自得地看着;有的大人将孩子背在肩上一起观看;有的年轻人站在最后，踮起脚观望;还有的人用尽全力向上跳，希望能看见一点。河面的起点上有序地停着一只只来自乐清不同地区，各色各样、五光十色的龙舟。一声令下，只见四五只龙舟飞奔而去，锣鼓声叫喊声响成一片。河两岸的观众也呐喊助威。龙舟在河面上像几条水蛇，麻利的向前冲。快接近终点了，选手们的喊声越来越激烈，一只只龙舟先后冲破终点。慢慢的，船停了下来，喊声渐渐平息了，喧闹的人群暂时安静了下来，接着观看下一场比赛。

端午节，在外婆家过，一进门，就看见许多人围着桌子包粽子。外婆先用粽叶做一个三角体，在底部放上糯米，然后把陷放上去，再盖一层糯米，包上粽叶，最后捆上线，放在一边等候进竹笼。这边动工，那边早早已经下锅了。一开锅，一股清香迎面飘来，我们扑了上去抢粽子。外婆叫：“别烫着!”我专挑吃金丝枣陷、赤豆陷，因为甜。而大人则喜欢吃咸的肉馅。我们都只吃个新鲜，图个团圆热闹。

大概在五六年前，有一本《考拉小巫的英语学习日记》的书横扫几大论坛，好评如潮，销量达百万册。作者叫考拉小巫，是伊甸园字幕组组长，写书的时候已经逆袭成功，到美国求学。

这本书在豆瓣上的评价很高，万人以上评价，评分8.1，相当不错的成绩。这本书即是一本收录了她实战经验的外语学习招法集，也是她自我的回忆录，一部从差生到优生的奋斗史和逆袭史。考拉小巫本科不是特别好，后来通过努力，出国留学，攻下硕士学位。作者考拉小巫在整本书中都流露出一种真实的态度，行就行，不行就不行。阅读整本书就感觉在和读者的内心进行一次真诚的对话。看他人的人生，用于反思自己。几年前我也读过，几年后重读此书，自然也有一些新的感悟。

关于坚持

现在最新的成功学都提到了一件事，就是专注加坚持，尤其是坚持。我们中大多数人的努力其实都没有达到需要拼天赋的程度。什么时候才是拼天赋的时候?梅西和C罗那个层次，天赋才可能会起到决定性作用，不要忘记C罗是一个极度自律的人，他走向人生巅峰绝对于此不无关系。

考拉小巫在自己的书中里面无数次提到她自创的“傻子哲学”。她说“傻子为什么能成功，因为他很傻，不管做不做成他都一直在坚持”。很多人学外语可能最多两个月就坚持不下去了，我想说，母语者以高负荷的方式训练了几十年的技能，你一业余选手凭什么和人家比。

关于发音和模仿

她在书中着重强调了是语调问题。这个问题是绝大多数中国英语学习者忽略了的问题。因为汉语是声调语言，单个字的声调以固定频率的形式出现，所以句子的语调基本是平的。很多外语学习者可能不知道，英语语调有传递情绪的功能，语调变化甚至能传递说话人的潜台词，比如：反语、讽刺、犹豫、建议等等。错误的语调会让听话人疑惑。考拉小巫的纠正方法是录音，和原文对比。不过几年之后的今天有简单的解决办法，下个配音软件，一切就OK了。

光比对原声不行，还得改善，考拉小巫的方式简单粗暴，就两个字——模仿。

口语自我修炼法

考拉小巫用方法的核心和十二国外语大神本尼·刘易斯的“一分钟迷你讲话稿”不谋而合。也是准备一些小的短文，从向对方描述自己的一天，从这些简单的开始，慢慢加大难度，用口语去形容一个事物和形容一个人物。后面开始甚至还要求举实例论证，最后是现学现用，把学过的词马上使用起来。

隐藏的听写大法

考拉小巫有字幕组的经历，我认为这可能是她英语突飞猛进的一个关键因素。她在做电影字幕，很多时候有听译，听译实际上我们平时的听写是差不多的，而且字幕是要见人的，所以从头到尾容不得一点马虎，可以说，考拉小巫在强迫自己一次一次做高强度听写+理解输出。而且在听译这么多电影的过程中，她一定大量有反复听同一电影的经历。所以，她被她嚼烂了的电影的量，甚至高过一部分人泛读的量。精听精读是提高技能的一个关键步骤，如果她精听的量超过了普通人精读的量，那么我们有理由相信，她至少在接收信息这一方面，有了很大的提高。

关于词汇量的论述

在这本书中，考拉小巫研究来研究去，最后发现影响阅读速度的第一大天敌还是词汇量的问题。她引用了一句话说：“GRE的单词是有用的，在美国读研究生的时候自然就知道了”。

现在我们提得最多的是刻意练习，学外语都想到的是克拉申、交际法等等。殊不知刻意练习的基础是机械练习，习得一切复杂技能的基础也是机械练习。没有把单个子技能练到炉火纯青，是逃不出舒适区的，更不用说把各个子技能最后串联起来，形成我们所说的技能。考拉小巫说她初中一个吴姓老师奉行fifty

times，就是简单重复50次，我比较赞同这种观点，大量的重复有助于深层次的机械及肌肉及本能记忆。

精进之路只有一条，坚持，拓展。不过注意到下面这几点，可能会拓展得快一点。

第一，适当接触一些方言和非标准口音。

第二，逐渐积累俚语。

读书读累了，我还会出门游玩。时间不容许我去祖国的名胜古迹游玩，但能够去野外的青山绿水、山涧小道玩玩，让我增长知识，开阔眼界，从整日的看书学习中跳出来，休闲、轻松一下，这不也很有意义吗?

The Dragon Boat Festival， also called the Duanwu Festival， is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month according to the Chinese calendar. As usual,all of us gathered at the square at 7 oclock.But as soon as I get there,I felt the air temperature is higher than yesterday.I think itll be a very tough day!

Our first task is to practice the shooting skills.First,the commander talked to us about the right gesture,then he bent down and set an example to us.After that,we began to practice the shooting gestures by ourselves.And he went about to correct us if we didint do well.After a while,all of us passed the commanders test.
