3.英语是一门语言，语言是用来交流的工具，因此英语的交际性显得很重要，在以后的教学中可以进行课前五分钟自由对话，在运用任务型教学法，游戏教学法等多提供给学生一些交际英语的机会。

4.这次英语考试成绩基本可以，但有两极分化的趋向，在英语教学中面对全体学生关注每一个学生的成长尤其是后进生是预防两极分化的重要途径，还可以成立“一帮一”小组帮助后进生在尽可能短的时间内提高英语成绩。

总之，每次考试都是对自己教学工作阶段性的“评价”。要及时通过考试反思自己的教学中存在的问题，在总结与反思中不断进步，不断成长这样才能在三尺讲台上表现的更精彩些!

The new semester is coming and I want to make a plan for it.

Firstly, I will work as hard as before. I really did a good job last term, so I want to keep good as well. During the summer holiday, I did some previews and I found that the courses are not very hard. Secondly, I will spend more time in reading.Readingis really good to a person, because we can learn a lot from books and broaden one’s horizon. Besides, reading can help us think more and deeply.

Finally, I will take part in exercises actively and regularly. No matter how busy I am, I will set sometime aside to build my body which is the basic of any other things. Eat plenty of foods high in protein. Thirdly, we?d better do morning exercise every day, do sports frequently to make our bodies strong. Besides, we have to avoid too much work pressure. Getting too tired all the time may definitely weaken our defense system, making us get sick easily.
