一、内部管理

舞蹈社干事们每个人都有自己的特长和爱好，要根据她们的特长与个性分配适合她们的工作，与此同时，在她们能力可接受范围内，拓展她们的能力，以弥补以往工作中的不足。

加强内部团结，部长、副部长协作一致，带领干事们使舞蹈社团拧成一股绳，向一个方向用力，加强内部交流，多多听取成员们的意见，决策层果断作出决定，将每个成员的特长发挥到极致，为工作服务。

每周抽出固定时间固定地点开会，成员不得迟到早退，若要请假说明原因，且需得到准许。

开设的舞蹈班需要更好的培养，民族、爵士、拉丁，每个班每周一节。教学要有组织，有计划的进行，且一个学期结束之前成员们要做好教学报告。

课程大致内容安排：

1. 总负责人：2人，全权负责舞蹈社团的大小事宜，起主导作用

2. 宣传人员：负责传递舞蹈社团各项信息，扩大社团影响

3. 民族舞：学习个别少数民族舞蹈基本功，感受中国民族舞蹈的魅力

4. 爵士舞：学习各类街舞基本动作，体现流行色彩

二、加强联系交流与宣传

舞动社团的核心工作是做好文艺活动，丰富大学生的课余生活，因此加强联系与交流时必要的也是非常重要的，我社团今年要加强联系交流力度，一边更好的做好工作。

1、要多与老师交流，积极听取老师的意见与建议，多请老师作指导工作，以在老师的指导下将工作做的更好，将学院的信息得到更好的传达。

2、加强与文艺部及其他部门之间的联系。对于不懂的问题要多多向各部门请教。与各个部门之间经常交流，了解各个部门的工作于活动，方便及时做好工作的提前准备。

3、加强与同学们的交流。需要了解同学们对活动的看法和建议，做好活动前反应与活动后的反馈，了解同学们的活动需求，根据同学们的反应开展适应大部分同学的活动，提高活动的质量。

三、活动开展

新的一学期，我院主要的几个活动如下：

1、 5.12护士文艺汇演

这是我院的重大文艺汇演。为了提高节目质量，我社团将在三月底就开始紧张并严格的筛选节目。节目多达各种类型，例如歌唱、舞蹈、器乐演奏、和其他表演。以至于汇演时达到效果。

2 、 “ 三下乡 ” 社会实践活动 联合文艺部筹备好 “ 三下乡 ”

社会实践活动，提前筛选出节目，并排练一些创新富有意义的节目，是同学们都展现出自己的风采。

舞蹈社团不仅抓紧对原有大众舞蹈的训练，而且要学习更好更多的舞蹈，发现更多这方面人才，以便提高社团的含金量，为我院各个文化艺术节的举办增添色彩。

忙完了一个学期，刚开端停下来还有点不太适应。在平时学习时，每天都跟大家相处在一起，固然我们也会俏皮，但分开他们太久，心里仍是惦记着他们 回家已经有好多少天了，在这几天里，我也在想这个寒假我将如何渡过了，是憧憬年那样呆在家里看电视，或是到同窗家里串串门子还是做点其余的。但一想起这些，就想起了刚放假时校长给咱们布置的寒假功课，可能在别人看来很奇异吧，校长怎么还会安排寒假作业，实在校长是让我们在寒假里多看书，多学习，为来期做好筹备。其实这样也挺好的，让我们当前的工作制订目的，为了将明年的工作做得更好。当初天天在家里看看书，练练字，也感到本人的寒假生涯挺空虚的。

在本学期中，我逐步尝试将“目标导向教学”理论应用于我的初中生物教学课堂中。我认为，“目标教学”简单来说就是师生在课堂中的一系列教学活动，依据简单、可操作的一系列教学目标，最终绝大多数学生达到预定教学目标为终点的教学管理过程。

“目标教学”的大框架是“导标——导学——导练——导评——导结”五段式，但是我们不能简单地、不分对象地、机械地，甚至生搬硬套地将其应用于具体的课堂教学中去来说。比如说，导标这一过程也许在高中生能够很容易让学生跟着教学所呈现的目标去学习，在练习、讲评中检验三维目标是否达标，但是在初中生物教学，我发现这样的效果并不是太明显。初中生在学习方面有以下几方面的的学习特点：(1)学习的自觉性、主动性都比较弱，而学习依赖性强，尤其是七年级学生表现更明显;(2)思维特点上起主导的还是形象思维，随着年级的上升抽象思维迅速发展(3)学习上容易对教师生动形象的事例介绍感兴趣，对严密的理论分析和逻辑推理厌烦。因此，有一部分学生看到分解的许多小目标后，容易产生视觉疲劳，有时还会感到厌烦，就开始慢慢走神、不感兴趣，因此在学习动机不强的情况下，试想一下练习的效果会怎样，达标效果也不言而喻了。针对初中生这些特点，我觉得目标导向教学在初中生物中可采用这几个环节，即“引趣——尝试——反馈——总结”。

第一 引趣——激发学生的求知欲

兴趣是学习的动力。在教学过程中，教师可采用多样化的教学手段，引发学生的学习兴趣，激发学生的求知欲望，使学生在学习过程中产生愉快的情绪，并且随着这种情绪体验的深化，产生进一步学习的需要。教师可通过生动有趣

