Foreigners are very tall or fat. I don’t like them. White skin with them is

a little ugly. All day around I found that two thirds of the day time I was

sleepy. I think tomorrow will be better.

Among all means of transportation, I like bicycle most. It’s cheap as well

as popular.

There are many advantages to ride the bicycle. In the first place, riding

bicycle makes me feel independent. I can go anywhere by bicycle. Especially

during rush hours, I can still move freely. Secondly, using a bicycle is good

for environment protection, because it wont emit any waste gas. Moreover,

bicycle riding is also a good sport. While riding a bicycle, I can exercise

myself, which is healthful to me.

In my free time, I often ride my bicycle to get around in the downtown area

or in the countryside, so as to relax myself. Its really a nice outdoor

activity for me, I think.

记得是去年暑假，我和父亲一起去攀登泰山。

刚到山脚，我便惊愕地立住了——只见泰山傲然耸立，直插云天，呈出“阴阳割昏晓”的景象，实在壮观。我一看到如此高大的山峰，心里立刻升腾出一股烈焰，便迫不及待地喊：“爸，咱赶紧爬吧!”

我们开始登山。一开始，我登得可快，不一会儿就将父亲甩在后面，连水都没拿。可泰山岂是我轻易就能爬上的?没多久，我便双腿一软，瘫坐在台阶上。我口渴极了，毒辣的太阳好像要将我体内的水蒸发得一干二净，只剩下一张干瘪的皮。天上的白云好像在无情地阻挠我，飘飘悠悠地遮住我通往山顶的路。我苦笑着，无可奈何地想：算了，还是下去吧!

我缓缓起身，正看见迎面走来的父亲，他向我挥挥手：“怎么了，为啥往回走呀?”“我不想爬了，”我小声嘀咕道，“我太累了。”“孩子，做事不能半途而废呀!”父亲摸了摸我的头，递给我一瓶水，“一个人，只有在面对困难时坚持不懈，才能取得成功。加油!老爸支持你。”一瞬间，我坚定了信心，立即喝光这瓶水，继续向上爬。渐渐地，我的眼睛被汗水模糊，手被扶手磨出了红色的印记，双腿好像已失去了知觉。突然，我一不留神，摔倒了，膝盖磕到了台阶，磕破了皮。父亲一看见，便心疼起来说：“还是算了吧，不爬了。”我摇摇头，咬咬牙，坚定地说：“不，我一定要爬上去!”于是我拍拍身上的灰，擦着汗水，继续坚持不懈地向上爬。

终于，玉皇庙(位于泰山之巅)映入眼帘。我长舒一口气，使劲全力向上冲到顶峰。我站在1500多米高的玉皇顶，“一览众山小”。这可是我坚持不懈所换来的呀!

生活就像海洋，只有意志坚强的人，才能到达彼岸。这次登山之旅中，我成长了，学会了坚持。在以后的生活中，我定会不惧困难，勇往直前!

I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out with my

friends. They are my best friends in the middle school. We didn’t go to

someplace special. We just saw the other. We had lunch together. While we were

having lunch, we were still talking about the new school and new friends.

我是一个幸运的小孩，时间过得很快，在我的笔记本里，我去过很多地方，欣赏过草翠花开的森林，攀登过白雪皑皑的雪山，游览过鲜花盛开的花园。它们给我很多快乐，我最难忘的是哪里呢?就是游北京动物园的经历。

星期六，我和爸爸去了北京动物园。这个动物园，很大很大，长180米、宽8米，高80米，看起来很像一个游泳馆，如果你不仔细看，会把它当成鬼屋的。我走到了猴子屋，我一进去，猴子们就向我做鬼脸，我一生气，拿起水枪，对着它们哗——猴子们全都被我吓倒了。可是猴子们还是对我做鬼脸，我又一生气，我又用水枪哗——猴子们终于不再对我做鬼脸了，我还给了它们一个香蕉吃。我到了熊猫，我正好带了一些竹子叶，而且是甜竹叶。熊猫们都来呼我的叶子，我还摸了一下它，真可爱。

啊!动物繁多的动物园，在这里我不仅找回了童年的快乐，还看到了很多动物，面对这样的动物园，难道你能不感到快乐吗?

