相传我国的爱国诗人屈原，因他的祖国被秦国侵占，心如刀割，在农历五月初五的这一天，投江自杀了。百姓们为了纪念这位伟大的爱国诗人，纷纷拿出事先准备好的饭团、鸡蛋投入江中，好让鱼虾吃饱了，不去咬伤屈原的身体。后来百姓们又想出用树叶包饭团，外缠彩带的办法，这就和我们今天的粽子有些相似了。

贵阳人包的粽子，又小巧又可爱，那形状就像一个个尖尖的冰激凌。每当端午节来临又正好赶上我们上学的日子，我的妈妈就会给我准备一小串用线连成的各种口味的粽子，有肉馅的、有花生馅的、有大枣馅的、还有绿豆馅的等等，还要为我精心挑选两个最厉害的煮熟了的鸭蛋去学校和同学们比赛，我们的规则是这样的：谁的鸭蛋撞不破，能坚持到最后，谁就是最后的赢家，那时的课堂欢声笑语，那声音简直成了一片欢乐而又兴奋的海洋，我们的教室也变成了一片狼籍的战场……

小时候过端午节我足足能提前兴奋上一周，因为可以吃上香喷喷的粽子了，那个时候生活比较单调，也很苦，不是过节平常是什么也吃不到的。说起粽子，它不仅好吃，最主要的是在包粽子的过程中，体现着乐趣。每年端午一到，母亲在头一天晚上炮上一盆糯米，第二天早上便是我和母亲一起包，绿绿的粽叶里加上糯米和大枣，包成三棱形的粽子，包好后放在大锅里足足煮上3、4个钟头，之后母亲把粽子泡在备好的两水桶内，凉了以后细细地拨开竹叶，咬上一口白嫩的糯米，紫红的大枣就露出头来，蘸白糖再吃，那时吃起来是那么的香甜可口，耐人回味。

端午节前夕，家家把在山上采的艾蒿插在门上，说是为了避邪，我们小孩只是效仿着做，不懂其中的含义。

端午节早晨，起床后，母亲在我们的手腕和脚踝上缠上五彩的丝线，今后一直带着，据说可以去病除邪。其实在我心里，这些五彩的丝线在我心里是那些精美手镯的替代品。有些人家也会花些钱给自己的小孩买香荷包带在身上，我的母亲是自己亲手用些小布头做的，里面塞些棉花，放些香草，即便是这样我们也很高兴。

the fishes away by the thundering sound of drums.Hence,toady we sail the dragon

Save the Wild Animals

Many wild animals are facing the danger of extinction, because the environment that they are living in has changed greatly. For example, with the developmet of cities, the using of insecticide and serious pollution, their living areas have become narrowcr and narrower. Many of the wild animals, now are confronted with food crisis. At the same time, man is killing off species just for getting their fur, skin, horns, teeth and meat.

In order to protect our resources of ecology, people should realize that the loss of any species is at least the loss of source of knowledge and a source of natural beauty. There fore, measures of the following should be taken: pollution standards are made to keepdown poisons; killing off certain rare species is prohibited; national parks should be set up as wild life, reserves.

Spring is coming. It is the season for planting trees. On Sunday, our

teacher led us to the suburb to plant trees. We brought some spades, pails and

saplings with us. On arriving there, everybody went into action in no time. We

dug square pits first. Then two persons were needed to plant a tree. One held

the sapling carefully and the other put the soil in. I wish the saplings would

grow up quickly.

Full of excitement

The English summer camp begins today.We were all excited today.

When we got on the bus in the morning,our guide miss Guo reminded us to

take care of ourseues.She also asked us to introduce ourselves and after that,we

got known with each other.

How time flies!After only on hour,we got to Zhejiang University.The

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢?唉下午要去请教高人了。

把粽子捞上来，就能吃了。把蝴蝶结拆开，一圈一圈的绕回去，把线取了，剥开粽子。哇!实在太香了。等剥完时，我如同几天没吃东西的饿狼，见了食物就冲上去。我大口大口的吃着，简直无法用词语去形容它的美味。

吃着吃着，我突然想到了屈原。当时，屈原因为爱国，而皇帝却要投降。屈原觉得看着我朝灭亡，还不如跳河自尽。于是他就选择这种方式表达了自己的不满。人们为了让小鱼、虾等河里的小动物不吃屈原的尸体，就向河里投粽子。
