Since I go to school, I start to form the habit of noting what I have read.

I found it is very helpful for me, because I get bad memory, I will forget what

I have learned in the class soon, so my teacher asks me write down what I get.

Now, after class, I will open the note, go over what I have learned.

I watched television late last night so I woke up late。 My mother asked me

to go to the market to buy some eggs for her。 When I played with a little dog on

the street， I dropped the eggs on the ground。 They were all broken。 My mother

was very angry with me when I went home。 I am very unhappy today。

Last years Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my aunt came back from

Shanghai. My family were very happy to spend the Spring Festival with them. And

On New Years Eve，my father and my uncle talked about their work together.

My mum did some cooking with my aunt. Grandparents and I watched the New Year TV

programmes. At about six o’clock， we had a special family dinner. We all thought

the dumplings were delicious.

On the first day of the New Year， we visited our relatives. In the

afternoon，we went shopping in Jiefang Road. My uncle bought some Jays CDs. He

likes Jay’s music very much. There were so many people on the road. It was more

alive than any other time of a year.

On the second and the third days，we spent a wonderful weekend in the

country. There were much bigger trees than in the city. And the animals were

more beautiful than in the city. We all enjoyed ourselves.

I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out with my

friends. They are my best friends in the middle school. We didn’t go to

someplace special. We just saw the other. We had lunch together. While we were

having lunch, we were still talking about the new school and new friends. Yes! A

在端午节这天要吃“五黄”，那就是黄鱼、黄瓜、蛋黄、咸鸭等。粽子是由糯米浸泡后，粽叶卷成圆状把米装进去，再把粽叶捆好。捆的时候一定要捆紧一些，不然煮的时候要煮散。还有一种就是用瘦肉切成小块和花豆豆与糯米混合在一起。这种粽子吃的时候就不用放糖了，只有单糯米的才放糖。

赛龙舟指临水的地方才举行，是划船比赛，船的头还是龙头，人们用尽全身力气去划船比赛。我们这儿是山区，没有龙舟比赛。

去年端午我们到很远的地方爬山，那天我们起得很早，把东西都准备好了就出发。我们开始慢慢地走，走了一会儿我们就找个地方休息，休息一会儿我们就加快速度走，要到达目的地时，我们更是加快速度，到了，看见地上全是大米泡儿(一种草本植物的果实)，我走过去摘了一颗放在嘴里，真的好甜啊!有好香，我就蹲在地上吃了起来，一会儿姐姐用一个盒子把大米泡儿放进去说：“我们摘一些回去吃”。我边摘边吃忙的不亦乐乎，没有回答姐姐。姐姐敲着我的头笑我是一个小馋猫，吃好多都吃不够。我们边摘边吃一边看风景游玩。太阳逐渐西沉，姐姐已摘满一盒子，我们就踏上了回家的路。

听说吃粽子是纪念屈原的，赛龙舟也是，而爬山能把百病留在山上，以后就不易生病。五月初五即叫端午节，又叫重五节，流行于汉、壮、布衣、土家等民族。

我很喜欢过端午节，屈原真伟大。如果没有他我们已不能过端午节了，每年的端午节我都很开心。

高一那年，我们终于有英语课了。学英语，是我由来已久的心愿，因为姐姐老在我面前显摆，有时，她朝我咕噜一句就咯咯地笑，坏笑。那时我就想学英语。

I have stayed in shanghai alone for a week. it’s time for me to go to my

real home—it is in beijing. my parents are waiting for me. although outside is

no matter how beautiful, beijing is still my home. in fact, there is many fresh

things. like red bayberries. in the afternoon, i took a bus to beijing. i was

very unlucky that my mp3 was stolen. i was very sad. i didn’t know why thieves

I went to visit one of our teachers with some of my classmates this

morning. Miss Jones is our English teacher and she likes all the classmates. She

There is no doubt that learning English is vital for us. On the one hand,

正月初一那天，天气晴朗，万里无云，我和爸爸，妈妈，小表叔一起去公园划船。到了公园，人真多呀!连划船都要排成长长的队伍，爸爸去买了船票，我们在那里排队等了一个多小时，好不容易才等到了一个空船，我们赶快上了船。