在这繁华喧闹的尘世里，我想看看时过境迁沧海桑田后，时光所留下的苍凉与悲寄，想用十载的光阴，与人生上演一场义无反顾的旅行。

世界波澜壮阔。它太大，我们太小。曾几何时，想走遍心中的圣土，去体验《道经》里“我与天地并生”的境界。而后，也许会在世界某一个未知的地方，与曾经的自己不期而遇。

若是到了江南，执一卷宋词，伴一张古琴，酌一壶梅酒，看天外云卷云舒，将琴弹到无我之境，去感受那“落花人独立，微雨燕双飞。”的清新，去体会那“秋阴不散霜飞晚，留得枯荷听雨声。”的闲情。于小桥流水之间，独上兰舟，感受那“小舟从此逝，江海寄余生。”的豪情万丈。

若到了塞北，幸得一览“大漠沙如雪”苍凉孤寂，看那黄沙一片，掩盖了多少前尘往事，悲欢离合。若是到那偌大的草原，与当地人讨一壶马奶酒，再与他们策马奔腾，共享人世繁华。

也许，我的血液流淌着一种名为“流浪”的成分。不愿意终生规规矩矩地呆在一个地方，内心总有一个声音在呐喊：“人生，还有诗和远方!”而我的流浪，却并非逃亡。我会坦然地面对过往的得与失，悲与乐。也会始终牵挂着我的故土，我的亲人。流浪一段时间后，便会回到学业中，毕竟，我不是陶朱公，亦成不了王维。我只是一个单纯想流浪的诗人，单纯的想要尝试几场义无反顾的流浪，体验人世的悲苦，荒凉，波澜壮阔。

今夜，繁星闪烁，皎洁的月光撒满宁静的大地，为大地披上了一件银白色的外衣。虫鸣连绵不断，悦耳动听，仿佛在开展一场盛大的晚会。虫子们在愉快地弹奏，而我却要埋头在作业堆里努力奋斗。

一道道深奥难懂的数学题，一个个陌生的英语单词，一篇篇难以理解的短文挤满了我头脑的空间。好累啊!我的眼皮越来越重。“不许偷懒，快点写!”妈妈烦人的唠叨再次响起，我的倦意有跑到九霄云外了。好吧，再坚持一下，我就可以脱身了。

可是，好难啊!我不想写了!为什么别的孩子可以在外面呼吸新鲜的空气，而我却要在这里受苦?为什么我就不可以无忧无虑地玩耍?我要抗议!“别发呆了!还不快点写!”妈妈又在唠叨了。“妈妈，我才不想写呢!我为什么就要这么辛苦?难道我就不可以放松一下吗?”我怒道。“不可以!你必须写完!你现在努力一点，今后就不用那么辛苦了。”“噢，NO!”我满脸失望。

又过了一刻钟，我的叹气声再次响起。妈妈生气了’怒道﹕“你还想不想学习了?你难道就不想取得好成绩吗?爸爸妈妈那么辛苦地赚钱，不都是为了你吗?爸爸妈妈对你要求严格也是为了你好。你绝对不能辜负了爸爸妈妈的一片苦心!”是啊，父母一切都是为了我们好。如果我们不上进，不积极，那岂不是让他们的心血白白付出了吗?对啊，我要刻苦学习。

于是，靠着一股坚定的信念，我终于完成了作业。虽然修炼之路艰难困苦，大大小小的坎坷数不胜数，但是凭着一股信念支撑着，我们一定能苦尽甘来。

有人说童年像一支七彩画笔，给人生添上了浓墨重彩的一笔;还有人说童年像一颗绚丽灿烂的流星，给记忆的星空留下了耀眼的痕迹。但我认为童年更像充满惊喜的糖果，给人生增添了各种各样的味道。

童年有着柠檬糖一般的酸甜。

还记得小学时，我曾经和同学们参加过一个朗诵比赛，班长和副班长在经过老师的同意后，每天利用午休的时间，带着我们去体育馆排练。我至今都忘不了，那时的我们是那样认真，那样努力，在舞台上挥洒着汗水，一遍又一遍地练习。最终取得了全年级第一的好成绩。这段记忆在我脑海中回放时，永远带着柠檬糖一般的酸甜，微酸中夹杂着甜蜜。

童年有着黑巧克力一般的苦涩。

还记得有一次，我对戏剧队的老师和同学们失信了。因为我这个“主角”的“失约”。同学们不能按计划排练，老师当时非常生气。我那时在干什么?玩?“你就为了玩而辜负了十多个人对你的信任?”事后，我不止一次的责问自己。虽然我因此不再失信。但每当我再一次想起这件事，心中总会泛起黑巧克力一般的苦涩，浓醇的味道令人难以忘却。

看到保存至今的小礼物时，总禁不住回忆起小时候的朋友期期艾艾的把那些千纸鹤，星星罐送给我时的情境。那是一种抱着小小的期待，又怕朋友不喜欢这份礼物的心情。那是一颗多么柔软的心啊!现在想起来，我的心情就像棉花糖一般的甜软，心里甜滋滋的。

童年有着各种各样的味道。它或甜，或苦，或酸，或咸，但无一例外都值得让人回味。

走过童年的我迈向成熟，我将在人生这一条路上愈行愈远，过去的回忆会让我更加成熟，我将带着它们走向美好的明天。

步入初中，多了许多新的课程：历史课、生物课、地理课、政治课、表演课、花卉课、信息课等，这些都让我感到很新鲜。

上这些新课程时，我集中注意力听老师讲，每一个知识点，做每一条笔记。节节如此，日日如此。

一看课程表，花/心。这是什么课?(花/心：一周只有一节，一节只上一门，花卉课和心理课课程交替。)而且没有书本?那教学案该怎么做?我带着满肚子的疑问，迎来了花卉课的老师。

铃声一响，全班44双黑眼睛一齐望向教室门。须臾，一个方头大耳、矮胖结实的中年人空着手走进来，这让我们大吃一惊。他是一名中年男教师，头发少的可怜。真的没有教学案?这个老师都不备课的吗?

