在学校里，老师讲的课我无心听下去，只因这可恨的肚子又开始打内战了。轮到班主任的课了，我更加强忍着听讲，总担心老师那双慧眼瞧出我的心不在焉。可偏偏越加掩饰，就越容易露馅。

“方嘉惠，回答我刚才的问题。”

“……”

我根本无心听讲，老师提的问题我怎么会知道呢?老师开始批评我，我心里有一种说不出来的难受。

刚刚坐下来，还没等凳子焐热，我就当着老师的面来了个“一泻千里”，“噗”的一声吐了满地，全班同学的目光不约而同地向我看来，我捂着嘴向外面跑去，背后传来老师响亮的声音：“这孩子，生病了也不早说……”

随着一声“报告”，我走进了教室，老师依旧在讲台上热情地讲着课，被打扫过的地面是那么干净，同学们的神态依旧是那么专注，只是在我的课桌中央多了一杯冒着热气的茶水，里面装着琥珀色的液体，闻起来，香香的;尝起来，苦苦的;回味起来，甜甜的……

我感受到了!它不仅是一杯苦茶，它还是一份无言的关爱!

窗外的雨淅淅沥沥地下着，连绵不断。雨滴拍打着我家的窗台，一朵朵水花静静绽放。"叮咚叮咚"的，别有一番大提琴的感觉。

下雨的季节，最适合整理心情了。此刻大雨盈满了街道，原来这人来人往的街道上，此刻也多了几分娴静。

不知是突然引发的感觉，还是由于青春期的改变，以前那个只会穿着蓬松的大裤子和运动衫的假小子，现在竟也坐在了家中的靠椅上看雨。望着那大雨，思绪中飘入了几分少女的情感。那雨，好像在哭泣。到了晴天，又不敢去直视那样热烈的太阳。呐，所以说呢，多云的天气是我的最爱。看着那自由自在的云朵笑嘻嘻地在天空中游荡，我总会想起小时候的我，那个将笑容挂在脸上的我。

也许吧，长大了也就懂得了太多。太多的物是人非，太多的悲欢离合。

现在觉得，“我吃过的盐比你吃过的饭还多”类似的话是在是笑料。你就算经历了，可你没有感受与深思，还不是在虚度光阴吗？

家人对我有太多的期望，也许在我已经疲惫时，那些期望让我感到动力。家人的关心比对我的付出多得多。可是在某些时候，我也将这些关心远远地抛到了角落，遗弃在不见光明的黑暗之中。不是吗？

还有一些人，他们不会在你的面前直抒胸臆地表达对你的肯定与赞许。可是，他们会与这些小雨滴一样，时刻在你的身旁陪伴着你，在背后默默地支持着你。

生活定要继续，人亦要向前。

爱你的人很多，和别人定下一个约，无论在下雨时或是狂风冒雨来临之时，露出你的微笑，坦诚地说：“我永远会在你身边。”

雨，仍淅淅沥沥；而人，依停停走走。

莎士比亚说：“书籍是全世界的营养品”，高尔基也说过：“书是人类进步的阶梯”。可见读书对于人类是非常重要的。以下是我的一些读书经验，愿意和大家一同分享：

读书，最主要的是要自愿读，如果让别人催促着读，还有什么快乐可言，读书我是想读就读。

还有，我喜欢读属于自己的书，可以在书上想写就写，想画就画，读别人的书就没有那么方便了。

读小说，我都是跳着读，一些长篇大论的没有意义的文字，我就一目十行，很快的跳过，这样可以节约很多时间可以读更多的书。书要是不服气，也可以来跳我呀!我不做书的奴隶。

看童话书，我小时爱看格林童话和安徒生童话，现在看不下去了，里面全是些公主、王子的故事，现在觉得挺无聊的，我想，可能是我长大了的缘故吧。

看漫画书，是我的最爱，不管是什么类型的，我都喜欢，都要仔细的看。我最爱看的漫画书有《多啦A梦》《快乐星球》等。我觉得看漫画书的时候非常的轻松。

背课文，本是我的强项，只是太枯燥了，所以我不太喜欢，但是碰到好的句子我还是会把它背下来的。

还有很多的经验，我一时也想不出来，但是我要郑重提醒大家：只看绿色读物，不看暴力色情，这一点很重要的。

I like stay late at night and stay in bed late next morning. Usually, I won’t go to the bed before one o’clock. When my clock alarms the next morning, I have to struggle for a long time to get up.

Most of the time, I feel tired before class is over.

So sometimes I can’t catch with my teacher, because I can’t focus my mind.

And I don’t like vegetable. Mostly I only eat meat. I am a little fat maybe because of that. I realize my life style is unhealthy. I need to change it. I can’t sleep so late in the evening and should eat more vegetable. If I change my life style, I can make my life more wonderful.

我喜欢晚睡，第二天早上又喜欢睡懒觉。通常，不到一点我是不会去睡觉的。第二天我的闹钟响的时候，我都要挣扎很久才起来。大部分时间，在下课前我就很累了。所以有时我都赶不上老师的进度，因为我无法专心。我还不喜欢吃蔬菜。我只吃肉。可能是因为这个原因我有点胖。我意识到我的生活方式是不健康的。我要去改变。我晚上不能睡太晚，而且要多吃蔬菜。如果我改变自己的生活方式，我的生活会更加精彩的。
