姥姥不光粽子做的好，鸡蛋鸭蛋也腌的好，虽然姥姥的咸鸭蛋比不上高邮的咸鸭蛋，但姥姥腌的鸭蛋的蛋青嫩嫩的，蛋黄都冒油了呢!我最爱吃姥姥腌的鸭蛋，我每天早上，都会吃上一个呢!

每年端午节，姥姥都会教妈妈与舅舅们包粽子，腌鸡蛋鸭蛋，可他们做的就是没有姥姥做的好吃。姥姥常说：“现在的生活好了，每个节日的风俗都变了!”姥姥说的话虽然过于肯定，但有些风俗真的已经不讲究了，不知道未来的端午节会是什么样的，我爱家乡的端午节，更爱我的家乡。

户户人家的大堂前都放了两束窗蒲水草。大堂里也搁着猪豚子、桂花鱼、雄黄酒和粽子。今天差不多是收菜籽的时节，聪慧的农民早将收菜籽都割来了，放在门前空地晾晒，等烤得翻滚，就去炸菜籽油。屋里屋外都漫溢着艾叶香和浓浓的酒香、粽香，乡间里也漫溢着幸福的气息。