我和小表叔坐在船的最前面，爸爸妈妈坐在后面。我和小表叔轮着掌握方向盘，爸爸妈妈在后面蹬着划船。我们在水里转来转去，玩的高兴极了。正在高兴时，忽然看见我们的船正直直往正前方的一条手划船上撞去，把划船的叔叔阿姨吓的赶紧转弯，把我们俩笑的肚子疼。妈妈说我没掌握好方向便让小表叔掌握方向，我想抵赖，于是就说：“还没到时间呢!”小表叔好象知道我在骗他，就说：“哥，时间是不是到了。”我爸爸说：“时间到了，浩悦让你小表叔来掌握方向。”我极不情愿的让给了他。也不知道今天是怎么了，总有船和我们相撞，刚才我们撞人家的船，现在又有人家的船来撞我们，我们的船劲大，把它撞的转了个弯，又把我和小表叔乐得哈哈大笑。又有一条汽船朝我们驶过来了，爸爸叫我们赶快转弯，我们立刻就转弯躲了过去。

我们看到岸上有人在跳舞便把船划了过去看，看的正美时，岸上有人说我们的船时间到了，叫我们停船靠岸，我们很快把船划了过去，上了岸便回家了。

那天我和小表叔玩的太开心啦!既划了船又知道怎样掌握船的方向，这事就是我寒假里最有趣的一件事。

Wednesday July 20th 2005

Today is Wednesday. It’s the third day of the summer camp. The weather isn’t very good. It reined all the time, and the wind blowed strongly. So I don’t feel happy. And the umbrella is too small for two persons my sister and me water always fell down into my shoes, so my feet got wet. It’s uncomfortable. I think it was really a bad day.

Today, we saw two films, but we only saw half of them. Lion King is very interesting. Tomorrow we will finish watching that. I hope this will get a good ending. Also our Chinese teacher changed a lot. I started to listen to his lessons.

This evening, we three taught Cathy about the language in my hometown. We said a word and then she guessed. She is really very clever. She can understand most of me said, and Mr.Zhang told us something about the ways to study English. I don’t agree with him. I think everyone has his (her) own best way to study English, right?

I hope tomorrow it will be sunny and we can travel around Zhejiang University, I hope so.

端午节到了，家家户户飘逸出浓浓的粽香，欢声笑语传遍了街头巷尾，我家也不列外，这不，我们都忙着包粽子呢。

包粽子需要芦叶和糯米，如果你喜欢哪种馅，就可以在糯米里加点。我和外婆先来到河岸采芦叶，只见芦叶绿油油的，在河岸边跳着摇摆舞，外婆叫我采又大又亮的芦叶，因为这种芦叶才好包粽子。十几分钟过去芦叶终于采完了，把它都放在热水里泡软了就能包了。开始包粽子了，我学着外婆的样子，笨手笨脚地包起来，结果我一会儿拿芦叶，一会儿舀米，一会儿拿绳子，一不小心手一松，米撒了一地，我的第一个粽子没有成功。我灰心丧气，觉得自己学不会了，正当我不想做的时候，奶奶的一句话忽然在我耳边回响了起来：“失败乃成功之母。”于是我又鼓起信心学起来。

这一次我并不是像上次那样了，我吸取了第一次包粽子的教训。我注意了握粽叶的姿势和包粽子的方法，我先把粽叶一卷，直到洞卷尖了为止，然后又用勺子盛了一勺糯米，再放了我爱吃的赤豆，最后把芦叶按照顺序缠绕包裹，直到裹得结结实实的，用线给绑起来，一个粽子就包成了，虽然样子没有外婆做的那么好看，但总算是我的第一个作品，我心里喜滋滋的，开心地看着自己的劳动成果。

煮了一小时，粽香飘出来了，我品尝着自己包的粽子，觉得味道真是不一般。