的生物演示实验或是设计简单的学生实验，讲述生动的生物学史，列举学生生活中常见的生物学现象等，多种方式设疑，激发学生的学习兴趣，引发他们解释生物现象、探索新问题的求知欲。当学生产生了疑问，有了解问题的需要后，再让他们自学教材，他们才能专心研读，使自学获得好的效果。例如，笔者在讲“环境对生物生活的影响”一节时，先课前让学生分组捉鼠妇，分发一系列的讨论题给他们，如“一般在什么地方容易捉到”“什么会影响他们的生活”“你怎么跟别人验证你的结论是对呢?”等问题，通过这样的一个探究实验设置了疑问，激发了学生的学习兴趣，自然而然地导入了下一环节。

第二 尝试——让学生学习自学

教师分发自学提纲，即分解后的学习目标，由学生按自学提纲，个体独自阅读教材，或四个人一组小组讨论的形式，有时用老师将学习目标用问题的形式来引导学生掌握。教师作巡回点拨，对自学中出现的问题，诱发启导，但不能包办代替，主要在于了解自学情况。

比如在介绍《生物对环境的适应及影响》这一节时，可简单地将目标呈现给学生：

(1)举例说出一些生物适应环境的例子

(2)举例说出一些生物影响环境的例子(3)生物适应并影响环境，认同保护生物的观点。接着采用学生依据要求：4人一组小组讨论5分钟，学生在学习过程中会举出许多例子，教师在这个过程中要及时纠错与讲解，注意引导学生紧扣讨论题目来进行讨论。对个别学生提出一些超出教材要求的问题，教师应肯定学生提出的问题有深度，指导他们在课外去阅读有关书籍，以防讨论漫无边际，影响教学进度。当然，也要注意保证讨论有充足的时间，让学生充分发表意见，估计学生讨论没有余力时，再予以指导、启发和补充，切忌匆忙讨论，仓促结束。接着，教师组织全班学生，针对普遍性的问题，结合教材的重点、难点(因为通常重点、难点是不能完全依靠自学解决的)以及学生自学中存在的问题，进行归纳整理。

第三 反馈——尽可能了解学生

目标教学是通过教学信息的反馈来实现的。在课堂教学中，教师应及时检测学生的学习情况，并根据检测的情况采取相应的措施，使绝大多数学生达定预定的教学目标。检测的形式一般采用提问形式或书面练习检测，当然尽量可多用一些书面检测，这样涉及的学生比较多，效果更为有效。在每一个知识点讲解完毕，可适当选择一些“小、精、活”的练习加以检验，以确定学生掌握知识的情况，并根据检测中暴露的问题，有针对性进行小组或个别辅导，使绝大多数学生达到教学目标的要求。教师比较全面地了解了教学中反馈的信息，实现了对教学过程的最优化控制，这样有利于巩固学生所学到的知识，提高教学目标的达成度，从而提高课堂教学质量。

第四，总结——化零为整以保证教学质量

为了保证教学质量，目标教学中必须保证实施小结这一环节。这样有利学生把各个小目标达到整合，最终实现总目标，有利于学生系统地掌握知识，并且有利于学生在以后的学习中知识的再现与提取。

看书风波

When i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare

time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing

exercise again and again. Therefore, I had little time to read magazines and

novels and watch TV. what was worse, I couldnt play with my friends a lot, which

I couldnt stand the most. In a word, all i did in high shool should be

considered for the College Entrance Examination.

However, my college life is totally different from the life in high

school.I can arrange my time freely. I spend most of my time reading in the

library, where I can open my eyes and broaden my mind.In my free time, I also

join some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. My

teachers in college are so kind and knowledgeable that they not only teach us

knowledge but also how to be a person and how to get on with others. In

addition, there are more opportunities for me to improve myself.

I believe college life is an important stage in my life. In college, i can

learn how to learn by myself, how to get on with others, how to live

independently.College provides me with a stage where i can show myself and be

myself.

我的老师欧老师是一个可爱的人，她长着一双水一般明澈的眼睛，她不像许多老师那样戴着眼镜，一张红润的嘴唇，一张红扑扑的脸，一头微黄的微微卷曲的头发，还有她那一身朴素大方的衣着，让同学们一眼就看出是她那发自内心的善与美。

欧老师的上课时的教学很奇怪，与其他老师的不同之处在于，别的老师一上课就该学生们提许多问题回答，而欧老师却非常“懒惰”，她自己不怎么讲课，都是让同学们上讲台讲课，讲卷子，同学们或多或少讲一些问题，久而久之同学们的听、说、写三项能力有了很大的提高，过了一阵子我们才明白，欧老师这样教我们是有原因的。因为这样可以让我们的自主学习能力有了很大提升，也是为了我们上初中的大班做准备，欧老师还总是和我们讲一些积少成多的道理。她不仅讲课的方法好。而且还很负责任，每天的作业欧老师都会认真的检查，而且还写上很长一段评语督促我们好好学习，有写的好的作文欧老师还会拿出来给大家分享观看，一段时间以后我们班的作文水平都有了很大提高，连平时作文写的不太好的同学的，作文也上了九十分。欧老师每天很会给我们安排学习时间，早上打预备铃后，她总是让我们晨读十分钟，下午放学后，她不惜牺牲自己的休息时间，给我们补课，让我们学习更多的知识。可是面对这些，有些同学却毫不领情，上课乱说话、玩手机、不认真听课，带零食和玩具上学，这一切都让老师操碎了心，老师拿那些同学当自己的儿女看待，苦口婆心的好生劝说，同学们才有些好转。

老师，一个多么伟大的职业呀!他们奋斗在教育的第一线，老师您真是我学习的好榜样。我爱卓老师!