这时，他在黑板上写下了大大的两个字：花卉。哦，原来是花卉课。老师又在另一块黑板上写繁体字，(应该是繁体字，因为我也不认识)。不用模板，一笔连着一笔，一直都不停。写第一个字时，我们就已经惊讶得不得了了，而他还连着写了好几个字，我们全都看傻了。写完之后，老师开始讲中国五千年历史悠久，字的演变过程也很漫长等等。我们44个人中，就有大半人不耐烦，开始各做各的了。而我，越想越不对劲，不是花卉课么，怎么变成书法了，这不是书法课应该教的吗?

就这样，一节花卉课结束了，我们虽然没懂多少，但是，我们懂得了中国真是人才辈出，真是什么人都有啊。老师，我们佩服你!

it was cooler than yesterday. one of my father’s friends invited me to eat

Maybe you think that a friend is someone who will listen to you when you#39;re filled with sorrow.

When I was eight years old, I met, my best friend, Jennifer. Her personality was different from mine.

She#39;s very resolute and brave. When I was sad, she was the person who would sit next to me, comforting me.

When I was happy, she was the person with whom I could share my joy. As of now, we have been friends for eight years.

军训第三天了，今天依然很早到校，穿的是校服，心情好多了。早上依然是在操场上军训，不过有盼头就不累，今天上午只要训到10点50就回班讲学生手册，一直到中午吃饭，可以尽情吹空调，所以我们都站得笔直的。先在教官处训了两个小时，又全校一起学做军体拳，动作一快就难了，所以遇到不会做的动作就手在空中胡乱挥几下再做个终止动作蒙混过关。。。。。。。。

很快，10点25了，在大家的一片抱怨声之下，我们竟然提前回教室，心里那个兴奋啊!教室里特别凉快，电风扇和空调一起开，过一会儿还有点冷了。学生手册无非就是奖惩条例一系列的东西，没什么好讲的，吸引我的是什么“六星学子”加油吧，不当六星当四星也行，一定要努力了。

然后呢，就去吃饭了，今天吃的比昨天多，因为心情好嘛~还意外得知下午3点半就可以回家了，简直不敢相信，心情又好到天上去了。然后就回班午休。。。。。。

下午也不是很累，因为就两个小时，坚持!练到一半教官突然就选了几个人出来，说是什么国旗班的，可惜本人因为各方面因素没有获此殊荣，可能完不成老妈布置的优秀标兵了，不过要对自己宽容一点嘛~~然后就没事啦，回家啦，有写日记啦。补充一下昨天唱军歌的时候特别好玩，因为教官有点外地口音，他讲的我们都听不懂，歌名是《团结就是力量》“法西斯”被我听成“反义词”，明明是“死亡”教官非说“shi亡”很搞笑。

今天我到下面院子里玩的时候，看见天上的云很像棉花糖，我就想飞上天吃云，可我没有飞行器，飞不了啊，飞机也不行，主要是我不知道云会不会一站在上面就掉到地上?我要登天是不太可能的。长大以后我要当科学家，做一艘火箭飞上天，去试一下云朵是什么味道。

didnt have an aircraft. I couldnt fly. I couldnt fly either. I didnt know if

very friendly to me. I live in a good family. My grand parents loves me, too.

When they buy meat, they will give the best parts of the meat to me.

When I was a child, I can’t undertand them. I want to have bread. My grand

father took a bike to Qu Tang. Because in our village there is no ‘bread house’.

Qu Tang is far from our village. Now I grow up. I understand them when I think

of this things. I will cry I can’t use words to say I love them.

Today the weather was terrible，so I had to stay at home.

In the afternoon，I finished some homework,then I thought that maybe today

was very boring。I stared to surf the Internet ,and I found the movie 《Ghost

Rider》which was directed by Mark Steven Johnson by accident and then I began to

watch it. The movie told us that a lover of motorcycle called Johnny signed an

agreement with a demon in order to save relatives‘’ lives .However,he lost his

spirit and had to work for the demon.Then He used his spell to fight with evil .

The movie was so exciting that I coulnt be calm 。I would never forget this

movie.

我爱中国菜 I Love Chinese Food

Chinese food is famous all around the world. A lot of foreigners speak

highly of the delicious food when they come to this big country. For me， I like

spicy food， so hot pot is my favorite. I can eat what I like and put the food in

the spicy soup. The hotness makes me feel so cool. No matter where I go， Chinese

food is always my favorite.
